热致型液晶增韧热固性树脂的研究进展

由于现有的热固性树脂增韧方法存在种种缺陷，热致型液晶正取代橡胶弹性体、热塑性塑料等成为新一类热固性树脂增韧剂，与其它方法相比，该法增韧效果好，改性体系耐热性、模量高。从液晶聚合物增韧、液晶单体／低聚物增韧、液晶固化剂增韧三个方面综述了现阶段热致型液晶增韧热固性树脂的研究进展。     

Hard coating films based on organosilane-modified boehmite nanoparticles under UV/thermal dual curing

Hard coating sols and films were prepared for UV/thermal dual curing. The coating sols were composed of boehmite nanoparticles modified with organosilanes (e.g. methacryloxy-propyl trimethoxy silane, vinyl triethoxy silane, and 3-glycidoxy-propyltrimethoxy silane), a formulated initiator, and an inorganic or organic cross-linker as an additive. With this coating solution, hard coating films with a pencil hardness above 8H and transparency above 90% in the visible light range were prepared on poly(methyl methacrylate) substrates. In addition, the coating solution could be quickly cured in 35 min at a temperature of 100 °C by UV/thermal dual curing. The effects of the additive and initiator on the hardness and transparency of the resulting films are described.     

蒸养混凝土掺粉煤灰的试验研究

本文通过正交试验,以工业废渣-粉煤灰代替部分水泥研制蒸养粉煤灰砼.结果给出了常用的不同强度等级蒸养砼的粉煤灰适宜掺量,并在实践中得到应用.该成果对于综合利用工业废渣和保护环境具有十分重要的意义.

本文针对内外墙乳胶漆生产制造中的一些常见病，给予一定的分析和对策。     

活性齐聚物电子束固化的理论研究

本文研究了聚醚丙烯酸异氰酸酯齐聚物的电子束固化。将这类齐聚物归纳为A_a型分子,A官能团相互反应,并推导了总反应程度P_A、溶胶中反应程度P_(A(S))及凝胶中反应程度P_(A(g))在凝胶点后分别与溶胶分数S_A之间函数关系式。当S_A→1时,取极限值可得凝胶化临界条件为 (P_A)_C=1/(a-1), (P_(A(S)))_C=1/(a-1)及(P_(A(g)))_C=2/a从而可知固化过程的规律为:凝胶点前(S_A=1):P_A=P_(A(S))并逐渐增加,P_(A(g))=0。凝胶点时(S_A=1):P_A=P_(A(S))=1/(a-1),P_(A(g))=2/a。凝胶点后,凝胶与溶胶共存(0P_A>P_(A(S)),但P_A与P_(A(g))单调上升,P_(A(S))单调下降。全为凝胶时(S_A=0):P_A=P_(A(g))=1,P_(A(S))=0。通过红外光谱测定了不同剂量的双键特征峰1415cm~(-1)峰高的变化,可求出双键的消失率(即P_A),并同时测定各剂量的凝胶含量,由P_A～S_A的关系式计算P_A值,两者较吻合,说明这类齐聚物的电子束固化是在双键之间进行的     

Polymeric Photoinitiators Containing Side-chain Ketoaromatic Moieties for Fast Ultraviolet Initiated Polymerisation of Acrylic Monomers

The synthesis of polymeric photoinitiators having side-chain cyclohexylphenylketone as well as benzophenone moieties at different distances from the backbone is described. Study of the activity of the former systems, in the ultraviolet initiated polymerisation of acrylic monomers, indicates that a remarkable increase in the polymerisation rate is observed when the cyclohexylphenylketone chromophore is attached to the main chain through an ethereal linkage rather than an ester group. In the case of the latter systems, considerable improvement is observed in the photoinitiating activity with respect to the corresponding low molecular weight model compounds in the polymerisation of acrylic monomers. Moreover, in general the copolymers of benzophenone-containing monomers show higher activity than the corresponding homopolymers. These results are discussed in terms of photoexcitation energy migration along the polymer chain, as well as of intramolecular hydrogen abstraction from both main and side chains. This last occurrence seems to be the main activation process, as suggested by a strict correlation between activity and hydrogen-donating properties of the co-units in the copolymers, Photophysical evidence supporting this point is also reported. Finally, the synthesis of polymeric photoinitiators, containing both benzophenone and tertiary amine groups in the same macromolecule, has been accomplished via copolymerisation of 4-acryloxybenzophenone with 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)styrene. Preliminary data concerning photoinitiating activity of these last copolymers indicate that conformational mobility affects the formation capability of exciplexes and then the activity itself.     

Differential scanning calorimetric investigation of curing of resins formed from furfural and various phenols

Curing reactions of adequately characterized phenol-furfural, o-chlorophenol-furfural, P-chlorophenol-furfural and p-tert-butyl phenol-furfural resins with hexamine were studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The data are analyzed by appropriate empirical relations with a view to examining their applicability to the present sets of data and to estimating kinetic parameters of the curing reactions.     

对环氧煤沥青涂料防腐蚀施工规范的一些探讨

对规范中关于环氧煤沥青防腐涂料的技术要求和施工程序进行了分析，指出埋地设备和管道表面处理的除锈等级要求不足够、涂料性能指标要求以及不同涂层结构涂料品种的选用不明确，提出了补充的建议，为完善技术规范作了一些尝试。     

电脑调色基础漆配方修正

通过电脑调色基础漆和国内外厂家色浆相容性的试验,讨论了体系与色浆相容性不好的原因,由此对基础漆配方进行了修正。着重研究了润湿分散剂的选择与加量对基础漆展色的影响。结果表明,当阴离子型分散剂5040加量增至0.6%,非离子型润湿剂188A加量增至0.3%后,色浆与电脑调色基础漆的相容性达到了最优。     

Development of a paint scheme for increasing aircraft detectability and visibility.

5 studies were performed in order to derive a paint coloration scheme which will allow maximum aircraft visibility and detectability. It was found that maximum visibility may be expected from a large, squarelike, unbroken fluorescent red-orange area and a secondary area possessing color and brightness contrast with the fluorescent red-orange.
