岳城水库供水工程贴边岔管设计

岳城水库供水工程， 邯郸、安阳两城市引水岔管均采用内、外贴边补强板型式对取水口进行局部加强。此补强方法对水流流态干扰较少， 水头损失小。设置这样的岔管对原电站压力钢管结构改动较小， 构造相对简单， 制作与安装方便， 对岳城水库供水这样的改建工程较为适用。     

On the Yustova threshold plates

A response to criticism of threshold plates for the study of color vision developed at the Mendeleev All-Russia Research Institute of Metrology and published in 1994 is presented. 双辊铸轧机生产工艺对组织和性能的影响

就用双辊铸轧机(TRC)生产薄、宽铸轧带技术进行研究并优化铸轧工艺。研究结果表明：3mm厚的铸轧带不仅表面变形．而且整个厚度内部层都发生变形，表面层的铝基中具有较高的合金元素饱和度。     

孔板—均速管组合法测量汽—水两相流双参数

利用孔板与均速管组合在线测量汽—水两相流双参数，解决了稠油热采中同时测量蒸汽流量与干度的难题。其工作程序用Mcs-51单片机汇编语言编制而成，主程序由初始化、数据采集处理，热物理参数生成、汽—水两相流量、干度、质量流量、热量计算以及累计运算等模块组成。通过在现场进行标定；干度用化验CI^-法进行标定，流量用锅炉入口的涡轮流量计标定。经胜利和新疆两油田进行的大量试验可知，该仪表测量水蒸汽流量和干度其均方差皆小于7%，满足了工业应用要求。     

含损伤软化材料层合板承压时的分叉分析

本文讨论了由纤维和树脂-损伤应变软化材料组成的层合板在面内受压时的压缩分叉。用有限变开理论和半解析有限元法建立了相应的分叉方程,并进行数值模拟。计算结果表明,分叉将在损伤材料的应变软化阶段发生,为剪切带形分叉,损伤材料骨有剪应变集中,而且在纤维和树脂的界面附近有较大的剪应变突变等现象。

本文给出一种特殊复合延迟片——复合片补偿器。改变入射线偏振光的振动方位角,便可改变补偿器的延迟量,调整简单,精度高。     

Velocity Profile in Fixed Beds: A Study on the Representativeness of the Experimental Measurement of Downstream Flow Characteristics

Although considerable progress has been made in the development of experimental techniques for investigating velocity distribution inside a fixed bed, these techniques were limited to special cases. Consequently, the velocity distribution is normally measured at downstream of the fixed bed and then this measurement is considered to be representative for the flow inside the bed. To evaluate the representativeness of this technique, this work presents a study of the change in the flow characteristics, starting from the boundary of the fixed bed within the pipe to a downstream position where the experimental measurement is taken, by using simulations based on computational fluid dynamics methods.     

Autothermal two-stage gasification of low-density waste-derived fuels

In order to increase the efficiency of waste utilization in thermal conversion processes, pre-treatment is advantageous. With the Herhof Stabilat^® process, residual domestic waste is upgraded to waste-derived fuel by means of biological drying and mechanical separation of inerts and metals. The dried and homogenized waste-derived Stabilat^® fuel has a relatively high calorific value and contains high volatile matter which makes it suitable for gasification. As a result of extensive mechanical treatment, the Stabilat^® produced is of a fluffy appearance with a low density. A two-stage gasifier, based on a parallel-arranged bubbling fluidized bed and a fixed bed reactor, has been developed to convert Stabilat^® into hydrogen-rich product gas. This paper focuses on the design and construction of the configured laboratory-scale gasifier and experience with its operation. The processing of low-density fluffy waste-derived fuel using small-scale equipment demands special technical solutions for the core components as well as for the peripheral equipment. These are discussed here. The operating results of Stabilat^® gasification are also presented.
