D179a水轮机转轮是东方电机厂在八盘峡水电厂5号水轮机改造过程中,研制的一个性能优良的模型转轮。实践证明该转轮比瑞典原有KV4转轮大流量区的效率明显提高,空蚀性能优良,其最优工况点效率可比原转轮提高2.2%,设计点的效率在92%左右,是20m水头段性能优良的转轮之一,D179a水轮机转轮在八盘峡水电厂5号水轮机改造的情况和现场试验的结果,可供其他水轮机改造和优化时参考。 相似文献

50 brain-damaged children ranging in age from 10 through 14 years were matched in pairs with 50 normally functioning children on the variable of age. Each subject was administered individually a wide variety of psychological tests. The sensitivity of each test to the brain-damage factor was determined by computing the appropriate t ratio and by determining the proportion of cases in which the brain-damaged children performed less adequately than their matched controls. The brain-damaged children performed significantly less well than the control children on all the tests, with differences between the 2 groups occurring more frequently on the tests of language functions than on other testing procedures. High-κ gate dielectrics like HfO2 and HfSiO(N) are considered for the replacement of SiO2 and SiON layers in advanced complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (MOS) devices. Using these gate oxides allows indeed to drastically reduce the leakage current flowing through the device, as required by the specifications of the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors. However, major problems remain to be solved before the possible use of high-κ gate dielectrics in integrated circuits. The purpose of this paper is to give an overview of the challenges and issues pertaining to high-κ-based devices. Several issues are discussed in detail, like flat-band and threshold voltage control, carrier mobility degradation, charge trapping, gate dielectric wear-out and breakdown, and bias temperature instabilities. Our current understanding of these issues is presented, with an emphasis on the relationship between the material properties of the gate stack, and the electrical properties of the devices. The combination of metal gates with high-κ gate dielectric appears to be a promising solution for the further scaling down of CMOS devices. 相似文献

Factorial confirmation of 2 cognitive styles, defined as relationships between abilities within individuals, was sought in the within-individual variations of task performances. The cognitive styles, 1 termed "Conceptual versus Perceptual-motor Dominance," the other, "Strong versus Weak Automatization," were factorially isolated in each of 2 samples of adult normal males, and in 1 sample of adolescent male and female twins. The results are similar to those obtained by British factor analysts using hierarchical group factor method. Examination of the relationships of the factors to education and occupational levels in the adult normals revealed that the Strong Automatizers had higher occupational levels than the Weak Automatizers although the 2 groups of Ss did not differ in general intelligence or education. The prediction of induction machine performance has traditionally been based on the constant parameter models. This approach was later replaced by considering saturation in the main flux paths. However, such models have not been sufficiently accurate for certain transient conditions such as on-line starting and short-circuit. So, an accurate study of their performance should necessarily consider the magnetic saturation effect both in the main and leakage flux paths. In this paper, an experimental procedure to determine the machine parameters and saturation characteristics is adopted. The adopted experimental procedure facilitates the measurement of both stator and rotor leakage reactance saturation characteristics. Two models of saturated induction motors are developed to predict the transient performance of a laboratory wound-rotor induction motor. The results calculated by the proposed models considering and ignoring the leakage flux saturation are compared with the experimental results. The model that considers saturation in the leakage flux paths produces more accurate transient responses. 相似文献
