Highly efficient phosphors are critical in solution-processed organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs). Multinuclear Ir(III) complexes containing more than one metal center have showed great potential in fabricating high performance OLEDs, yet the electroluminescent (EL) properties of multinuclear Pt(II) complexes are rarely studied. In this work, two neutral trinuclear Pt(II) complexes are synthesized based on the triphenylamine core bearing three bidentate ligand arms. Both the yellow emitter (PyTPt) and deep-red emitter (IqTPt) exhibit improved photoluminescent quantum yields (PLQYs) compared with their corresponding mononuclear Pt(II) complexes. Furthermore, the PLQYs of PyTPt and IqTPt doped films are increased to 0.63 and 0.47, respectively. The solution-processed pure yellow-emitting device based on PyTPt achieves impressively high external quantum efficiency (EQE), current efficiency (CE), and power efficiency (PE) of 16.92%, 56.74 cd/A and 29.09 lm W−1, respectively, which are among the best performance reported for the OLEDs employing multinuclear Pt(II) complexes. The solution-processed device based on IqTPt shows pure red emission with the peak EQE approaching 9.0%. Both PyTPt and IqTPt display much higher EL efficiencies than their corresponding mononuclear Pt(II) complexes. This work demonstrates that it is an attritive strategy to develop multinuclear Pt(II) complexes for high-performance OLEDs.  相似文献

Tristable switching nonvolatile memory (NVM) devices based on graphene quantum dots (GQDs) sandwiched between multi-stacked poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) layers were fabricated on indium-tin-oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrates by using a solution-processed method. Current-voltage (I-V) curves at 300 K for the silver nanowire/PMMA/GQD/PMMA/GQD/PMMA/ITO/glass devices showed tristable switching currents with high-resistance, intermediate-resistance, and low-resistance states. The device's cycling endurance of the three resistance states remained stable with a distinguishable value for each resistance state over 1000 cycles, and the obtained retention results showed well-distinguished resistance states without degradation for up to 1 × 104 s. Schottky emission, Poole-Frenkel emission, trapped-charge limited-current, and ohmic conduction were proposed as the dominant conduction mechanisms for the fabricated NVM devices based on the obtained I-V characteristics. The described energy-band diagrams confirm the proposed conduction band mechanisms.  相似文献

为观察MPPa光动力作用对鼻咽癌细胞凋亡的影响,应用AnnexinV—PI双染结合流式细胞仪分析MPPa光动力作用后人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞发生凋亡和继发性坏死的比率。结果显示MPPa光动力作用实验组人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞发生凋亡和继发性坏死的比率分别增加到16.43 %和4.64 % ,且均显著高于单纯光照射组、单纯MMPa光敏剂处理组和假照射组(P <0 .0 1) ,而三对照组间无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 )。表明MPPa光动力作用能有效诱导低分化人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞凋亡的发生。这也可能是MPPa光动力作用杀伤鼻咽癌的重要机制之一。  相似文献

Although extensive research has been conducted, understanding the exact phenomena occurring during the operation of polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFCs) remains difficult. This research attempted to identify new reasons for the reduced performance of PEFC using an imaging technique. To begin with, H+ and OH indicator sensors, which display red, blue, and green values (RGB) using digital microscopes, are developed and attached to each electrode of a membrane electrode assembly to enable quantitative analysis of ion generation. The proposed reaction in the fuel cell can be confirmed, and various reactions occurring in the electrode can be examined using this approach. In particular, H+ is generated at the anode and cathode of the anion exchange membrane fuel cell, which is found to be a major cause of performance deterioration.  相似文献

本研究以健康兔为对象,随机分为照射组和对照组,用半导体激光(波长650nm)进行血管内照射,采用新的激光衍射法,用红细胞变形仪进行检测红细胞变形指数,研究半导体激光血管内照射对红细胞变形能力的影响。结果表明:半导体激光血管内照射能改善红细胞膜的粘弹性,有利于提高红细胞的变形能力。这从另一角度证明弱激光血管内照射能降低血粘度,改善微循环。  相似文献

Light emission of 2‐(2,6‐bis((E)‐4‐(diphenylamino)styryl)‐4H‐pyran‐4‐ylidene)malononitrile (TPA‐DCM) is weakened by aggregate formation. Attaching tetraphenylethene (TPE) units as terminals to TPA‐DCM dramatically changes its emission behavior: the resulting fluorogen, 2‐(2,6‐bis((E)‐4‐(phenyl(4′‐(1,2,2‐triphenylvinyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4‐yl)amino)styryl)‐4H‐pyran‐4‐ylidene)malononitrile (TPE‐TPA‐DCM), is more emissive in the aggregate state, showing the novel phenomenon of aggregation‐induced emission (AIE). Formulation of TPE‐TPA‐DCM using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as the polymer matrix yields uniformly sized protein nanoparticles (NPs) with high brightness and low cytotoxicity. Applications of the fluorogen‐loaded BSA NPs for in vitro and in vivo far‐red/near‐infrared (FR/NIR) bioimaging are successfully demonstrated using MCF‐7 breast‐cancer cells and a murine hepatoma‐22 (H22)‐tumor‐bearing mouse model, respectively. The AIE‐active fluorogen‐loaded BSA NPs show an excellent cancer cell uptake and a prominent tumor‐targeting ability in vivo due to the enhanced permeability and retention effect.  相似文献

Soluble molecular red emitters 1a / 1b are synthesized by Stille coupling from 2‐(3,5‐di(1‐naphthyl)phenyl)thiophene precursors. The compounds show emission maxima at ca. 610 nm in CH2Cl2 solution and 620 nm in solid films. Replacing the n‐hexyl substituent by 4‐sec‐butoxyphenyl produces a marked increase of glass transition temperature (Tg) from 82 °C to 137 °C and increases the solubility in toluene and p‐xylene, thus improving the film‐forming properties. Cyclic voltammetry shows that the compounds can be reversibly oxidized and reduced around +1.10 and ?1.20 V, respectively. A two‐layered electroluminescent device based on 1b produces a pure red light emission with CIE coordinates (0.646, 0.350) and a maximal luminous efficiency of 2.1 cd A?1. Furthermore, when used as a solution‐processed red emitter in optically pumped laser devices, compound 1b successfully produces a lasing emission at ca. 650 nm.  相似文献

不同含水量的土壤会产生不同的偏振态,其与波长、土壤表面的结构、内部的构成、以及入射的角度密切相关。根据Kodis粗糙表面的散射理论,推导了不同湿度土壤表面的偏振度与入射天顶角和观测天顶角以及等效折射率的关系,并用野外地物偏振辐射计和地面多波段CCD相机实测了红壤的偏振反射数据,并将其与理论计算结果相对照,初步总结出不同含水量红壤的偏振特性变化规律。研究土壤偏振度与含水量以及入射天顶角、观测天顶角的关系,对于卫星农业遥感有重要的意义。  相似文献
