Analysis of Fluorine Coating in Rubber ＆ Plastic Mold Surface

The article briefly introduced the influence factors of polymer product mold failure; noted that the effect of surface protecting of the mold was better than improving the surface hardness. Pointed out the release agents had a few shortcomings like single function so could not meet the development of modern industry after the release agent usage analysis. Analyzed three fluorine coatings which had obvious advantages： solvent-based, water-based and powder type. Its release mechanism was named as self- layering technology; fluorine coating not only enabled mold to have a smooth release at a complex surface, but itself had a good corrosion resistance, so the environmental protection composite coating is the future trend of industrial surface protection.

针对采用液体涂料进行涂装的各类工程机械,调查表面涂层常出现的早期缺陷,分析其产生的原因并提出了防治建议措施。     

零VOC乳胶涂料的研究进展

在分析乳胶涂料中VOC主要来源的基础上,从乳液合成和助剂选择两方面阐述了消除VOC的途径.详细探讨了利用核壳乳液聚合、引入功能性单体和软硬乳液混拼等思路来解决乳液的高玻璃化温度(Tg)和最低成膜温度(MFT)之间的矛盾,并简单介绍了零VOC乳胶涂料中极低VOC含量的检测方法和标准.     

反应等离子喷涂TiN陶瓷涂层

采用气道型反应等离子喷涂技术,制备了TiN陶瓷涂层,通过XRD、SEM等手段对陶瓷涂层进行了相分析和横断面形貌分析。结果表明,陶瓷涂层主要由TiN相组成,并含有微量复杂成分的氧化物;TiN陶瓷涂层具有典型的层状组织结构,且层与层之间结合较好;显微压痕和断口显示TiN涂层的韧性较Al2O3涂层有明显提高。     

Finite Element Analysis of Ceramic Coatings under Spherical Indentation with Metallic Interlayer: Part Ⅰ Uncracked Coatings

Spherical indentation of ceramic coatings with metallic interlayer was performed by means of axisymmetric finite element analysis (FEA). Two typical ceramic coatings with relatively high and low elastic modulus deposited on aluminum alloy and carbon steel were considered. Various combinations of indenter radius-coating thickness ratios and interlayer thickness-coating thickness ratios were used in the modeling. The effects of the interlayer, the coating and the substrate on the indentation behavior, such as the radial stress distribution along the coating surface as well as the coating interface, and the plastic deformation zone evolution in the substrate were investigated in connection with the above mentioned ratios. The coating cracking dominant modes were also discussed within the context of the peak tensile stresses on the coating surface and on the coating interface.     

反应火焰喷涂TiC/Fe复合涂层显微结构研究

采用前驱体碳化复合技术制备Ti-Fe-C系反应喷涂复合粉末,通过反应火焰喷涂技术成功制备了TiC/Fe基金属陶瓷复合涂层.利用XRD和SEM对喷涂粉末和涂层的成分、组织结构进行了分析,考察了喷涂粉末粒度、Ti的加入方式对涂层组织结构的影响.研究结果表明:所制备的TiC/Fe复合涂层由不同含量TiC颗粒分布于晶粒内部而形成的晶内型复合强化片层组织叠加而成,TiC颗粒呈纳米级;喷涂粉末粒度较大时,制备的涂层中出现有害相Fe2Ti,片层厚度较大,孔隙率高;以纯Ti粉为Ti源制备的喷涂粉末和以TiFe粉为Ti源制备的喷涂粉末相比较,其涂层中硬质相TiC含量较少,孔隙率较大.     

防污剂的研究进展

防污涂料中所使用的大部分防污剂（如有机锡、铜和汞及其化合物等）都具有毒性,会对海洋及环境造成污染,其中有些已被禁止使用.从环保角度来讲,需要找到高效无毒防污剂来替代这些有毒物质.本文简述了目前防污涂料中常用的防污剂,着重介绍了新型防污剂的研究方向及现状.     

Water absorption by lacquer coatings

The amount of water absorbed by lacquer coatings on a metallic substrate was determined on the basis of electrical measurements. The time necessary for penetration of water down to the substrate was determined which allowed the evaluation of diffusion coefficients. Capacitance measurements were also carried out. The results obtained with these two methods were consistent within the limits of experimental error. The calculations were made with the assumption that the transport of water occurs in accordance with Fick's law. The knowledge of the diffusion coefficient for water can be the basis for the comparative evaluation of varnish coating quality from the protective properties point of view.
