铸轧5052合金冷隔缺陷产生的机理研究

阐述了5052合金铸轧坯料生产时冷隔缺陷产生的机理,结合超型FATA—HUNTERΦ1003×1850mm机多年的生产实践经验,提出了消除铸轧冷隔缺陷的措施。     

An Improved Model for the Longitudinal Peak Strain in the Flange of a Roll Formed U‐Channel developed by FE‐Analyses

Today one can find cold roll forming (CRF) products in many applications, for example vehicles, furniture and in the building industry. Though CRF is a well known sheet metal process, it is still not entirely understood due to the geometrically complex forming. There are several computer aided engineering (CAE) programs on the market that can assist the tool maker when designing a new CRF machine. However, they are often based on simple formulas when predicting the stress and the strain in the strip. The main objective of this study is to improve formulas for the longitudinal peak membrane strain and the deformation length when a U‐channel is formed. These are important since they can be used to determine the number of forming steps and the distance between them. A two‐level factorial design is done using the finite element analysis to investigate which parameters affect the peak strain and the deformation length. The parameters are then used to build models for the peak strain and the deformation length.     

中国先进研究堆冷中子源核发热和冷中子增益研究

为准确计算和研究中国先进研究堆（CARR）冷中子源装置氢系统的核发热和冷中子增益，建立了一整套计算方法。对参考堆的验证计算证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。对影响CARR冷中子源核发热和冷中子增益的各种因素（如慢化剂、冷包材料、冷包形状等）进行了计算和优化选择。结果表明：在核发热量较小的条件下获得了较好的冷中子增益。     

首钢6H3C单机架可逆式薄板冷轧机组技术特点

首钢6H3C单机架可逆式冷轧机组是目前世界上第一套通过中间辊交叉进行板型控制的轧机．也是世界上第一套投入工业生产的6H3C轧机。本文介绍了该机组的工艺、设备参数，技术特点，电气设备及自动化控制及生产状况，并提出了该机组可能存在的问题。

DB590钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性的研究

超低碳贝氏体钢是具有高强度高韧性的新型钢种，它的合金元素含量少，含碳量又低，具有较好的焊接性能。采用插销试验研究了ＤＢ５９０钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性，同时用扫描电镜分析该钢插销试样的冷裂纹断口形貌。试验表明该钢具有优良的抗冷裂性能。     

通信接收机的抗信道干扰问题

接收机产生干扰的机理分析是提高其抗干扰性能的基础和前提,为此文中对其作了详细阐述,并对降低接收机共信道干扰的改善措施也作了简明分析研究。本文为从事通信工作者理解与应用有关内容提供一轮廓性依据。     

A novel compact low-power direct conversion receiver for mobile UHF RFID reader

A novel direct conversion receiver with low cost and low power is implemented in a 0.18 μm 1P6M standard CMOS process for a Mobile UHF RFID reader.A highly linear active mixer with low flicker noise and low noise active load is proposed.An efficient and low cost on-chip DC offset voltage canceling scheme is adopted with a high-input-impedance four-input OPAMP to buffer the output of the DC offset canceller(DCOC) block.The receiver has a measured input 1 dB compression point of 2 dBm and a sensitivity of 72 dBm in the presence of the large leakage signal from the transmitter.Only occupying a silicon area of 2.5 mm 2 and consuming 21 mA from a 1.8 V supply,the receiver makes the mobile UHF RFID reader to communicate with a transponder in a distance of 1 m conveniently.
