利用MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran进行浮筏系统的冲击动响应分析计算是一项烦琐而复杂的过程,定制开发浮筏冲击动响应分析计算系统具有重要的应用价值.描述了系统的设计框架及功能模块,介绍了系统的具体实现及工作流程.为了充分利用已有的数据资源,系统中实现了MSC.Patran与已有浮筏数据库系统的交互.通过一个工程示例,说明了系统的有效性.     

Yeast diversity in crop-growing environments in Cameroon

In the present study, we have investigated the occurrence of yeast flora on several agricultural products coming from crop-growing environments in Cameroon, to provide better knowledge of the biodiversity of yeast flora, and to thus define the impact of this biodiversity on food products. The yeast biodiversity was investigated using traditional culture-dependent methods, along with culture-independent methods. The culture-dependent approach was carried out using both direct and enrichment procedures, to detect the broadest possible presence of yeast species. A total of 151 strains belonging to 26 different yeast species were isolated and identified using restriction pattern analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region 5.8S-ITS and sequence analysis of D1/D2 domain of 26S rRNA gene. The enrichment isolation procedures carried out in high-sugar media allowed the recognition of fermentative species such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Torulaspora delbrueckii, which have previously not been detected using direct isolation methodology. The results of culture-independent method using DGGE patterns and sequencing of the DNA bands revealed a lower number of yeast species when compared with the culture-dependent methodology even if the identification of several yeast species not detected by traditional microbiological procedures such as Candida tropicalis and Hanseniaspora uvarum is allowed. Thus, these multiphasic approaches to study yeast biodiversity (culture-dependent and -independent methods) have allowed us to get a more complete picture of the microbial diversity in these natural environments.     

Isolation and structure elucidation of phenolic compounds from Cyclopia subternata Vogel (honeybush) intact plant and in vitro cultures

In the presented work, an insight was made into the polyphenolic composition of intact plant material and in vitro cultures of indigenous South African plant Cyclopia subternata Vogel (honeybush). Ethyl acetate fractions of methanol extracts were separated by means of gravity column chromatography and/or semipreparative HPLC on two serially connected monolithic RP-18 columns. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques and additionally confirmed by LC-DAD-ESI-MS. Apart from the previously described honeybush components, that is mangiferin (1), scolymoside (2), hesperidin (3) and narirutin (4), three additional compounds: iriflophenone 3-C-β-glucoside (benzophenone) (5), phloretin 3′,5′-di-C-β-glucoside (dihydrochalcone) (6), and isorhoifolin (flavone) (7) were identified for the first time in the herb of C. subternata. Additionally, three isoflavone glucosides, namely calycosin 7-O-β-glucoside (8), rothindin (9) and ononin (10), which had not been previously reported in Cyclopia plants, were identified in the callus of the above species. As far as the authors are concerned, this is the first report on the presence of benzophenone and dihydrochalcone derivatives in Cyclopia genus.

分析民族音乐面临的困境与发展现状,揭示我国民族音乐的独特内涵及深远的意义,从民族音乐的收集与整理、教材的编写与推广、课程与师资队伍建设、教学模式的创新,音乐教育资源的整合、民族音乐文化活动的开展与弘扬等方面,提出推进民族音乐在高校音乐教育中的融入与发展的对策。

神话对中国和希腊两国文学皆产生了巨大影响。但由于中希两国地域、自然条件、文化传统及民族个性等各方面的不同,使得两国的古代神话呈现出不同的艺术风貌。希腊神话体现的是个性、力量和人性,中国的神话则崇尚共性、德行和神性。本文将从这三方面简要探讨中国神话和希腊神话之间的差异,以便更深刻地了解中希两国文化。

Inhibition of Neuronal Necroptosis Mediated by RIPK1 Provides Neuroprotective Effects on Hypoxia and Ischemia In Vitro and In Vivo

Ischemic brain injury is a widespread pathological condition, the main components of which are a deficiency of oxygen and energy substrates. In recent years, a number of new forms of cell death, including necroptosis, have been described. In necroptosis, a cascade of interactions between the kinases RIPK1 and RIPK3 and the MLKL protein leads to the formation of a specialized death complex called the necrosome, which triggers MLKL-mediated destruction of the cell membrane and necroptotic cell death. Necroptosis probably plays an important role in the development of ischemia/reperfusion injury and can be considered as a potential target for finding methods to correct the disruption of neural networks in ischemic damage. In the present study, we demonstrated that blockade of RIPK1 kinase by Necrostatin-1 preserved the viability of cells in primary hippocampal cultures in an in vitro model of glucose deprivation. The effect of RIPK1 blockade on the bioelectrical and metabolic calcium activity of neuron-glial networks in vitro using calcium imaging and multi-electrode arrays was assessed for the first time. RIPK1 blockade was shown to partially preserve both calcium and bioelectric activity of neuron-glial networks under ischemic factors. However, it should be noted that RIPK1 blockade does not preserve the network parameters of the collective calcium dynamics of neuron-glial networks, despite the maintenance of network bioelectrical activity (the number of bursts and the number of spikes in the bursts). To confirm the data obtained in vitro, we studied the effect of RIPK1 blockade on the resistance of small laboratory animals to in vivo modeling of hypoxia and cerebral ischemia. The use of Necrostatin-1 increases the survival rate of C57BL mice in modeling both acute hypobaric hypoxia and ischemic brain damage.     

复合筏基础的理论和应用

本文提出了砂垫层──钢筋混凝土板复合筏基础的设计思想，给出了这种基础的三维力学模型及其相应的内力计算方法．根据微分方程的相似性，将复合筏核基础的内力分析转换为三种不同支承和受荷情况的弹性地基板的叠加，并且用有限元方法进行了具体计算．通过算例和工程实例比较了复合筏基础和传统片筏基础的受力特性和造价、结果表明。复合筏基础具有内力小和造价低等优点．具有良好的工程应用前景．     

长春辉达大厦筏形基础设计的若干问题

本文简要介绍了长春辉达大厦工程及地质概况，基础选型及内力计算、主楼与裙房连接处埋置深度不满足嵌固要求时作的特殊处理，以及地下水位以下筏形基础底板沉降缝处防水，防渗的处理方法．     

Batch and continuous studies on treatment of pulp mill wastewater by Aeromonas formicans

Batch and continuous studies have been conducted on the treatment of black liquor from a kraft pulp and paper mill by a bacterial strain, Aeromonas formicans. The results of batch studies revealed that the strain was able to remove 71% and 78% of COD and lignin respectively, while the colour removal efficiency was around 86% in 10 days of retention time. The analysis of lignin degradation products by gas chromatography after 20 days of incubation revealed the formation of some phenolic acids, which were responsible for the decrease in pH during batch studies. The removal efficiencies of COD, colour and lignin obtained in continuous reactor studies were 73, 88 and 77% respectively for an 8 day detention period and these efficiencies were almost the same as obtained in batch studies. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry
