可持续发展的历史街区保护

在历史街区保护中一般存在的问题有:保护观念不正确、保护方式不当、原居住生活网络被破坏等。文章提出,运用可持续发展理论进行历史街区保护应遵循4个原则:协调性原则、延续性原则、公平性原则、以人为本原则。     

What are the key elements of a sustainable university?

Nowadays, the principles of sustainable development are becoming increasingly important and universities are acting as agents in promoting these principles within society. In the future, universities will inevitably play crucial role in propagating these principles. This paper highlights important documents and discusses definitions of the term education for sustainable development. Elements, based on continuous feedback loop (Deming spiral) are discussed, in order to incorporate sustainability principles into university activities. The University of Maribor has been used as a case study to test the effectiveness of the proposed integration of sustainable development principles.     

Normality and impairment following profound early institutional deprivation: A longitudinal follow-up into early adolescence.

Longitudinal analyses on normal versus impaired functioning across 7 domains were conducted in children who had experienced profound institutional deprivation up to the age of 42 months and were adopted from Romania into U.K. families. Comparisons were made with noninstitutionalized children adopted from Romania and with nondeprived within-U.K. adoptees placed before the age of 6 months. Specifically, the validity of the assessment, the degree of continuity and change in levels of functioning from 6 to 11 years, and the factors in the pre- and postadoption environment accounting for heterogeneity in outcome were examined. Pervasive impairment was significantly raised in children experiencing institutional deprivation for ≥6 months of life, with a minority within this group showing no impairment. There was no additional significant effect of duration of deprivation beyond the 6-month cutoff, and few other predictors explained outcome. The pattern of normality/impairment was mainly established by 6 years of age, with considerable continuity at the individual level between 6 and 11 years. 润滑油基础油的现状及发展趋势

叙述了内燃机油的发展对基础油的要求，并对传统工艺和加氢工艺生产的基础油质量状况进行了分析，指出润滑油加氢工艺是提高基础油质量的有效途径。加氢工艺生产基础油是润滑油的发展趋势。     

可焊性高强度钢筋的开发与生产

为进一步开发国际钢材市场，研制开发了符合加拿大可焊性高强度钢筋标准要求的高强度钢筋．制定了化学成分及力学性能内控标准，分析了生产工艺各环节对成分和性能的影响，依据试验结果，在全面统计分析的基础上，调整了冶炼成分，生产的531批钢筋全部合格．通过直方图及回归分析，说明了制定的产品生产工艺可行，也为今后的生产提供了理论依据。
