The growth of γ-LiAlO2 layer with a highly-preferred orientation on (0001) sapphire

Using vapor transport equilibration (VTE) technique we succeeded in the fabrication of single-phase γ-LiAlO2 layer on (0001) sapphire substrate. X-ray diffraction indicated that the as-fabricated layer was highly textured with [100] orientation at proper VTE treatment temperature range from 1050℃ to 1100℃. The main factors affecting the quality of the γ-LiAlO2 layer were investigated by SEM and transmission spectra. These results reveal the possibility of fabricating γ-LiAlO2 (100)// sapphire (0001) composite substrate for GaN-based epitaxial film by VTE.     

Psychology at the Intersection of Work and Family: Recommendations for Employers, Working Families, and Policymakers.

Demographic data show that major changes have been occurring in the everyday lives of families over the last generation, with the majority of mothers of young children in the workforce and an increasing number of men and women assuming caregiving responsibilities for older relatives. Thus, the 2 primary identities of most adults, defined by their multiple family and work roles, need to be coordinated in ways that promote positive family outcomes, returns on investments for employers, and societal values. Despite changes in the workforce, the world of work is still largely organized for a family model that is increasingly rare--one with a stay-at-home caregiver. Recommendations based on psychological and other social science research are offered to align the needs of working families and employers. Associative Learning Improves Visual Working Memory Performance.

The ability to remember visual stimuli over a short delay period is limited by the small capacity of visual working memory (VWM). Here the authors investigate the role of learning in enhancing VWM. Participants saw 2 spatial arrays separated by a 1-s interval. The 2 arrays were identical except for 1 location. Participants had to detect the difference. Unknown to the participants, some spatial arrays would repeat once every dozen trials or so for up to 32 repetitions. Spatial VWM performance increased significantly when the same location changed across display repetitions, but not at all when different locations changed from one display repetition to another. The authors suggest that a major role of learning in VWM is to mediate which information gets retained, rather than to directly increase VWM capacity. 陶瓷基复合材料伪半固态触变成形及其在卫星角框件中的应用

提出了陶瓷基复合材料伪半固态成形工艺,并应用该工艺制备了30%(体积分数)Alp/SiCp复合材料卫星角框件.通过金相分析、拉伸等实验方法验证该工艺的可行性.结果表明,该工艺成形的零件微观组织比较均匀;硬度较高,HV可达到6.43GPa;应变(ε)约为0.5%;抗拉强度(σt)约为300MPa.

Micromechanical Modeling of the Effective Viscoelastic Properties of Inhomogeneous Materials Using Fraction-exponential Operators

A new analytical approach for’ micromechanical modeling of the effective viscoelastic behavior of a’ composite material is presented. Fractionexponential operators are. used to describe the viscoelastic properties of the constituents. To construct the corresponding elastic solution, effective field method is used. Effective viscoelastic operators are obtained from the Volter ra’s elasticity-viscoelasticity correspondence principle. Incompatible deformation that often occurs during the manufacturiig process is taken intp account. All the formulas are obtained in explicit ready-to-use form.     

Analysis of a Gyroscope＇s Rotor Nonlinear Supported Magnetic Field Based on the B-Spline Wavelet-FEM

A supported framework of a gyroscope＇s rotor is designed and the B-Spline wavelet finite element model of nonlinear supported magnetic field is worked out. A new finite element space is studied in which the scaling function of the B-spline wavelet is considered as the shape function of a tetrahedton. The magnetic field is spited by an artificial absorbing body which used the condition of field radiating, so the solution is unique. The resolution is improved via the varying gradient of the B-spline function under the condition of unchanging gridding. So there are some advantages in dealing with the focus flux and a high varying gradient result from a nonlinear magnetic field. The result is more practical. Plots of flux and in the space is studied via simulating the supported system model. The results of the study are useful in the research of the supported magnetic system for the gyroscope rotor.     

SiO2对金属锂盐聚合物电解质导电作用的影响

采用溶液浇注法制备了PEO基聚合物电解质,测定了该类电解质的电导率,并研究了温度、SiO2的颗粒度及表面性能对聚环氧乙烯/高氯酸锂(PEO/LiClO4)聚合物电解质体系电导率的影响.结果表明PEO-LiClO4-10%SiO2复合型聚合物电解质的室温电导率达到了1.033×10-4S/cm,同时对该电解质进行了差热分析,发现加入SiO2后,PEO/LiClO4体系熔融温度降低,非晶相含量增加,有利于提高离子电导率.     

153Sm-葡庚糖酸钠的制备

研究了制备条件对153Sm标记GH的影响及标记物的体外稳定性,建立了有效的153Sm标记葡萄糖酸钠(GH)方法。结果表明:用通氮敞开体系、沸水浴加热的标记方法,反应时间不低于30min,GH浓度不低于2.4×10-2mol/L时,可获得标记率大于98%的153Sm-GH;用高比活度153Sm(～4.5TBq/g(Sm))标记,其比活度可达14GBq/g(GH)。该标记物在室温下具有较好的稳定性,放置40h内,其放化纯度>96%。     

固支简支端部边界条件下同轴圆柱壳体的流致不稳定性研究

基于Paiedoussis等同轴圆柱壳体流致不稳定性的数学模型和研究方法，分析了固支－简支端部约束条件下同轴圆柱壳体系统的流致不稳定性，结果表明：同两端固支相比，固支－简支端部边界下壳体系统的失稳临界流速更低。
