电弧炉无渣出钢技术及其在我国的应用

红外热象仪在电力系统中的应用

本文主要阐述使用红外热象仪检测运行中的电力设备所发现的问题。文中通过若干实例介绍了用红外热象仪检测带电运行的发电机、电容器及连接头，并查出带有严重缺陷的部位，从而避免事故发生。     

基于Windows CE的线路巡检系统

首先讨论了现有线路巡检模式的不足，然后提出了利用windows CE来构建线路巡检系统。分析了该系统的硬件平台之后，提出了线路巡检系统的体系结构，阐述了该系统应具有的软件功能。在实际应用中表明，该系统在线路巡检中有较强的推广价值。     

Energy storage devices for future hybrid electric vehicles

Powertrain hybridization as well as electrical energy management are imposing new requirements on electrical storage systems in vehicles. This paper characterizes the associated vehicle attributes and, in particular, the various levels of hybrids. New requirements for the electrical storage system are derived, including: shallow-cycle life, high dynamic charge acceptance particularly for regenerative braking and robust service life in sustained partial-state-of-charge usage. Lead/acid, either with liquid or absorptive glass-fibre mat electrolyte, is expected to remain the predominant battery technology for 14 V systems, including micro-hybrids, and with a cost-effective battery monitoring system for demanding applications. Advanced AGM batteries may be considered for mild or even medium hybrids once they have proven robustness under real-world conditions, particularly with respect to cycle life at partial-states-of-charge and dynamic charge acceptance. For the foreseeable future, NiMH and Li-ion are the dominating current and potential battery technologies for higher-functionality HEVs. Li-ion, currently at development and demonstration stages, offers attractive opportunities for improvements in performance and cost. Supercapacitors may be considered for pulse power applications. Aside from cell technologies, attention to the issue of system integration of the battery into the powertrain and vehicle is growing. Opportunities and challenges for potential “battery pack” system suppliers are discussed.     

60MHz相位介电测井仪模拟刻度器设计

文章以介电测井理论为基础，借鉴感应仪的模拟刻度方法，对大庆油田的６０ＭＨｚ相位介电井仪的模拟刻度进行了研究。参照国内外有关资料，提出了模拟刻度器的设计模型，通过理论分析与计算，建立了一套模拟刻度方法。现场初步试验，该方法取得了一定物效果，为进一步提高仪器的测量精度提供了依据。     

深斜井电潜泵打捞工艺研究

冀东油田油水井较深、斜度大 ,电潜泵外径大、机组结构复杂 ,泵被卡落井事故时有发生 ,给打捞作业带来很大困难。据此 ,研制出定位套铣捞筒、电潜泵卡瓦捞筒、可退循环捞筒和电缆丝锥捞钩等多种电潜泵打捞专用工具 ,形成了相关的电潜泵打捞工艺技术。几年的现场应用 ,取得了满意的效果。这项打捞工艺技术可在井身结构复杂的油田推广使用。     

A simplified cascade current‐source inverter interconnected to a single‐phase three‐wire distribution system and its application to electric energy storage systems with batteries

A novel current source inverter system interconnected to the single‐phase grid is proposed. It has the same construction as the conventional three‐phase current source inverter that is interconnected to the single‐phase three‐wire distribution system. Though the proposed circuit has no output transformer, it can be equivalently performed as the single‐phase double cascade inverter by diverting the pole transformer in the utility system. By controlling the appropriate scheme, the output currents can be obtained as the five‐level waveforms and their distortions can be decreased sufficiently. It is applied to the interactive electric energy storage system with batteries and the basic discharging characteristics are discussed experimentally. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Measuring the load eccentricity in helical compression springs

An experimental device able to detect the load eccentricity in helical compression springs is described. The theory underlying the resolution of measured bending strains of the apparatus into effective load eccentricity is discussed. Laboratory results are offered for heavy duty springs and compared to theoretical estimates retrieved from the literature.     

直流电弧炉长弧泡沫渣技术

本文指出了直流电弧炉采用长弧泡沫渣技术的必要性及该技术的发展现状，总结了炉渣物理性质，化学成分，温度和气源等对炉渣泡沫化的影响，并介绍了电炉泡沫渣的操作工艺及实际应用效果，对宝钢三期１５０ｔＤＣ－ＵＨＰ电弧炉的泡沫渣工艺提出了看法。
