适宜于光聚合过程应用的荧光探针研究

研究了两种探针化合物在安息香醚引发烯类单体光聚合反应中的应用，发现在光聚合反应中，不同的探针化合物有着不同的光谱响应特征和溶致变色行为，显然，这对探针的灵敏度会带来影响。实验结果表明：探针化合物在光聚合反应中能否应用，其光照稳定性起着关键作用，本工作推荐了一种适宜在烯类单体光聚合反应中应用的探针化合物。     

大面积水域浓度场测试方法及系统研究

针对大面积水域浓度场难以实现实时测量、测量精度不高等问题,采用了一种多通道荧光测试系统和方法。首先,基于单色光诱导荧光检测浓度(LIF)原理,使用探头获取离散点的浓度参数。然后,经总线或通信网络技术,将数百个测点连接起来。最后,通过数据总线或网络将采集的数据输送到中央测控计算机中,处理离散的数据后形成完整的浓度场。在恒定流浓度场中的试验结果表明,污染物测量相对误差均值不超过5%,单次测量相对误差最高值为8.33%,传感器线性度不超过5%,可检测的荧光素钠溶液浓度分辨率为0.001 ppm,系统测量稳定、精度较高。相较于其他浓度测量方法,该系统具有测量面积大、实时测量的优势,可为水污染防治等领域提供可靠的技术支撑。     

Langmuir probe RF plasma compensation using a simulation method

The problem of Langmuir probe data deformation due to RF pickup by the probe is treated through a computer simulation method. It is pointed out that proper RF compensations can be obtained by treatment of the Langmuir probe raw data through the use of computer software. It is demonstrated that correct, RF unaffected probe I–V$I\text{–}V$ characteristics can be accurately reproduced from the RF contaminated data. This eliminates the need for the use of any filters or other hardware procedures. User friendly matlab based software is presented. The software automatically retrieves the correct RF I–V$I\text{–}V$ characteristics for single Langmuir probe data which consequently allows for proper evaluation of plasma parameters such as the plasma electron temperature, electron number density and the electron energy distribution function (EEDF)     

Miscibility and Probe Tack of Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesives—Acrylic Copolymer/Tackifier Resin Systems

Miscibility between acrylic copolymers and tackifier resins are investigated in terms of phase diagrams, and the probe tack of the blends are measured as a function of both temperature and rate of separation in order to obtain the master curves. It is found that the probe tack of the pressure sensitive adhesives are closely related to the miscibility between the components. The master curves of the miscible blends shift along the X(rate)-axis according to the change of T_g of the bulk materials with a gradual variation of the peak heights. However, those of the immiscible blends will not shift along the X(rate)-axis, but the magnitude will decrease with increase of a dispersed phase.     

CCFW的一种新型张力控制方法研究

通过一个实例介绍了计算机控制缠绕机（CCFW）的一种缠绕纤维的张力控制方法，着重分析了其技术要求与难点，并给出了最终的实现方法。这种方法对于造纸，纺织工业设备及其他缠绕设备的张力控制都极具参考价值。     

利用电阻探针对石油设备及管道的腐蚀进行监测

从1998年起，国内石油炼制行业开始大量炼制进口高硫原油，油气管道的腐蚀问题受到了重视。介绍了电阻探针腐蚀监测系统的原理及组成。并针对油气管道，实施了在线监测，安装了6组腐蚀电阻探针，分析了测量结果，为今后防腐工作提供了依据。
