Commodity polymers are the most widely used materials for electronic packaging applications. However, they are nondegradable and causing serious environmental damage. Addressing this challenge, the relative effects of graphite (G) and graphene oxide (GO) dispersion on the enzymatic degradation, electronic properties, thermal degradation, and crystallization behavior of enzyme degradable polylactide/poly(ε-caprolactone) blend composites is investigated. Owing to the oxygenated surface functionalities and excellent thermal conductivity arising from the carbon structure, the randomly dispersed GO particles do not provide electrical pathways and facilitate large enhancements in the electrical resistivity (126%) and thermal conductivity (72%) of the blend composites. However, while the G particles enhanced the thermal conductivity of the composites, they had little effect on enzymatic degradation. Furthermore, they reduced the electrical resistivity, particularly at high concentration (0.25 wt % G), as a result of the conducting delocalized electrons in the G structure and due to network formation. We also find that the energy required to initiate and propagate the thermal degradation process for GO-filled blend composites is relatively lower than that of G-filled blend composite. However, the former composites show higher crystallization rate coefficients value than that of G-filled composites and the neat blend, thereby providing better crystallization ability and miscibility with the matrix. ABSTRACTBiFeO3-LaY2Fe5O12 (BFO-LYIG) composites and the corresponding flexible films were prepared via solid-sate reaction and spin coating respectively. The composites were used for structures and magnetic properties characterization, while the flexible films were used for multiferroic properties measurement. The results show that the BFO and LYIG phases can coexist in the composite with no impurity phase for certain mole ratio, but with obvious impurity phases for other mole ratios. Compared to the weak magnetic and ferroelectric property of BFO, the magnetization and polarization of the composites can be simultaneously improved due to the high magnetization and resistivity of LYIG. 相似文献

Due to the large surface area‐to‐volume ratio and high quality crystal structure, single nanowire (NW)‐based UV sensors exhibit very high on/off ratios between photoresponse current and dark current. Practical applications require a large‐scale and low‐cost integration, compatibility to flexible electronics, as well as reasonably high photoresponse current that can be detected without high‐precision measurement systems. In this paper, NW‐based UV sensors were fabricated in large‐scale by integrating multiple NWs connected in parallel via the contact printing method. Linear scaling of the photoresponse current with the number of NWs is demonstrated. Integrated ZnO NW UV sensors were fabricated on rigid glass and flexible polyester (PET) substrates at the macroscopic scale. The flexible and rigid sensors performed comparably, exhibiting on/off current ratios approximately three orders of magnitude higher than sensors made from polycrystalline ZnO thin films. Under UV irradiance of 4.5 mW cm?2 and 3 V bias, photoresponse currents and on/off current ratios for the rigid and flexible UV sensors reached 12.22 mA and 82 000, and 14.1 mA and 120 000, respectively. This result suggests that lateral integration of semiconductor NWs is an effective approach to large‐scale fabrication of flexible NW sensors that inherit the merits of single‐NW‐based systems with unaffected performance compared to using rigid substrate. 相似文献

针对辽河油田注水区块现有颗粒类深部调驱堵剂耐温、抗剪切性能差,成胶强度低,有效期短,压力提升幅度有限等问题,采用丙烯酰胺与天然橡胶胶乳、乙烯基吡咯烷酮通过自由基共聚,经胶体干燥、造粒得到具有良好柔韧性和粘弹性能的柔性凝胶颗粒,并确定了最佳聚合反应条件:单体浓度30%,丙烯酰胺:天然橡胶胶乳:乙烯基吡咯烷酮质量比为1:0.8:0.3,交联剂浓度0.05%,引发剂(甲醛合次硫酸氢钠与过硫酸铵质量比为1:2)浓度0.6%,聚合反应温度65℃。同时确定了用于悬浮凝胶颗粒的凝胶配方体系:聚合物800 mg/L、交联剂400 mg/L、稳定剂80 mg/L,得到了凝胶颗粒现场应用的合理粒径中值为2 mm,最佳使用浓度范围1%~3%。现场试验结果表明:凝胶颗粒对调驱压力提升作用明显,具有很高的可行性和实用性,为注水区块稳油控水提供了有力的技术保障。 相似文献

This study investigates the use of integral, hybrid intumescent thermal barriers (mats) to provide surface protection to the core fibre‐reinforced polyester composite structural integrity when exposed to a fire or heat source. Glass fibre‐reinforced composites protected by intumescent mats/fabrics containing silicate fibres, expandable graphite and in some cases borosilicate glass bounded together by an organic matrix have been evaluated for fire performance under a constant heat flux of 50kW/m2. The effect of insulative fabric thickness as well as chemical composition on the flammability of the resultant hybrid composites is evaluated. Glass fibre‐reinforced polyester (GRP) composites without any surface protection have a relatively higher time‐to‐ignition and peak heat release rate values when compared with core composites protected by insulative fabrics. Thermograms representing the variation of temperature on the reverse side of the hybrid composites with time when exposed to a constant heat flux show that the inclusion of intumescent surface barriers results in retarded temperature increments within the core GRP composites. The Cone Calorimeter test method has been one of the most used small‐scale fire test method for years now and is at present widely spread over the world. In contrast to many other fire test methods, the Cone Calorimeter provides a range of data with sound scientific basis, which allows a wide range of applications. It can be used for modelling and also for enhanced product development. This paper describes the use of the Cone Calorimeter for the development of new innovative materials in combination with a mathematical model. As example, the cost effective development of an innovative intumescing graphite system for protecting particle board is explained. The performance goal of the project is to obtain the threshold values for a B class in the Single Burning Item (SBI) test method used for the newly developed Euroclass system. The focus of this paper is on the development tools and not on the chemical development of the protective system. During the research it was necessary to develop a new sample holder for the Cone Calorimeter. The results from the project show that the industry can save development time and resources by using the Cone Calorimeter in combination with a simple mathematical model. 建立石墨炉准确高效测定蒸馏酒中铅含量的方法,以石墨炉测定蒸馏酒中重金属铅含量为目标,考察样品前处理、灰化温度、原子化温度、基本改进剂等因素对测定结果的影响.通过实验条件优化,样品峰的拖尾现象得到解决,背景峰面积显著减小,灵敏度、精密度、准确度得到提高,校正曲线从原来的0.999869提高到0.999923.该方法能最大程度改善样品峰的前延、双峰和拖尾现象,具有简洁、高效、准确、灵敏度高的优点,为蒸馏酒铅含量测定方法提供一定的参考,结果达到国家标准要求. 相似文献
