聚苯胺/涤纶导电织物再掺杂及洗涤性能的研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
采用现场吸附聚合法制备了聚苯胺 /涤纶导电织物 ,采用不同种类的酸对其进行再掺杂 ,研究了酸的种类对织物导电性能的影响 ,并对导电织物进行了洗涤实验及洗涤牢度实验。结果表明 :无机酸对导电织物的掺杂效果优于大多数有机酸。导电涤纶织物的导电性能受洗涤液酸碱度的影响 ,其中碱性洗涤液使导电性能降低 2个数量级 ,酸性洗涤液使导电性能下降 1个数量级 ,而且聚苯胺在涤纶织物表面具有良好的附着性 相似文献

Latexes of carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber were prepared via batch emulsion copolymerization with different amounts of acrylic acid in the absence of emulsifier. The effect of acid monomer was investigated in the particle formation and growth. It was observed that the amount of acrylic acid strongly affected the particle formation. The number of particles and thus polymerization rate increased with increasing of the acid content. There was no significant difference in the polymerization rate per particle in all experiments. The results show that in this case particle growth process is less dependent on the acrylic acid amount in comparison with its influence on nucleation stage and then particle number. Several parameters such as polymerization rate and number of latex particle per unit volume of the aqueous phase were calculated. Attempt was made to evaluate the average number of growing chain per particle. Also average particle diameter of the above carboxylated SBR latexes was obtained through some calculations from the direct measurement of average particle diameter in the swollen state by light scattering technique for the first time. 相似文献

Preparation and characterization of mesostructured polymer-functionalized sol–gel-derived thin films

The present study attempts to incorporate methacrylate-based polymers into ordered lamellar organic/inorganic nanocomposite films composed of alternating SiO2/polymer layers. The films are prepared by dip-coating from a solution containing the monomers and silica precursors, thus leading to composite lamellar mesostructured materials through evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA). A polymerizable coupling agent is added to covalently link the polymers to the silica matrix. The final polymer/SiO2 hybrid material is obtained by a separate free-radical polymerization step, initiated by UV exposure or thermal treatment. Using trimethoxy(7-octen-1-yl)silane as a coupling agent, a procedure was established that preserved the mesostructure and maintained the swelling properties of the polymers, while acrylate-based coupling agents lead to a significant distortion of the film mesostructure. 以丙烯基氯(AC)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)接技改性天然胶乳,采用正交试验方法研究引发剂用量,反应温度,单体配比,胶乳浓度等对接枝聚合反应中单体转化率和接枝率的影响,测试了改性天然胶乳的粘度,粘接性能及其硫化胶膜的力学性能,耐溶剂性和阻燃性,结果表明,适宜的接枝聚合反应条件为:引发剂异丙苯过氧化氢(CHP)和四乙烯五胺(TEP)的质量分数分别为0.58%和0.36%-0.72%(占橡胶质量的百分率)、反应温度为30℃、单体体积配比v(MMA):v(AC)=1.5:1、胶乳质量分数为53.3%,所得接枝胶乳粘度较高,粘结性能较好,耐溶剂性能剂,且有较好阻燃性。 相似文献

ATRP of several methacrylates viz. methyl methacrylate (MMA), ethyl methacrylate (EMA), n-butyl methacrylate (nBMA), t-butyl methacrylate (tBMA), benzyl methacrylate (BzMA) and (N,N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) has been studied in neat as well as aqueous (up to 12 vol% water) acetone at 35 °C using CuCl/bipyridine (bpy) catalyst and ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate as the initiator. Addition of water significantly enhances the rate of polymerization without losing control. Unlike CuCl/bpy the CuBr/bpy catalyst gives poor control which is attributed to the lower solubility and consequent heterogeneity in the latter case. Of the other ligands used with the CuCl catalyst viz. o-phenanthroline (o-phen), 1,1,4,7,7-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA), 1,1,4,7,10,10-hexamethyltriethylenetetramine (HMTETA), Me6TREN only o-phen offers reasonably good control. The CuCl/bpy catalyst system has been used also in preparing some di- and tri-block copolymers with reasonably low polydispersity index (PDI) at ambient temperature (35 °C) using aqueous acetone as the solvent. The following block copolymers have been prepared PMMA-tBMA, PMMA-b-tBMA-b-MMA, PMMA-DMAEMA, by this method. 相似文献

The graft polymerization of methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate onto poly(vinyl chloride‐co‐vinyl acetate) with atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was successfully carried out with copper(I) thiocyanate/N,N,N′,N′,N″‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine and copper(I) chloride/2,2′‐bipyridine as catalysts in the solvent N,N‐dimethylformamide. For methyl methacrylate, a kinetic plot of ln([M]0/[M]) (where [M]0 is the initial monomer concentration and [M] is the monomer concentration) versus time for the graft polymerization was almost linear, and the molecular weight of the graft copolymer increased with increasing conversion, this being typical for ATRP. The formation of the graft polymer was confirmed with gel permeation chromatography, 1H‐NMR, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The glass‐transition temperature of the copolymer increased with the concentration of methyl methacrylate. End amino, carboxylic acid, and hydroxyl functionalized styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) triblock copolymers were prepared with 1,5‐diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane, carbon dioxide, and epoxy ethane as capping agents, respectively. The effects of the end polar groups on the morphology and dynamic mechanical properties were investigated. Transmission electron microscopy images suggested that the group at the end of the polystyrene (PS) segment made the morphology of the PS domains disordered and incompact. Dynamic mechanical results showed that the storage and loss modulus increased after SBS was end‐functionalized. End amino and carboxylic acid groups improved the compatibility and storage stability of SBS‐modified asphalt. However, the effect of the end‐hydroxyl group on the improvement of the storage stability of SBS‐modified asphalt was not obvious. The differential scanning calorimetry analysis of SBS‐modified asphalt further showed that the compatibility and storage stability of SBS‐modified asphalt were improved by the attachment of amino or carboxylic acid groups through the anionic polymerization method. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
