研究了采用(准)中粘度级尼龙做基体树脂,加入成核剂改善尼龙的结晶过程,提高结晶速率和初始熔融温度;添加光、热氧稳定剂,防止尼龙在成型加工和使用过程中产生降解与老化,提高塑料制品的质量和减少性能的分散性;采用合理的工艺条件,确保添加剂的均匀分散与减少玻纤的磨损,得到适于军工、航空和机电等领域需要的高性能的受力结构工程塑料。     

稳定锐态型钛白粉分散性能工业试验

试验分别用水性分散剂和油性分散剂对钛白粉半成品进行粉碎包膜，检测成品的应用性能，发现水性分散剂效果不明显，而油性分散剂对分散性和分散稳定化程度都有提高，同时分析了在锐态型钛白粉行业产品包膜效果的影响因素，以供参考。     

Control of structure and tack properties of acrylic pressure‐sensitive adhesives designed by a polymerization process

Free radical emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and 2‐ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) results in the synthesis of pressure‐sensitive adhesives (PSAs) with good tack properties. Management of both the copolymer composition and the polymerization process allows one to control the behavior of the PSA. Semicontinuous (SC) processes create polymer particles whose instantaneous composition is close to that of the feed particle The SC Mixture process (continuous feeding with comonomer blends) affords nearly homogeneous latex particles and PSA films. The SC Gradient process (separate feedings at inversely varying rates) affords heterogeneous particles and films. The Batch process leads to somewhat heterogeneous films, but the hard (MMA‐rich) microdomains are made compatible with their soft (EHA‐rich) matrix because of the assumed formation of tapered‐type copolymers. Tack measurements indicate the importance of the particle and film structures. Too much hardness or softness leads to unacceptable lacks of adhesion and cohesion, respectively. Homogeneous structures prove adequate, but their tack properties collapse with rising temperature. Heterogeneous structures, with extensive phase segregation, prove unsatisfactory because they lack adhesion and cohesion. Finally, the association of well‐balanced composition and compatible heterogeneity is the criterion for suitable PSA behavior. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Extraction of penicillin G from simulated media by an emulsion liquid membrane process

The extraction of penicillin G from simulated media was performed by water/oil/water (w/o/w) emulsion liquid membranes (ELMs) and studied under various operational conditions in a batch system. The degree of extraction achieved was between 80% and 95% under specific conditions. A concentration of greater than nine times the initial concentration of penicillin G in the external phase was obtained in the internal phase. The pH of the internal aqueous solution, containing a basic salt, was theoretically calculated on the basis of the amount of penicillin G transported into the internal phase. The calculated results agreed with the experimental data well and were used to select a suitable type and concentration of a basic salt in the internal phase to give a pH within the range 5 to 8 where penicillin G was stable after the termination of extraction. The extraction of penicillin G was successfully performed by the ELM process with sodium carbonate in the internal phase.

荧光消除剂的应用研究

介绍了一种粉末状荧光消除剂的应用特性,并对影响荧光消除剂使用效果的因素进行了探讨。结果表明,浆料温度及荧光消除剂与浆料的混合作用时间对荧光消除效果有较大影响。
