An accurate equivalent circuit large‐signal model (ECLSM) for AlGaN‐GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) is presented. The model is derived from a distributed small‐signal model that efficiently describes the physics of the device. A genetic neural‐network‐based model for the gate and drain currents and charges is presented along with its parameters extraction procedure. This model is embedded in the ECLSM, which is then implemented in CAD software and validated by pulsed and continuous large‐signal measurements of on‐wafer 8 × 125‐μm GaN on SiC substrate HEMT. Pulsed IV simulations show that the model can efficiently describe the bias dependency of trapping and self‐heating effects. Single‐ and two‐tone simulation results show that the model can accurately predict the output power and its harmonics and the associated intermodulation distortion (IMD) under different input‐power and bias conditions. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以复用矿井含煤颗粒的水对高压切割喷嘴的磨损物理问题为研究对象,采用计算流体力学理论进行数值计算,分析讨论了质量浓度为10、15、20、25、30、40 mg/L条件下速度、剪应力、磨损的分布以及变化关系。计算、分析结果表明:磨损主要发生在出口部位和锥体的后半部份,入口部份和锥体前半部份磨损较小;入口部位、锥体部位磨损量、剪应力随质量浓度增加变化较小;出口部位磨损量在质量浓度为10~20 mg/L减小较快,超过20 mg/L后变化不大;出口部位流体速度、磨损量、剪应力与质量浓度间存在对应关系。煤粒入口速度与混合物速度相同、锥体部位煤粒流体速度低于锥体部位混合物速度(平均值)约79.4%;煤粒出口部位速度随质量浓度的增大而呈现先增加后减小的趋势,速度最大值发生在浓度20 mg/L。 相似文献

The effects of pressure on reactant conversion and product selectivities in three catalytic oxidation systems have been examined at pressures between 1 and > 5 atm. Reaction was sustained autothermally near adiabatic operating conditions at temperatures of 1000°C with residence times over the noble metal catalysts between 10–4 and 10–2 s. The three systems investigated were (1) HCN synthesis over Pt-10% Rh gauze catalysts, (2) methane oxidation to synthesis gas (CO and H2) over rhodium-coated monoliths, and (3) ethane conversion to ethylene over platinum-coated monoliths. We find that selectivities in all three reactions do not change dramatically with approximately a five-fold increase in pressure. This strongly suggests that free radical homogeneous chain reactions are not significant in these processes and that they can be operated reliably above atmospheric pressure. For the synthesis of HCN over Pt-10% Rh gauzes, the selectivity to HCN can be maintained above 0.75 at pressures up to 5.5 atm. Selectivities to synthesis gas (CO and H2) from a methane-air mixture over a Rh-coated foam monolith at pressures up to 5.5 atm were maintained above 0.90. Over a Pt-coated foam monolith, the selectivity to ethylene from ethane-air and ethane-O2 mixtures was independent of pressure up to 6.5 atm and conversion rose slightly although it was necessary to maintain constant velocity and residence time over the catalyst to avoid carbon formation.This research was supported by DOE under Grant No. DE-FG02-88ER13878. 相似文献

Hydraulics is a promising technology for robots. However, traditional hydraulic infrastructures are often large and power-inefficient, with large power sources that hinder mobility. In contrast, electro-hydrostatic actuators are relatively power efficient, but their cost and weight can be excessive in systems with a higher number of degrees of freedom. In this paper, we propose a new alternating pressure control system for hydraulic systems with a higher number of degrees of freedom based on an alternating pressure source system. In this system, the valves open and close in synchronization with a pump with sensor feedback, allowing either pressure or position in each actuator to be controlled independently. With the proposed system, a centralized pump can be used with simplified tubing and simple on–off valves. Moreover, we developed a dynamic duty ratio system that improves performance and reduces pump utilization time. The experimental results confirmed that both the position and pressure of each actuator can be controlled in parallel on a multi-degree-of-freedom system. 相似文献

This paper examines the dynamics of entrepreneurial acquisitions undertaken by UK high growth small and medium enterprises (SMEs). While entrepreneurial acquisitions are increasingly deployed by SMEs, little is known about their antecedents, motivational drivers and organisational outcomes. Drawing on detailed case study evidence from Scotland, the key factor found to be driving these acquisitions was the desire to augment and exploit technological complementarities between the acquiring and acquired firms. Acquisition can therefore be conceptualised as an advanced stage of the outside-in ‘open innovation’ strategies proactively used within these innovative SMEs. Firms executing this strategy typically have an acute propensity for risk, a desire for close customer engagement, effective business models and strong external orientation. The work suggests that greater attention should be paid within M&A theory to the dynamics of these types of smaller scale entrepreneurial acquisitions. 相似文献
