为了解C60(OH)x经呼吸道进入体内后的分布情况,用放射性标记技术和单光子发射计算机断层(Single photon emission computed tomography,SPECT)成像技术,研究了99mTc-C60(OH)x经气管滴注后在SD大鼠体内分布、吸收和代谢的情况,及其与纳米颗粒粒径的依赖关系.用99mTc标记了富勒烯多羟基衍生物C60(OH)x(x=22,24),标记率为93%.标记物在体外和体内都有良好的稳定性.比较了99mTc-C60(OH)x和Na99mTcO4经气管滴注后在SD大鼠体内的SPECT成像.结果表明,与水溶性的小分子Na99mTcO4不同,纳米尺度的99mTc-C60(OH)x标记物大多滞留于肺中,且清除缓慢;少部分99mTc-C60(OH)x能迅速通过肺泡-毛细管屏障进入血液,主要分布于肝、骨和脾中,并通过肾代谢排泄,显示了纳米颗粒生物分布的主要特征.由此可见,纳米颗粒穿越气血屏障的能力与颗粒物的粒径相关.研究结果为纳米颗粒的呼吸毒性研究提供了重要基础资料. 相似文献

The onset of Darcy‐Brinkman convection in a binary viscoelastic fluid‐saturated sparsely packed porous layer with an internal heat source is studied using both linear and nonlinear stability analyses. The Oldroyd‐B model is employed to describe the rheological behavior of binary fluid. An extended form of the Darcy‐Oldroyd law incorporating Brinkman's correction and time derivative is used to describe the flow through a porous layer. The onset criterion for stationary, oscillatory, and finite amplitude convection is derived analytically. There is a competition between the processes of thermal diffusion, solute diffusion, and viscoelasticity that causes the convection to set in through an oscillatory mode rather than a stationary mode. The effect of internal Rayleigh number, relaxation and retardation parameters, solute Rayleigh number, Darcy number, Darcy‐Prandtl number, and Lewis number on the stability of a system is investigated and is shown graphically. The nonlinear theory based on the truncated representation of the Fourier series method is used to find heat and mass transfer. The transient behavior of the Nusselt and Sherwood numbers is obtained using numerical methods. The distribution of La, Pr, Nd, Eu, Gd and Tb nitrates between water and tributyl phosphate was investigated over a broad range of concentrations. It has been found that the distribution constant varies only slightly with the lanthanide atomic number, whereas the activity coefficients of the salts in concentrated organic solutions change considerably with both the lanthanide atomic number and concentration. ABSTRACT The interfacial adsorption of 2-hydroxy-5-nonylbenzo-phenone oxime (LIX65N) at a n-heptane/water interphase was examined under static and vigorously stirred conditions, varying the aqueous pH from 2 to 12. In static systems, the pH and the concentration dependences of the interfacial tension were analysed on the basis of the Gibbs equation. The acid dissociation equilibrium at the interface was evaluated. In vigorously stirred systems, the interfacial adsorption was observed as a reversible, reproducible decrease of the organic phase concentration in response to stirring. A Langmuir isotherm was applicable for the adsorption of neutral LIX65N in acidic condition. The greater adsorption of the anionic form of LIX65N occurring in alkaline condition required an alternative isotherm. 相似文献

A series of 1‐arylsulfonyl‐5‐(N‐hydroxyacrylamide)indolines ( 7 – 15 ) has been developed; the compounds exhibited potent histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitory activities. Notably, almost all of this series exhibited better HDAC‐inhibitory and antiproliferative activities than 3‐(1‐benzenesulfonyl‐1H‐indol‐5‐yl)‐N‐hydroxyacrylamide ( 6 ), as reported in a previous study. Among these compounds, 3‐[1‐(4‐methoxybenzenesulfonyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐indol‐5‐yl]‐N‐hydroxyacrylamide ( 9 ) showed a two‐ to tenfold increase in activity compared to SAHA ( 1 ) in the suppression of lipopolysaccharide‐induced cytokine production. Compound 9 also caused a marked reduction in carrageenan‐induced acute inflammation in a rat model. Taken together, these data indicated that 1‐arylsulfonyl‐5‐(N‐hydroxyacrylamide)indolines HDAC inhibitors exhibit potent anti‐inflammatory activity. 相似文献
