The relationship between chemical structure and reactivity for thermal hydroprocessing was studied for five gas oils derived from Alberta bitumens. Chemical structure was characterized by combining data from 1 H and 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, class fractionation, and elemental analysis to calculate structural parameters. Thermal hydrotreating was performed in a continuous-flow stirred reactor at 420 and 440°C, 13.9 MPa hydrogen pressure, and 1.5 h1 LHSV. Conversion of the 343–525°C boiling fraction of the gas oils was correlated with the concentration of naphthenic methylene groups in the feed. Formation of methane and ethane was dependent on the degree of condensation of the aromatic rings in the feed oils. Thermal desulfurization was highly correlated with the amount of saturates in the feed, and the aromaticity of the resin fraction. A blue electroluminescent polymer, random copolymer of fluorenylstilbene and fluorene, was prepared by the nickel catalyzed coupling reaction. The structure and properties of the copolymer were analyzed by various spectroscopic methods. The obtained polymer had good solubility and thermal stability with high Tg. The polymer in thin film emits strong blue luminance (max=468 nm) with narrow bandwidth upon photoexcitation. PL spectrum of the polymer in the film is almost consistent with that of solution one as well as the EL spectrum, indicating that the aggregation and the excimer fluorescence are suppressed by the introduction of fluorenylstilbene comonomer. Moreover, the introduction of fluorenylstilbene comonomer lowered the oxidation potential to lead feasible hole injection, when the compared with poly(fluorene) homopolymer. The ITO/PEDOT/polymer/LiF/Al device showed the maximum brightness of 3500 cd/m2 with a turn on voltage of 4.4, the maximum efficiency of 0.878 lm/W and blue emission with CIE chromaticity coordinates of ((x,y)=(0.17, 0.25)).  相似文献

This paper presents an experimental study on the flow patterns of FCC particles in a 140 mm ID Circulating Fluidized Bed with concurrent upflow and downflow gas-solid suspension. Based on the distribution of local particle velocity and particle concentration measured by a Fiber-Optical Probe Laser Doppler Velocimeter and a Fiber Optical Probe System respectively, the different flow patterns of local particls concentration, local particle velocity, local particle fluctuating velocity and sectionally average particle velocity in concurrent upflow and downflow gas-solid system have been investigated. It is found that the particle flow in the concurrent downflow is much more uniform radially than that in the concurrent upflow riser. The investigation of flow patterns in different flow systems is of significance to the development of a new gas-solid reactor.  相似文献

We analyze the problem of controlling parameter-dependent systems. We introduce the notion of averaged control according to which the quantity of interest is the average of the states with respect to the parameter.First we consider the problem of controllability for linear finite-dimensional systems and show that a necessary and sufficient condition for averaged controllability is an averaged rank condition, in the spirit of the classical rank condition for linear control systems, but involving averaged momenta of any order of the matrices generating the dynamics and representing the control action.We also describe some open problems and directions of possible research, in particular on the average controllability of evolution partial differential equations. In this context we analyze also the averaged version of a classical optimal control problem for a parameter dependent elliptic equation and derive the corresponding optimality system.  相似文献

In this paper, a cooperative control analysis and design method is investigated for heterogeneous dynamical systems that may be of arbitrary relative degree or nonminimum-phase or both. To achieve consensus or cooperative stability, a negative value of input-feedforward passivity index is used to accommodate and analyze such systems, and the magnitude of the index value is also used as the impact coefficient to quantify the impacts of heterogeneous dynamics of these systems on their networked operations. Physical-system-level designs are explicitly carried out to make individual linear and nonlinear systems (which are either feedback linearizable or nonminimum phase of certain form) become passivity-short and to embed one pure integrator into their input–output dynamics. The network-level distributed control can simply be chosen without any knowledge of the heterogeneous dynamics but with only information of an upper bound on their impact coefficients. It is shown, using the impact equivalence principle, that these controls separately designed but implemented together always ensure either local or global consensus and that a global non-trivial consensus emerges if and only if the information network has at least one globally reachable node or is varying but cumulatively connected. The proposed methodology of fully modularized designs unravels complexity of analyzing and designing cyber–physical systems and enables their plug-and-play into networked operations.  相似文献

Pre- and/or post-compensators are designed to square down a general MIMO system to a uniform rank system, the structure of which is almost similar to a SISO system. The method of squaring down either does not change the finite zero structure of the given MIMO system or simply adds additional finite zeros in the left half s-plane. The significance of such a squaring down lies in the simplicity of the structure of a uniform rank system lending itself for easy analysis and control design.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop and test a senior technology acceptance model (STAM) aimed at understanding the acceptance of gerontechnology by older Hong Kong Chinese people. The proposed STAM extended previous technology acceptance models and theories by adding age-related health and ability characteristics of older people. The proposed STAM was empirically tested using a cross-sectional questionnaire survey with a sample of 1012 seniors aged 55 and over in Hong Kong. The result showed that STAM was strongly supported and could explain 68% of the variance in the use of gerontechnology. For older Hong Kong Chinese, individual attributes, which include age, gender, education, gerontechnology self-efficacy and anxiety, and health and ability characteristics, as well as facilitating conditions explicitly and directly affected technology acceptance. These were better predictors of gerontechnology usage behaviour (UB) than the conventionally used attitudinal factors (usefulness and ease of use).

Practitioner Summary: Previous studies have not given much consideration to age-related health and associated abilities when examining acceptance of technology by the ageing population. By encompassing conventional technology acceptance constructs together with age-related health and ability characteristics, the present study was able to identify more factors affecting gerontechnology acceptance by older Hong Kong Chinese.  相似文献

For monitoring online manufacturing processes, the proportion of weights imposed on each type of product’s defects (nonconformities or demerits) has a profoundly effective impact on control charts’ performance. Apparently, the demerit-chart approach is superior than the widely-used c-chart scheme, because it allows us to place relative precise weights (real numbers) on defects according to their distinctly inferior degrees affecting the product quality so that the abnormal variations of processes can be literally exposed. However, in many applications, the seriousness of defects is evaluated partially or entirely by the inspectors’ perceptive judgement or knowledge, so with the precise-weight assignment, the demerit rating mechanism is considered to be somewhat constrained and subjective which inevitably leads to the targeted manufacturing process with limited and possibly biased information for online surveillance. To cope with the drawback, a demerit-fuzzy rating system and monitoring scheme is proposed in this paper. We first incorporate fuzzy weights (fuzzy numbers) to properly reflect the severity measures of defects which are categorized linguistically. Then, based on properties of fuzzy set theory and proposed approaches for fuzzy-number ranking, we develop the demerit-fuzzy charting scheme which is capable of discriminating process conditions into multi-intermittent statuses between in-control and out-of-control. This approach improves the traditional process control techniques with the binary-classification restraint for the process conditions. Finally, the proposed demerit-fuzzy rating system, monitoring scheme, and classification is elucidated by an application in garment industry to monitor textile-stitching nonconformities conditions.  相似文献

Cis-1,2,3,4-cyclohexanetetracarboxylic dianhydride (cis-1,2,3,4-CHDA) was synthesized. It was found that under such conditions as heating or boiling in acetic anhydride, cis-1,2,3,4-CHDA could be converted to its trans-isomer. The process of thermal isomerization was monitored by 1H NMR spectra and the mechanism of conversion was proposed. Their absolute structures of cis- and trans-1,2,3,4-CHDAs were elucidated by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The polycondensations of cis- and trans-1,2,3,4-CHDAs with aromatic diamines such as 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA), 4,4′-methylenedianiline (MDA), 4,4′-diamino-3,3′-dimethyldiphenylmethane (DMMDA), 4,4′-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene (TPEQ), 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane (BAPP) were studied. It is easy to obtain higher molecular weight polyimides from trans-1,2,3,4-CHDA using conventional one-step or two-step methods. However, higher molecular weight polyimides derived from cis-1,2,3,4-CHDA could not be prepared by the usual methods (solid content ca. 10%) owing to the trend of forming cyclic oligomers. Increasing the concentration of monomers could give higher molecular weight cis-polymers. All of the cis-polyimides were soluble at room temperature in aprotic polar solvents and phenolic solvents and some of them even soluble in chloroform and tetrahydrofuran, while the corresponding trans-polymers showed poor solubility as compared to cis-polymers. All of the polyimides showed good thermal stability with the 5% weight loss temperatures in air over 415 °C. Furthermore, polyimides derived from cis-1,2,3,4-CHDA have higher glass transition temperatures (Tgs) than corresponding trans-polyimides. The flexible polyimide films possessed a tensile modulus range of 2.1-3.6 GPa, a tensile strength range of 42-116 MPa, an elongation at break of 4-18%. These polyimides exhibited cutoffs at wavelengths around 270 nm and were entirely colorless. All the polyimides showed amorphous pattern according to Wide angle X-ray diffraction measurements. The differences of polymerization and properties were explained by the structural changes resulted from isomerism.  相似文献
