An intelligent diagnostic tool for electronically controlled diesel engine

A diagnostic tool was designed and developed based on KWP 2000 (Kingtec Standard Diagnostic Protocol on K-line). According to the KWP2000, special communication module was devised, which implemented the physical connection and level translation between personal computer (PC) and electronic control unit (ECU). Software design includes guidance service suggestion (GSS) function module and fundamental function module. GSS function module scheduled six intelligent tests: compressing test, fuel shut-off test, run up test, fuel leakage test, electrical system test and high pressure test, and received the test results and supported the search for the cause of errors in the injection system or in the engine, provided diagnosis guidance and played an important role for the service engineer in the after-sale service market. Fundamental function module implemented the following functions: communication, diagnostic trouble code (DTC) management, measuring and programming data. All those modules were designed with Visual C++ and LabVIEW languages, which provided friendly and compatible interface. This diagnostic tool has been used successfully in first generation green diesel (GD-1) high pressure common rail diesel engine, all tests showed it could realize accurate and quick data communication, online diagnostic management, real-time and dynamic measuring data refreshment, online programming data and practical GSS. It significantly improved the efficiency and convenience in after sales service aftermarket.     

锻造缺陷智能诊断与咨询系统研究

基于数值仿真、物理仿真和专家经验知识构造了锻造缺陷一原因矩阵，阐明了锻造缺陷与产生缺陷的原因之间的内在关系。根据该矩阵并基于人工神经网络理论建立了锻造缺陷智能诊断与咨询系统。该系统具有诊断与咨询两大功能，可对CAE中出现的缺陷给出解释，辅助设计师做到无缺陷设计。

2008-07大兴安岭出现了2次大范围的强降雨天气过程,导致局地暴雨洪涝灾害,本文对2008-07的2次区域性大（暴）雨过程进行了对比分析,综合运用了天气图、卫星云图和物理量诊断场,分析了区域性大（暴）雨产生的环流形势、基本物理量条件等,得出了对预报具有指导意义的特征。     

食物成瘾的研究进展及启示

食物成瘾是一种复杂的慢性疾病,导致人们在日常生活中对某种食物产生过度依赖与过度进食等相关行为特征,近年来已被认为是影响欧美发达国家肥胖症、暴食症、糖尿病等发病率持续升高的关键原因,引起学术界的极大关注,成为研究热点。本文主要介绍食物成瘾的概念、诊断标准,综述了食物成瘾的病理机制、影响因素和应对措施等方面的研究进展,并探讨食物成瘾对我国食品界的启示,为预防食物成瘾,保障公众健康提供有益借鉴。     

Measurement of Neutron Flux at the Initial Phase of Discharge in EAST

Neutron emission in EAST was investigated by a time-resolved monitor systems which consist of four 3He proportion counters and a 235U fission chamber. The D-D neutron flux increased approximately an order of magnitude during the 27 MHz Ion-cyclotron resonance frequency (ICRF) heating, demonstrating that the ICRF wave heated the plasma effectively. In addition in LHW experiment with higher plasma parameters D-D neutrons were also detected. However, a mass of photoneutrons were generated in ohmic discharges with low plasma density. Effect of plasma density on the production of photoneutrons was studied, and it is found that LHW can suppress the runaway electrons and reduce the photoneutrons effectively.     

A diagnostic interview module for anabolic-androgenic steroid dependence: Preliminary evidence of reliability and validity.

The syndrome of anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) dependence, though well recognized, remains poorly studied. In this preliminary psychometric study, American and British investigators separately administered a structured diagnostic interview module, based on recently proposed criteria for AAS dependence, to 42 male AAS users in Middlesbrough, England. Another investigator, blinded to the diagnostic interview findings, assessed self-reported symptoms of “muscle-dysmorphia”; effects of AAS on various aspects of functioning; and maximum proportion of annual income spent on AAS. We also assessed demographic measures, history of other substance use, and performance on a hypothetical AAS-purchasing task. The interview module yielded very good interrater reliability (kappa = 0.76 and overall intraclass correlation = 0.79) and strong internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha = 0.77–0.87). Men diagnosed as AAS-dependent, when compared to nondependent men, reported significantly earlier onset of AAS use, longer duration and higher maximum doses of AAS used, more frequent use of other performance-enhancing drugs, and a somewhat larger maximum percentage of income spent on AAS. Dependent users also “bought” more AAS in the hypothetical purchase task, but rated significantly more negatively the effects of AAS on their mental health—findings all suggesting that the diagnosis of AAS dependence shows construct validity. As a group, AAS users showed high preoccupation with muscular appearance, but dependence per se was not significantly associated with this measure—suggesting that the diagnosis of AAS dependence shows some evidence of discriminant validity. Collectively, these findings suggest that AAS dependence may be diagnosed reliably, with preliminary evidence for construct and discriminant validity. Screening of depressive tendency in children by evaluating facial expression cognition

These days suicides are being committed by students at all three levels of schooling. This serious problem is one that we should respond to as quickly as possible. Pediatric depression is a potential source of this problem. Previously, we have reported a simple diagnosis of the depressed state using facial expression cognition in the case of adults. There we implemented a self‐diagnostic inspection that can be carried out easily in a short time for the screening of depression. In this report, we examine whether the method we developed for adults may be applied to children as a fast and effective response to the big problem of pediatric depression. Through this examination, we hope that we can respond quickly to the problem of suicides by students in schools at all three levels caused by depression. Moreover, we can respond to a situation in which the school and parents do not understand the children's mental state that contributes heavily to these acts. From this response, we can evolve a better support system. Furthermore, we examine an application that uses a hand phone to improve the early stages of detection and evolve a support system through the increased number of users. 小波变换除噪在油井出水机理诊断中的应用

为提高油藏调剖堵水的成功率,必须搞清油井的出水机理及主要影响因素,利用油井水油比对时间导数曲线的形状,根据理论分析结果,可以判断油井出水的原因。由于实际生产动态数据中存在噪音信号的污染,使得判 别曲线的跳跃性很大,甚至难以识别,从而降低了出水机理诊断的准确性和可靠性。因此,在进行出水类型判断之前首先需要对油井的生产动态数据进行预处理。采用小波变换方法对实际数据进行除噪,可以保证水油比 导数曲线具有很好的光滑性和逼近度。实例证明,该方法简单易用,结果可信。     

Measurement Techniques of Torsional Vibration in Rotating Shafts

The measurement of torsional vibration is a common practice in certain fields, such as the automotive industry, power generation, or large alternative engines. Similarly, functional analysis and diagnostic of other equipment, which are not traditionally measured, can benefit greatly from this type of measurement. This review discusses some techniques used in industry to measure torsional vibration, briefly describing the types of sensors used and the transduction procedures. Choosing the most appropriate technique in each case not only responds to economic reasons, but also to other conditions of the given equipment, such as its design, coupled machines or devices, functional status and operating environment, and the possibilities to install the instrumentation.
