Study of modeling and simulation of full digital controlled PMIG／MAG welding system based on Matlab／Simulink

This paper presents an integrated simulation model for full digital controlled PMIG/MAG welding system with Matlab/Simulink, and it consists of power inverter, digital control system and dynamic arc-load model. An integrated simulation study was done for fuU digital PMIG/MAG welding, and a method of connecting dynamic arc-load model to the system with controlled current source was presented, in addition, the simulation results were utilized to study the issues of digital control PMIG/MAG welding in this paper. The experimental results validated the developed simulation model, and this simulation study can be applied in implementation of the full digital PMIG/MAG welding and analysis of system dynamic process.     

Prediction and verification of melting front in GTA weld pool of full-penetration

A thermal conduction model is applied to speed up the numerical analysis of the temperature distribution and the weld pool geometry of full penetration in gas tungsten arc （GTA） welding. With considering both top and bottom flee surface deformation of full-penetrated weld pool, three-dimensional weld pool with melting front and solidification front is predicted. Welding experiments are conducted to measure the melting front curves at the top surface and the longitudinal section of the weld. It shows that the predicted and measured results are in good agreement.     

高压地下储气井专用套管疲劳性能评价

根据高压地下储气井服役情况，设计了用于实施高压地下储气井专用套管行业标准SH／T6535-2002评定其疲劳性能的试验方法，对天津钢管有限责任公司生产的专用套管疲劳性能进行了评价，并对实施该标准的方法进行了讨论。     

基于DSP的单脉冲焊及双脉冲焊全数字控制系统的研究

设计并实现了脉冲焊电流和弧长的全数字控制，取得了良好的控制性能：电流波形的灵活精确控制和弧长的高速稳定调节。采用变参数数字PI调节器，取得了良好的脉冲电流波控效果，同时在孤长调节中不再应用PI或PID控制器，实现了在全范围内对孤长的快速、稳定调节，满足自动焊、无人干涉焊接的需要。实验结果表明，设计的脉冲焊全数字控制系统取得了一致性好的理想电流波形，在焊矩高度等扰动发生时。孤长可以实现快速、稳定地调节。同时将上述设计应用于双脉冲焊焊铝的设计中，实验证明同样获得了好的控制效果和工艺效果。     

地浸工艺与传统采矿法的联合应用

阐述了地下采矿的溶浸工艺 (简称地浸工艺 )与传统工艺在国外的联合应用状况。指出该联合工艺对降低采矿损失贫化的必要性和改进的具体途径。分析研究了开采复杂矿体的新工艺 ,并取得了在矿井条件下直接获取成品的具体经验。这些均为我国采矿工艺的更新和发展提供了依据。     

Thermal degradation of foamed polymethyl methacrylate in the expendable pattern casting process

The thermal degradation of foamed polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) patterns in the expendable pat-tern casting process has been studied. Various physical transitions that may occur during the degradation of PMMA have been determined using scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis, and the effects of polymer density on the degradation characteristics have been investigated. The results indicate that, when exposed to elevated temperatures, the polymer beads collapse at about 140 to 200 °. The collapsed beads melt at 260 ° and begin to volatilize. Peak volatilization temperatures are on the order of 370 °. The end temperature for volatilization is between 420 and 430 °. The initial density of the polymer does not have a significant effect on the transition tem-peratures associated with degradation.     

多用炉处理圆锥外圈的畸变分析

研究了影响多用炉处理全淬透钢圆锥外圈畸变的因素，并对淬火后工件的锥度变化进行了分析，采用热油淬火和低速搅拌等措施，减少了圆锥外圈的淬火畸变。     

瀑布沟水电站地下厂房桥机啃轨处理技术

为确保厂房桥机安全稳定运行,保证瀑布沟电站发电机组能及时检修、消缺,对桥机啃轨情况进行了检查分析,采用了上下游方向及垂直方向均可根据变形情况调节的可调节式轨道压轨器,对桥机轨道平直度、平整度以及轨道接头错动进行处理。经过2 a实践,桥机运行状况良好。     

ZLSG-400GD全自动排污滤水器在三峡地下电站中的应用

主要介绍了ZLSG-400GD全自动排污滤水器工作原理及其技术优势,以及滤水器在三峡电厂地下电站中的应用,并与三峡左岸、右岸采用的ZLSG-400G型滤水器进行了对比分析,解决了左、右岸滤水器存在的问题,大大地提高了技术供水系统的运行可靠性。     

示踪试验在复杂岩溶区工程中的应用

以滇中引水工程某深埋长隧洞为依托,在较深入了解研究区水文地质及工程地质条件的基础上,选取线路对地下水环境影响较大的区域进行示踪试验,通过试验不仅较清晰地查清了地下水运移通道,而且较为准确地查明了研究区地下分水岭,最终为线路的选择提供了合理、准确、可行的依据。
