The technology of graded concrete – From the development of concrete mixtures and the conceptual design to the automatized manufacturing In accordance with the principle form follows force, the DFG Priority Programme (SPP) 1542 – Leicht Bauen mit Beton – focuses on energy efficient building elements which are designed specifically for desired operational demands. This concept is a specific adaption of the component's inner structure and works in parallel to the optimization of its outer shape which is often limited due to the outer geometry of slabs, walls and supporting pillars. The technology of graded concrete provides an innovative possibility to adapt the inner structure of a concrete component in order to meet defined static and structural‐physical requirements. The challenging demands imposed by the technology of graded concrete require a holistic approach including the development of the concrete mixtures, the design of the building components and finally the automatized manufacturing. In collaboration between the departments ILEK, IWB and ISYS of the University of Stuttgart a complete process chain for the manufacturing of functionally graded concrete components was realized. With the rapid development of cities and the invasion of major natural disasters such as earthquakes, the resilience city as a new design concept has been paid more and more attention. As an important branch of self‐centering seismic resisting system, self‐centering concrete frame system has been studied by many scholars. These studies prove that self‐centering concrete frame structure has excellent self‐centering ability but poor energy dissipation capacity. Adhering to the working principle of self‐centering structure and considering the development concepts of building industrialization and modularization, this paper proposed a kind of self‐centering precast concrete frame with hysteretic damper (SCPCHD). In order to verify its energy dissipation capacity and seismic performance, elaborate finite element models were established and elastoplastic dynamic time history analyses were carried out. The results showed that the SCPCHD frame has a similar interstory displacement response to the reinforced concrete (RC) frame and the energy dissipation performance of its joint is obviously superior to the RC frame under rare earthquake because the SCPCHD frame has low damage characteristics and excellent damping device. In summary, this paper proves the feasibility and superiority of the SCPCHD frame, providing reliable support for further research. 相似文献

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is one of the most common forms of dementia, closely related to epigenetic factors. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most abundant RNA modification, affecting the pathogenesis and development of neurodegenerative diseases. This study was the first exploration of the combined role of 25 common m6A RNA methylation regulators in AD through the integrated bioinformatics approaches. The 14 m6A regulators related to AD were selected by analyzing differences between AD patients and normal controls. Based on the selected m6A regulators, AD patients could be well classified into two m6A models using consensus clustering. The two clusters of patients had different immune profiles, and m6A regulators were associated with the components of immune cells. Additionally, there were 19 key AD genes obtained by screening differential genes through weighted gene co-expression network and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression analysis, which were highly associated with important m6A regulators during the occurrence of AD. More interestingly, NOTCH2 and NME1 could be potential targets for m6A regulation of AD. Taken together, these findings indicate that dysregulation of m6A methylation affects the occurrence of AD and is vital for the subtype classification and immune infiltration of AD. 相似文献

本文在某待建滨海核电厂厂趣现场野外实验基础上提出了计算该核电厂年均大气扩散因子的计算模型。此模型既考虑了向岸流与离岸流的差别,又考虑了混合层与热内边界层,混合释放与扩散参数随陆距变化等因素的综合影响。模型中所需要的各类参数,包括在1995,1996年间在该厂趣野外大气试验中获取的百米气象铁塔4个不同高度上的风,温逐时三维联合频率;湍流测量结合风洞实验获取的离岸流与向岸流的扩散参数。 相似文献

Concomitance of diverse synaptic plasticity across different timescales produces complex cognitive processes. To achieve comparable cognitive complexity in memristive neuromorphic systems, devices that are capable of emulating short‐term (STP) and long‐term plasticity (LTP) concomitantly are essential. In existing memristors, however, STP and LTP can only be induced selectively because of the inability to be decoupled using different loci and mechanisms. In this work, the first demonstration of truly concomitant STP and LTP is reported in a three‐terminal memristor that uses independent physical phenomena to represent each form of plasticity. The emerging layered material Bi2O2Se is used for memristors for the first time, opening up the prospects for ultrathin, high‐speed, and low‐power neuromorphic devices. The concerted action of STP and LTP allows full‐range modulation of the transient synaptic efficacy, from depression to facilitation, by stimulus frequency or intensity, providing a versatile device platform for neuromorphic function implementation. A heuristic recurrent neural circuitry model is developed to simulate the intricate “sleep–wake cycle autoregulation” process, in which the concomitance of STP and LTP is posited as a key factor in enabling this neural homeostasis.
