II-VI compounds (such as ZnS, CaS and SrS) are useful semiconductors for electrolu-minescent display devices. Recently, much effort has been paid to the color AC thin film electroluminescent (ACTFEL) display devices. In this paper, we review the several dif-ferent kinds of constructions and materials of active layer of the color TFEL devices. The feasibility of using spectral reflectance information in the visible—near infrared (400–1,000?nm) region to estimate moisture content (gW/gDM) and chromaticity (CIELAB) of apple slices was investigated during convection drying. Apple slices were pretreated with hot water blanching (50 and 70°C), acid application (citric and ascorbic), and combinations thereof before drying at 50 and 70°C. Prediction models for the space-averaged spectral reflectance curves were built using the partial least square regression method. A three-component partial least square regression (PLSR) model satisfied the minimal root mean square error (RMSE) criterion for predicting moisture content (avg. RMSEP?=?0.13, r2?=?0.99); importantly, the critical wavelengths remained the same across all pretreatments (540, 817, 977?nm). Similarly, PLSR modeling showed that the optimal set of wavelengths (in terms of RMSE) were invariant across pretreatment for CIELAB a* prediction (543, 966?nm) and CIELAB b* prediction (510, 664, 714, 914, 969?nm). The stability of the information content of these wavelengths across pretreatments indicates their independence of color changes. Additionally, the spatial information in the hyperspectral images was exploited to visualize the performance of the predictive models by pseudo-coloring their values for each pixel in a single apple slice across different drying times. This visualization of spatial distribution of predicted moisture content and chromaticity changes shows significant potential for use in online monitoring of the drying process.  相似文献

Crystal structure of Eu3+ doped MgAl2O4 (MAO) phosphors synthesised by solid state reaction method was investigated using X-ray diffraction. Raman peaks appeared at 307 cm?1, 408 cm?1, 668 cm?1 and 767 cm?1 were assigned to F2g (1), F2g (2), Eg and A1g respectively. Spherical morphology and microstructural analysis of synthesised phosphors was analysed by Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) was used to establish the chemical composition of the phosphors. Optical properties were analysed by photoexcitation (394 nm) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra displayed all the characteristic emission of Eu3+ related to transition 5D0 to 7Fj (j = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4). The emission color was observed in red region and it was confirmed by the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage (CIE) chromatic coordinate graph. The color purity and quality (correlated color temperature- CCT value) of red light was observed in 0.9% Eu3+ doped MAO to be 90.76% and 2097K respectively. Electrochemical evaluation of Eu3+ doped MAO was performed through cyclic voltammetry (CV) studies.  相似文献

本文采取正交实验方法,试验了着色原料以不同形式组合和不同量的引入对铬锡红色料呈色的影响,分析和讨论了它们对铬锡红色料色度指标的影响。结果表明,着色原料以氯化铬7-8%和硼酸铅3-4%为组合引入效果良好;采取一定组合形式引入的着色原料,对色料的色度指标影响存在一定规律。  相似文献

Abstract

A novel optical interferometer based on detecting the standing wave is realized by the newly developed ultra-thin film photodiode. The active layer of the ultra-thin film photodiode is thinner than half the wavelength of the incident light. Only a small part of the incident light is absorbed and the rest passes through the photodiode. This ultra-thin film photodiode can detect the intensity profile of the interference fringe of the standing wave, being inserted in the optical field. Taking advantage of this function, a compact interferometer having no reference arm is realized. The principle, design, fabrication, and performance as the displacement sensor are described. The signal obtained confirms the feasibility of this new interferometer. The displacement direction is also detected by a dual ultra-thin film photodiode with a phase shifter comparing the phases of the two signals.  相似文献

长期以来,用平面直角座标系来描制颜色色品图。但是,这种色品图未能完整地描述三参数的变化关系,即只能描述其中二个座标值,如代表红色的座标值x和代表绿色的座标值y而第三个代表兰色的座标植z是隐含在图中,换句话说,z需要计算,即z=1-(x+y)。这些缺陷是平面直角座标所固有的,无法克服的,本文首次提出了一种新的座标系统——平面三轴座标系统,可用来绘制颜色色品图,这样的色品图能确切描述三个参数的变化关系,而且使用方便。本文论述了平面三轴座标系统的建立和应用,并对用平面三轴座标描述的颜色色品图与用平面直角座标描制的颜色色品图作了比较。最后指出,为克服现用颜色色品图存在的缺陷,使用平面三轴座标系统来描制颜色色品图。  相似文献
