通过对天津钢铁有限公司在SWRH82B钢冶炼过程中工艺数据的整理分析,就转炉冶炼终点如何实现高碳低磷和优化工序操作提出一些改进措施。     

500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置减压炉施工技术

结合华北石化500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置的核心设备即减压炉的施工实践,阐述了该工程的特点和总体施工程序。减压炉施工分为钢结构安装、炉管组焊和衬里施工3部分,文章分别从这几方面介绍了具体施工方法和关键技术。针对该炉体衬里在冬季施工的情况,通过分析设计采用的衬里材料的特性,对衬里结构进行了合理优化,并采取了有效的冬季施工措施,简化了施工程序,提高了施工速度,保证了质量,减压炉烘炉、试运、投产一次成功,并一直安全平稳运行。     

OPC技术在天然气流量计算中的应用

介绍了OPC技术及其应用于天然气流量计算的实现过程 ,设计了基于SY/T6 14 3《天然气流量的标准孔板计量方法》标准的天然气流量计算软件。该软件在新疆某输气管道项目和成都某天然气项目中都获得了成功应用

介绍了长江江新洲堤段应用软体排护岸新型技术的情况，结合长江江新洲护岸工程对软体排施工、工艺、设备作简要叙述。     

Feature-Based Parametric Design of a Gating System for a Die-Casting Die

This paper presents a semi-automated approach for designing the gating system of a die-casting die. This approach combines the P-Q 2 technique and feature-based parametric design for achieving the automatic generation of the geometries for the gating system. It also enables users to integrate their expertise in the design at an early stage. User-defined gating features are pre-defined and stored in a gating library, and are then retrieved from the library and applied to the gating part with the desired parameters and locations during the design process. Algorithms based on the P-Q 2 technique are proposed for calculating the related parameters of the gating system. A prototype design has been developed using this approach, and the system is able to shorten the time for constructing the 3D geometries of the gating elements such as the gate, runner, overflow, shot sleeve, sprue, etc.

Electrochemistry of polyaniline: Study of the pH effect and electrochromism

Polyaniline was electrochemically synthesized from an aqueous medium with various acid electrolytes via potentiodynamic and potentiostatic techniques. The electrochemical synthesis of polyaniline was studied over various substrates, including Pt, Ti, Ni, and SnO₂ coated glass, and in various acid electrolytes. Cyclic voltammograms of electrochemically synthesized polyaniline were studied in HCl in a pH range of 1–4. Probable electrochemistry and chemical changes were deduced that occurred when polyaniline film was electrochemically oxidized and reduced between ?0.2 and 1.0 V versus a Ag/AgCl reference electrode in an acidic electrolyte at pH 1, and three corresponding oxidation and reduction peaks were described instead of two redox peaks (as observed by W. S. Huang, B. D. Humphrey, and A. G. MacDiarmid, J Chem Soc Faraday Trans 1 1986, 82, 2385). The electrochromic property was studied with changes in the chemical states of polyaniline during electrochemical oxidation and reduction. A new viscous electrolyte, aqueous AlCl₃ (pH 2), saturated with AgCl was used for the construction of an electrochromic display device. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 分析了高炉冶练钒钛磁铁矿炉前砂口损坏的原因。对新型砂口泥进研制，同时改进了套砂口工艺，满足了攀钢高炉焖砂口的需要。攀钢高炉采用闷砂口工艺后，从根本上解决了铁水带渣问题，提高了铁水的洁净度。
