吡啶型铝酸盐离子液体催化β-甲基萘歧化反应

研究了三氯化铝-氯化丁基吡啶(n-BPC-AlCl3)离子液体催化β-甲基萘歧化合成2，6-二甲基萘(2，6-DMN)反应。通过正交试验，考察了反应温度、时间、BPC—AlCl3离子液体酸强度及催化剂用量对β-甲基萘歧化反应的影响。实验结果表明，BPC—AlCl3酸性离子液体对β-甲基萘歧化反应具有良好的催化活性和较好的2，6-二甲基萘选择性。在120℃，AlCl3／BPC的摩尔比为4：1，催化剂质量分数12％，反应时间为3．5h的条件下，反应转化率为29．0％，2，6-DMN的选择性为32．5％。     

熔体的粘度，亚稳相，相变和相图——Ⅲ．合金液相相图

对Sn（x）Bi（1-x）11种组分（x=0.10％，20％…80％，90％，100％）的熔体的粘度进行了测量，给出了它们的相变点Tt，相区和相参数；根据这些参数作出了一个二元合金液相相图；为了表明相区的划分和每个相区的结构特征提出两种相图的形式；第1，温度一组分（T-X）图，第2，结构-组分（df-x）图。     

Effects of weak shear on hyperswollen lyotropic smectic liquid crystals

We have developed a Zimm-type viscometer specially designed for the simultaneous measurements of the structure factor and the viscosity of hyperswollen lyotropic liquid crystals under a very weak shear. We have investigated the shear effects on the layer undulation fluctuation in the lamellar structure and the transition from the anisotropic lamellar to the isotropic sponge phase. We have found a significant difference in the rheological properties between the lamellar and the sponge phase: The former exhibits non-Newtonian flow behavior, while the latter exhibits Newtonian behavior.Paper presented at the Twelfth Symposium on Thermophysical Properties, June 19–24, 1994, Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.     

Effect of Annealing on the Surface Microstructure of Y-Ba-Cu-O Superconducting Ceramics

Precusors to the YBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ material were prepared by both the oxalate precipitation method and conventional ceramic processing. Second-phase grains were observed to develop on the exposed fracture surface during annealing at 500° to 600°C in an ambient atmosphere. The second-phase grains were identified to be BaCO₃ using EDX and XRD. The liquid phase, which was formed because of local chemical inhomogeneity in the Y-Ba-Cu-O system, contributed to the formation of second-phase grains as a source of Ba.

水解母液生产葡萄糖酸钙新工艺

葡萄糖酸钙的生产一般是以淀粉为原料经液化、糖化、发酵、中和、精制、结晶、干燥制得的。而以母液为原料，其原料成本低，工艺流程短，减少了营养元素的添加，大幅度地降低了生产成本，值得推广。
