In this work a real automobile assembly line and the correspondent preassembly lines have been analyzed as a network of closed loops of machines decoupled by intermediate buffers. This work deals with some important aspects, which have still not been investigated in earlier literature, such as: machines processing pallets, which are not related to each other and depend on an external variable in a network with closed loops of machines and intermediate buffers, machines working at different cycle times in a network of closed loops of machines and intermediate buffers, machines working in both, stationary and transitory regime and the relationships between the cycle times of the machines in the stationary working regime in order to guarantee the production rate of the system. A robust method is proposed to generate tool paths for NURBS-based machining of arbitrarily shaped freeform pockets with islands.
Although the input and output are all of higher-degree NURBS curves, only one simple category of geometric entities, i.e.,
line segments, is required for initial offsetting and for detecting and removing self-intersecting loops. Furthermore, using
those linear non-self-intersecting offsets as the legs of NURBS control polygons, NURBS-format tool paths can be smoothly
reconstructed with G1-continuity, no overcutting, no cusps, and global error control. Since all operations involved in computing tool path curves
are linear geometric calculations, the method is robust and simple. Examples with integrated rough and finish cutting tool

在振动、冲击载荷作用下,螺栓连接结构呈现出明显的非线性迟滞现象,影响结构的整体性能。传统的动力学研究仅考虑连接界面的微观/宏观滑移,很少研究螺栓杆与孔壁之间由于界面滑移产生的接触力。基于BRAKE的RIPP模型,提出一种考虑能量损耗的“钉扎接触力”模型,以实现对切向力3个阶段的整体迟滞回线建模;基于该模型,分析预紧力以及摩擦因数对迟滞回线的影响。提出的模型与现有的研究结果吻合性良好,验证了整体迟滞模型的有效性。研究表明:摩擦因数和预紧力的增加会扩大迟滞回线所包围的面积,进而导致单个周期内切向滑移所造成的能量损耗逐渐增加;相比于摩擦因数,预紧力对微滑移阶段的迟滞特性影响更为明显。提出的模型可以反映出“钉扎”接触过程对迟滞特性的影响,有助于更好地揭示螺栓连接在冲击载荷下的响应特征及其非线性行为,为后续螺栓连接结构动力学建模提供帮助。 相似文献

The control accuracy and dynamic performance of suspension force are confined in the traditional bearingless permanent magnet slice motor (BPMSM) control strategies because the suspension force control is indirectly achieved by adopting a closed loop of displacement only. Besides, the phase information in suspension force control relies on accurate measurement of rotor position, making the control system more complex. In this paper, a new suspension force control strategy with displacement and radial suspension force double closed loops is proposed, the flux linkage of motor windings is identified based on voltage–current model and the flexibility of motor control can be improved greatly.
