MCS接枝共聚物的结构和形态

将甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＭＭＡ）、苯乙烯（Ｓ）在氯化聚乙烯（ＣＰＥ）存在下进行悬浮接枝共聚，获得ＭＣＳ树脂。本文着重考察了ＭＣＳ树脂的化学结构及胶粒形态。结果表明，确实发生了接枝共聚。ＣＰＥ用量、ＲＳＨ含量、引发剂浓度、反应温度、溶胀时间及聚合转化率对ＭＣＳ树脂的接枝率、接枝效率均有影响。ＭＣＳ树脂是接枝共聚物、ＭＭＡ／Ｓ共聚物与ＭＭＡ均聚物的混合物，橡胶相ＣＰＥ在ＭＣＳ树脂中的分散情况为“海岛结构”，     

动态交联热塑性弹性体增韧聚丙烯合金

用动态交联方法制备聚烯烃热塑性弹性体（ＴＰＯ）增韧聚丙烯，制备了具有低温冲击性能良好、综合力学性能比较均衡的聚丙烯合金。同时，研究了ＴＰＯ组成、工艺及基体组成与ＴＰＯ增韧聚丙烯共混物力学性能的关系。并通过差热扫描量热计和扫描电镜考察了共混物的形态结构。     

高速列车浮式地板振动响应有限元分析

针对采用试验方法开发高速列车浮式地板耗时耗力,且试验规模小,不能反映整车的振动效果的问题,基于有限元法进行高速列车振动响应分析.对三明治夹芯理论、蜂窝板理论和等效板理论进行比较,确定采用等效板理论数值模拟某浮式地板中的蜂窝板;利用橡胶材料的超弹性理论拟合橡胶材料参数;建立完整模型模拟实际工况下浮式地板的振动响应,得到浮式地板的隔振效果.结果表明此浮式地板的隔振效果约为90%,满足设计要求.     

天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶共混物疲劳历程的研究

采用扫描电子显微镜、电性能测定和热重法等分析手段，研究了炭黑补强的天然橡胶／顺丁橡胶共混硫化胶的疲劳历程，探索了其内在的疲劳损伤机理。     

型材弯曲模设计

分析了型材在弯曲后其口型失稳起皱的原因,介绍了在型材槽型中填充胶条后在模具的夹持中弯曲成形的工艺,从根本上解决了型材的失稳和起皱,保证了型材的口型尺寸。     

Aging and mechanical properties of NR/BR blends

The mechanical properties and post-thermal aging properties of natural rubber (NR) and polybutadiene rubber (BR) blends at different blending ratios are investigated herein. The experimental results show that both tensile and tear strengths of NR/BR blends increase with increasing NR content. BR has a higher compression stiffness than NR. The deformation of BR is less than that of NR under the same load conditions. With regard to aging properties, both tensile stress and strain of NR/BR blends decrease after prolonged aging. In addition, the stress loss of BR is lower than that of NR, meaning that the aging resistance property of BR is superior to that of NR. Furthermore, accumulated thermal history has shifted the glass transition temperature (T _g) of NR/BR blends toward lower temperatures while the loss tangent (tan δ) value increases with prolonged thermal aging.     

艺术铸件冷冻冰模制模方法的研究

艺术铸件是艺术创作和铸造技术的完美组合，铸造工艺是艺术思想的重要保证。从古至今，艺术家和铸造工作者进行了不懈的探索。本文通过试验，分析了冷冻铸造方法用于艺术铸造的一些优势，探讨了用硅橡胶模具制作冰模的工艺方法，并将用此工艺成功制作的一些冰模展示出来。     

Polynitroalcohols obtained through nitro aldol reaction between nitro oligomers and C1‐C2‐aldehydes

Polynitroalcohols (PNA) were obtained by A_N‐reaction of nitro oligomers from ground waste rubbers (NO‐GWR) with C₁‐C₂‐aldehydes in presence of organic bases triethanolamine, triethylamine and cyclopropylamine. The A_N‐reaction was studied at temperatures from 30 to 50°C, time 4 h, and NO‐GWR : aldehyde = 1 : 0.5/2.0 mass ratios in the solution. PNA were characterized by elemental analyses, such as ¹H NMR spectra, IR spectroscopy—baseline method with internal standard and thermal analyses. The quantitative functional composition of PNA (%NO₂, %C?O, and %OH groups) was proved to be similar to the composition of PNA obtained from model butadiene–styrene nitro oligomer (BSNO). It was concluded that NO‐GWR could replace NO based on elastomers in nitro aldol reaction with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. CR／MMA乳液接枝共聚物的研制

用乳液接枝共聚法制备ＣＲ／ＭＭＡ共聚物，讨论ＣＲ乳液、引发剂、接枝温度、ＭＭＡ用量对接枝共聚转化率，接枝ＭＭＡ含量、ＭＭＡ接枝效率和粘接性能的影响，用红外光谱对接枝共聚物进行表征，该共聚物具有较好的粘接性能。
