Chlorination and dechlorination of nuclear reactor cooling water

Effects from chlorination and dechlorination of Savannah River water were studied during the development of biofouling countermeasures for a proposed cooling tower system required for thermal mitigation of nuclear reactor cooling water effluent. Testing was conducted to assess chlorine demand and dissipation rates as well as the environmental acceptability of using sodium sulfite as a dechlorinating agent. Chlorine demand varied significantly, but in an unpredictable manner during seven seasonal sampling dates. A chlorine dosage of 3–5 mg/l was generally adequate to provide a free chlorine residual of 1 mg/l. Static 48-h bioassays with bluegill showed no acute toxicity for chlorinated/dechlorinated cooling water containing up to 64 times the calculated stoichiometric concentration of sodium sulfite required for dechlorination. Experiments measuring the depletion of dissolved oxygen and flow-through (96-h) bioassays with bluegill and largemouth bass further substantiated the environmental acceptability of using sodium sulfite as a dechlorinating agent.

TRT机组叶片冲蚀磨损故障诊断及处理措施

通过对武汉钢铁公司5^#高炉TRT机组叶片故障进行诊断，分析了故障的原因，指出积灰，气流脱流和堵塞中剧了叶片的冲蚀磨损，从而导致机组故障。提出了排除机组故障的方案，实施后效果良好。     

The effect of inlet parameters on the performance of packed tower-regenerator

An investigation on the operation of packed tower for the regeneration of liquid desiccant is presented. A theoretical model demonstrating the effect of the system parameters is described. The experimental results are plotted to illustrate the effect of air and liquid parameters on the output variables. The regeneration process is shown to be highly dependent on the air inlet conditions, namely, temperature, humidity and flow rate. Also, the effects of the liquid temperature, concentration and flow rate is discussed. Data obtained were correlated to estimate the rate of water evaporation (regeneration rate) from values of variables that influence the rate of mass transfer in the column.     

旋转直流内循环式旋风分离器流场测定与分析(Ⅰ)

采用五孔探针测试技术及相应的计算机数据采集与处理系统，测定了旋转直流内循环式旋风分离器的三维流场分布。对所测流场分4个区域进行了分析讨论，并对内循环气量进行了衡算。结果表明该新型旋风分离器设计合理，结构有利于气流中颗粒的分离。     

JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构用钢板的研制开发

济钢新开发的塔桅结构用JT245耐大气腐蚀钢板，是在钢中添加适量的Cu、P、Nb等合金元素，使金属表面生成致密、连续的含Cu、P、Nb等合金元素的非晶产物层，较好解决了钢材的耐大气腐蚀性能。JT245钢的物理性能测试、焊接工艺试验评定、室外大气曝晒等系列试验表明：JT245耐大气腐蚀钢板机械、焊接性能稳定、耐大气腐蚀性能良好，完全能满足塔桅钢结构的制作需要。     

A Study on Removing Mercaptan from Gasoline with Ammonia Washing

The method of removing mercaptan from gasoline by ammonia washing instead of caustic washing was studied. The effect of extraction time and the concentration of ammonia on the rate of mercaptan removal were investigated. The results showed that the rate of mercaptan removal is higher as the concentration of ammonia is 1.5 ~ 3 wt%, the ratio of gasoline/solvent is 100:5 and extracting for 20 min. The rate of water washing after ammonia washing is rather higher than that of single ammonia washing. Adding 0.6 wt% diethanolamine into ammonia can obviously improve the rate of mercaptan removal. While caustic washing is better than ammonia washing in efficiency, ammonia washing can substitute it, because caustic washing produces alkaline residue hard to deal with and pollutes the environment.     

钢筋混凝土水塔定向爆破技术

采用“开窗口(包括定向窗)、切钢筋、留支撑块”方法进行钢筋混凝土水塔定向爆破拆除,可增加爆破临空面,保证倒塌方向准确。对控制飞石、震动起到一定作用。但因承载截面减弱,必须进行稳定性计算,确保施工安全。同时还应进行倾复与抗倾复检算,以确定切口参数选择正确。

介绍了大庆石化公司化肥厂（以下简称大庆化肥厂）105－D氨合成催化剂更换的情况，分析了更换前后的运行情况，论述了催化剂还原的时间可以大大缩短，还原质量也可进一步提高。     

常压塔条阀塔盘开裂分析

对开裂的条形浮阀塔盘的综合分析。结果表明 ,H2 S与HCl同时存在的电化学体系对 30 0系列不锈钢将会产生协同效应的严重腐蚀 ,引起腐蚀的主要杂质的是HCl,而H2 S则加速了腐蚀
