The current review focuses on the relevance and practical benefit of interpolymer radical coupling methods. The latter are developing rapidly and constitute a perfectly complementary macromolecular engineering toolbox to the controlled radical polymerization techniques (CRP). Indeed, all structures formed by CRP are likely to be prone to radical coupling reactions, which multiply the available synthetic possibilities. Basically, the coupling systems can be divided in two main categories. The first one, including the atom transfer radical coupling (ATRC), silane radical atom abstraction (SRAA) and cobalt-mediated radical coupling (CMRC), relies on the recombination of macroradicals produced from a dormant species. The second one, including atom transfer nitroxide radical coupling (ATNRC), single electron transfer nitroxide radical coupling (SETNRC), enhanced spin capturing polymerization (ESCP) and nitrone/nitroso mediated radical coupling (NMRC), makes use of a radical scavenger in order to promote the conjugation of the polymer chains. 在氮气气氛下,采用低温焙烧的方法对含砷铜烟尘中的砷进行选择性分离,研究了温度、氮气流量和焙烧时间的变化对砷挥发率的影响,用X射线衍射分析、差热-差重分析等方法研究了含砷铜烟尘中砷的挥发规律,并分析了砷挥发过程的动力学。结果表明,含砷铜烟尘中砷的选择性分离应在低温下进行,避免高温下Zn、Pb挥发损失和As_2O_3生成难挥发的砷酸盐。在250℃,氮气流量300mL/min、焙烧120min的条件下,砷的挥发率为95.68%,渣中砷的含量为0.79%,其他有价金属基本不挥发,实现了砷与其他有价金属的选择性分离,砷以初级As_2O_3产品回收,纯度为96.85%。动力学研究表明,在一定范围内,砷的低温选择性挥发过程符合收缩核模型,其表观活化能为19.71kJ/mol,该过程受内扩散控制。 相似文献

Copper/bamboo fabric (Cu/BF) composites were prepared by electroless deposition via a tin-free process. The process involved 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane modification, noble metal (Au or Pd) activation and electroless copper planting of BF. The copper deposition rate via Pd catalytic process was 1.01 mg/cm2 h, higher than that by Au catalytic process (0.85 mg/cm2 h). The microstructure of Cu/BF composites was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the copper coatings were composed of ball-shaped copper particles. The composition and chemical state of copper layers were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra, Cu0 was detected but copper dioxide was not found in both spectra. The electromagnetic interference, water absorption, mechanical tension, conductivity and adhesion properties of Cu/BF samples (weight ratio of Cu/BF: 0.36 ± 0.01) were measured to obtain the qualities of the composites. 相似文献

The character of 1‐dodecanethiol (DT) self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) formed on copper surface in aqueous micellar solution is investigated by means of contact angle measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and polarization curves. The contact angle measurement shows that the SAMs formed in aqueous micellar solution are oriented and compact. According to the electrochemical measurements, it is found that both the concentration of DT and temperature can significantly affect the property of SAMs. The DT SAMs can prevent the corrosion of copper in chloride‐containing solution effectively because the inhibition efficiency can reach 99.59% at the DT concentration of 10?2 M . The adsorption of DT in aqueous micellar solution obeys to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, and the value of the free energy of adsorption calculated indicates that the adsorption of DT molecule is a spontaneous process and a typical of chemical adsorption. 相似文献

Oxidation of four typical lead frame copper alloys was investigated. The oxidation rate and adhesion strength of oxide films
to copper alloy substrates were studied by measuring the thickness and carrying out peel tests. The results show that, although
copper alloys C5191 and C7025 have thinner oxide films, a lower adhesion strength and a higher proportion of CuO were obtained
than in the other copper alloys EFTEC64T and C194. The adhesion strength is mainly influenced by the structure of the oxide
film of the copper alloys, especially the CuO/Cu2O ratio in the film. The highest adhesion strength is obtained for the copper oxide film with a basic structure of CuO/Cu2O/Cu and a CuO/Cu2O ratio of about 0.1. The segregation of additional elements in the copper alloy plays an important role in the oxide film
