Synthesis of Dimethyl Carbonate from Methanol and Carbon dioxide using Potassium Methoxide as Catalyst under Mild Conditions

Pd-supported on WO₃–ZrO₂ (W/Zr atomic ratio=0.2) calcined at 1073 K was found to be highly active and selective for gas-phase oxidation of ethylene to acetic acid in the presence of water at 423 K and 0.6 MPa. Contact time dependence demonstrated that acetic acid is formed via acetaldehyde formed by a Wacker-type reaction, not through ethanol by hydration of ethylene.     

Determination of the solubility parameter of poly(ethylene oxide) at 25°C by gas-liquid chromatography

The solubility parameter of poly(ethylene oxide) at 25°C has been determined using the method developed by DiPaola-Baranyi and Guillet, by the extrapolation of the values of the interaction parameter χ, at high temperatures, ranging from 70°–90°, 90°–110° and 110°–130°C down to 25°C. The values of the solubility parameter obtained, depending on the temperature ranges employed, are 9.8, 9.9 and 10.1, respectively.     

渗透蒸发均质膜在二元醇/水溶液中的溶胀平衡模型

对交联聚乙烯醇均质膜于全浓度范围的乙二醇／水溶液中分别在60、70和80℃下进行了溶胀平衡实验研究.基于改进的UNIQUAC方程和Flory-Huggins热力学理论，建立了液-膜两相溶胀平衡模型方程，并用该模型方程计算出了水和乙二醇分子在交联聚乙烯醇均质膜中的溶解平衡浓度，其计算结果与实验值吻合良好.     

Direct ethoxylation of fatty methyl ester over Al-Mg composite oxide catalyst

For the purpose of estimating the reaction mechanism of the direct ethoxylation of a fatty ester in the presence of an Al-Mg composite oxide catalyst, a labeled fatty methyl ester C₁₁H₂₃CO¹⁸OCH₃ containing ¹⁸O isotope was synthesized and directly ethoxylated. The product was evaluated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The GC-MS spectra showed that the ¹⁸O isotope label was present only in the methoxy group at the molecular end of the ethoxylated fatty methyl ester. This supports the reaction mechanism of coordination anionic polymerization where the bond between the acyl and methoxy groups of the fatty methyl ester molecule was broken, caused by the bifunctional effect of the acid-base active sites; an intermediate chemisorption species was formed; and then ethylene oxide was addition-polymerized sequentially, in parallel.     

一种高度炼化一体化的乙烯发展方案

简要介绍了三种炼化一体化新技术,由此提出了一种高度炼化一体化的乙烯发展方案,与常规的炼化一体化方案进行了对比分析,表明该方案的乙烯原料更加优质且轻质化,其丙烯/乙烯比可达1.1以上。     

IIR/EPDM共混物的物理机械性能

研究了IIR／EPDM并用体系中共混比、硫磺硫化体系以对共混性能的影响。结果表明，IIR与EPDM相容性较好，而且可以达到共硫化；IIR。EPDM质量比为75／25时，共混物的物理机械性能和老化性能较好；用硫黄、低硫高促进剂和无硫硫化体系都得到性能良好的共混物，其中以前者硫化的共混物性能最为突出。     

对我国乙烯工业发展的几点思考

阐述了世界乙烯工业现状、发展特点以及新型工艺技术分析，重点对我国乙烯工业总体发展水平、生产、消费、进出口贸易作了详细的讨论。在此基础上对我国乙烯工业发展方向、方式和规划提出了建议。     

聚乙二醇对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚低温浑浊影响的研究

通过一系列低温浑浊试验考察了聚乙二醇含量与分子质量对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)低温浑浊的影响，并分析AEO3低温分层后的上清液和下层浑浊物中聚乙二醇的含量与分布，发现分子质量在600以上的聚乙二醇是影响AEO3低温浑浊的重要原因。     

磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺催化合成丁醛乙二醇缩醛

报道了以磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,通过丁醛和乙二醇反应合成了丁醛乙二醇缩醛。系统考察了醛醇物质的量比、催化剂用量以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定适宜的工艺条件为n(丁醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂的质量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,反应时间1.0 h。在此反应条件下,丁醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达71.1%。
