The redox system consisting of ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite was used as initiator, N,N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) and γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane (KH570) were grafted onto sodium lignosulfonate (LS) in aqueous solution as reaction monomers, and a novel LS/KH570/DMAA graft copolymer filtrate reducer was synthesized. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance instrument. The result revealed that DMAA and KH570 were successfully grafted onto sodium LS. In addition, the thermal stability of the copolymer was determined by thermogravimetric analyzer and the micromorphology of filter cake of water-based drilling fluids (WBDFs) containing LS/KH570/DMAA was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. At the same time, the rheological and filtration properties of WBDFs containing copolymer with different concentrations were further evaluated. The results showed that when the copolymer concentration was 3 wt %, the fluid loss of bentonite-based drilling fluids was only 6.2 mL before aging, and 9.8 mL after aging at 180 °C for 16 h. The fluid-loss control mechanism of LS/KH570/DMAA was investigated through clay particle distribution analysis and zeta potential measurement of WBDFs. 对尿素改性木素磺酸钙合成缓释有机氮肥的工艺条件进行了研究,通过正交实验确定了反应pH值、时间、温度、尿素用量等工艺条件对改性反应的影响程度,测定了改性后木素磺酸钙中的总氮和铵态氮含量。结果表明,pH值为3、温度85℃、时间4 h、m尿素∶m木素=(1-1.6)∶1是较为理想的反应条件,改性木素磺酸钙产品的总氮含量最高达9.84%、铵态氮含量为0.60%。 相似文献

This experiment used 18 lactating Holstein cows in a 3 x 3 Latin square replicated 6 times to determine the effectiveness of processing with moist heat or moist heat combined with lignosulfonate (LSO3) for increasing the ruminal undegradable fraction of canola meal for use as a protein supplement for lactating dairy cows. Diets were formulated to be isonitrogenous and contained one of 3 forms of canola meal; untreated canola meal (UCM), heat-treated canola meal (HTCM) or heat-and LSO3-treated canola meal (LSO3CM). Total collection of urine and feces was taken from each cow during the last 5 d of each 42-d experimental period. Milk production was greater for cows fed the LSO3CM diet (36.6 kg/d) than for cows fed the UCM diet (34.8 kg/d) but did not differ from cows fed the HTCM diet (35.3 kg/d). Digestibility of crude protein was lower for cows supplemented with LSO3CM and they had reduced concentrations of ruminal ammonia N, blood urea N, and milk urea N compared with cows supplemented with UCM or HTCM. Dry matter intake and apparent digestibilities of neutral and acid detergent fiber were increased in cows fed the LSO3CM diet. Urinary N excretion (as % of N intake) was reduced in cows fed the LSO3CM diet. These results indicate that moist heat combined with LSO3 treatment of canola meal was effective in increasing the proportion of crude protein digested in the lower digestive tract of lactating cows and was therefore used more effectively as a source of protein than UCM or HTCM. 相似文献

考察了改性木质素磺酸钠GCL3S系列产品对墙地砖陶瓷浆料应用性能的影响,结果表明,GCL3S具有较好的分散稳定性能。当低相对分子质量(以下简称分子量)的GCL3S-1掺量(分散剂占陶瓷粉料的质量分数,下同)为0.3%时,固含量(固体占陶瓷浆体的质量分数,下同)为71.26%的陶瓷浆料流出时间仅为41.79 s,厚化度为1.37;随GCL3S分子量增加,陶瓷浆料性能先提高后降低,重均分子量Mw=27 700的GCL3S-2对浆料的流动性及分散稳定性能最好。GCL3S产品与水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠复配能进一步提高其应用性能,其中与六偏磷酸钠按质量比1∶1复配,总掺量为0.2%时,陶瓷浆料流出时间仅38.81 s,分散性能明显优于目前常用的无机盐分散剂。 相似文献

用盐酸和焙烧处理的方法对坡缕石黏土进行了改性,制备了酸处理坡缕石黏土和热处理坡缕石黏土,用XRD和TEM对不同方法处理的坡缕石黏土进行了结构和形貌表征,并使用黏土对木质素磺酸盐废水进行了吸附研究。结果表明,在盐酸浓度为1.0 mol/L,60~70℃,改性处理6 h条件下制得的吸附剂相对于原土及热处理的坡缕石黏土吸附效果最好,动力学研究表明吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附模型,其平衡吸附量可达到343.99 mg/g。实验证明该吸附过程是一个放热过程。 相似文献

采用自由基共聚法,将大单体聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(MPA)、木质素磺酸钠(LS)、丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)4种单体进行共聚,合成木质素磺酸盐改性聚羧酸减水剂。在n(AA)∶n(MPA)∶n(MAS)=5.0∶1.0∶1.0,引发剂用量为2.5%,LS用量为9%,反应温度80℃和反应时间为5 h的条件下合成的减水剂,掺量为0.2%、水灰比为0.29时,掺减水剂水泥净浆初始流动度达290 mm、30 min经时流动度为285 mm,流动度保持性良好。减水剂PC-LS掺量为0.4%时,砂浆的减水率达30%。 相似文献
