数字资源跨平台整合系统的设计与实现

为进一步提高图书馆大量数字资源的整体使用效率,提高数字资源和馆藏文献的检准率和检全率,解决现有馆藏检索系统难于跨平台运行的问题,提出了一种新的图书馆数字资源参数模型：在研究都柏林核心元数据DC字段和常用的MARC数据格式之间的映射关系基础上,给出了数据库概念模型的设计方法,实现了整合图书馆馆藏文献和本地其他信息资源的跨平台原型系统DRMS,并从开发目标、框架设计、开发平台等方面概述了系统的设计思想。最后,以C＋＋和Qt应用程序框架作为系统开发语言,完成了DRMS的数据管理模型设计、软件开发和系统功能,为用户提供了多平台操作系统下的统一人机交互界面和检索方法。

办公自动化理性浅析

办公自动化是一个内涵丰富的大概念。我们需要运用系统工程的思想和方法,从多角度、多层次思考和把握办公自动化内涵和外延。本文围绕OA相关要素,结合有关案例,从目标定位、管理思想、功能平台、设备选择、软件技术、实施策略等六个维度对办公自动化进行了审视、探索和诠释,提出了一种办公自动化的推进理性。     

A hardware design of a massive-parallel, modular NN-based vector quantizer for real-time video coding

This report describes the design of a modular, massive-parallel, neural-network (NN)-based vector quantizer for real-time video coding. The NN is a self-organizing map (SOM) that works only in the training phase for codebook generation, only at the recall phase for real-time image coding, or in both phases for adaptive applications. The neural net can be learned using batch or adaptive training and is controlled by an inside circuit, finite-state machine-based hard controller. The SOM is described in VHDL and implemented on electrically (FPGA) and mask (standard-cell) programmable devices.     

Leadership and justice: Increasing non participating users’ assessment of an IT through passive participation

Allowing users to actively participate in the development and implementation of a new IS is supposed to increase their satisfaction with it. This type of participation, representing aspects relating to distributive and procedural justice, is increasingly impractical in current organizational settings, because many IS are used by thousands of employees and having them involved is impossible. Nonetheless, there are still benefits to be gained in other ways. Extrapolating from interactional justice, we proposed a passive participation method of engaging users. Its effect was tested in a large company in the USA and proved effective. Interactional justice, the perception of fairness in the way that people were treated at an interpersonal level, was found to increase user assessment of the value of their IS. Implications and expansions to interactional justice theory and how this antecedent affects IS implementation are discussed.     

Factors affecting the implementation of electronic data interchange in Korea

Although there have been a number of studies of the determinant factors of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation, most studies were carried out in the United States or Europe. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinant factors which affect implementation of EDI systems by Korean companies. Decentralization, EDI standards, technical compatibility, technical support by EDI vendors, education and training and participation of trading partners positively affect the extent of EDI usage. Formalization, technical compatibility, user involvement and participation of trading partners affect EDI integration with internal applications. Top management support and the participation of trading partners promote the extent of EDI operations. This study provides evidence of the effect of important determinant factors such as participation of trading partners and technical compatibility replicating previous EDI studies conducted in that US and Europe. For policy makers ad EDI developers, this study provides insights as to appropriate measures and incentives system designed to encourage EDI and B2B implementation.     

一种主体行为可信度量模型

提出一种针对计算机信息系统的主体行为进行可信度量的模型,给出模型的一个实现框架。该模型可以对主体的行为进行可信度量,根据主体行为的可信度使不合法程序和代码无法执行、合法程序和代码无法执行未授权访问,使合法程序和代码的可疑行为受到严格控制,并能根据不同阈值来保证安全性和实用性的合理折中。

各种网络拥塞控制机制的实现及比较

随着网络应用的迅猛发展,网络拥塞成为一个不可避免的问题,拥塞控制已经成为当前网络研究的重点。为了使网络得到充分的利用,研究者提出了多种拥塞控制机制,并且得到不断的改进。该文通过比较各种典型控制算法的优缺点,来对网络拥塞控制机制作个综合阐述。     

A change management framework for macroergonomic field research

With the proliferation of macroergonomic field research, it is time to carefully examine how such research should be managed and implemented. We argue that the importance of attending to high-quality implementation of field research is equal to that of methodological rigor. One way to systematically manage the implementation process is to adopt a change management framework, wherein the research project is conceptualized as an instance of organization-level change. Consequently, principles for successful organization-level change from the literature on change management can be used to guide successful field research implementation. This paper briefly reviews that literature, deriving 30 principles of successful change management, covering topics such as political awareness, assembling the change team, generating buy-in, and management support. For each principle, corresponding suggestions for macroergonomic field research practice are presented. We urge other researchers to further develop and adopt frameworks that guide the implementation of field research.
