硫脲树脂对Cu~(2+)吸附性能研究

考察了不同吸附时间、pH值和吸附温度下,聚对苯甲酰基硫脲树脂和聚酯基硫脲树脂对Cu2+的吸附性能影响;并对吸附动力学和热力学进行了研究。     

滚动转子式压缩机传热模拟

就滚动转子式压缩机的传热特性进行了分析。把压缩机分为15块，视摩擦损失和电机发热为内热源，考虑润滑油流动在传热过程中的影响，应用集中参数法对每块进行了能量分析，建立了传热数学模型并进行了计算。     

广东电力特种光缆存在的问题及解决方法

分析了广东电力系统特种光缆应用在工程建设、运行维护等方面出现的问题，以及对电网保护等业务的影响，提出了解决办法和方案，特别是从电网安全运行角度去理解ADSS电腐蚀问题，以及近期广电集团的具体措施。     

合成2,4-二叔丁基苯酚工业试验

以离子交换树脂为催化剂，苯酚和甲基叔丁基醚为原料合成2，4-二叔丁基苯酚(简称2，4酚)，合成产物经过滤再经间歇真空精馏精制提纯，得到高纯度的2，4酚成品。成品精馏后釜中残液在酸性白土催化剂的作用下通过歧化反应生成对叔丁基苯酚，再经精馏提纯得到成品对叔丁基苯酚。通过工艺优化，使2，4酚、对叔丁基苯酚形成联产生产工艺，降低了生产原料消耗和成本。     

VPI粉云母带的选型试验研究

为电机主绝缘VPI工艺选择合适的粉云母带，对几种真空压力浸渍(VPI)用云母带进行了试验研究，分析了选型原则，同时对比了几种粉云母带的性能。将它们应用于模拟线棒中，线棒的试验数据表明：选出的两种云母带的配合可获得优异的性能，达到优等品标准水平。再将少胶云母带应用于电机整机试验，试验结果表明达到了减薄绝缘、降低温升、延缓绝缘老化、提高电机使用寿命的目的。     

Delay discounting of real and hypothetical rewards.

The degree to which real and hypothetical rewards were discounted across delays ranging from 6 hr to 1 year was explored in a within-subjects design. An adjusting-amounts procedure was used to estimate the subjective value of real and hypothetical rewards at each delay. A hyperbolic discounting function provided a significantly better fit to individual participants' preferences than did an exponential function. No significant effect of reward type on degree of hyperbolic discounting or area under the discounting curves was detected. These findings offer some support for the validity of using hypothetical rewards to estimate discounting rates in substance-abusing and other populations, but caution is suggested because this support is gleaned from a failure to detect an effect of reward type. It seems clear that, for whatever reasons, the dementia of the Alzheimer type patient group (as well as other patient groups) exhibits behavior that is different from the normal control group. G. Storms, T. Dirikx, J. Saerens, S. Verstraeten, and P. P. De Deyn (2003) rightfully argue that the observed behavior (similarity judgments) does not tell us the source (cause) of the differences between the 2 groups. Rather, the focus of the study should be placed more on finding the ways the 2 groups are different. They also point out various methodological problems in some of the previous attempts to characterize the nature of the differences. Further methodological issues in G. 深部调剖驱油交联剂的研究

为提高非均质性严重的地层原油采出率 ,合成了用于聚合物驱油的 4种交联剂 ,并对聚合物种类、用量和其与交联剂组成的体系进行了评价。 4 0℃下铝交联剂凝胶粘度低 ,酚醛树脂交联剂低温下不成胶 ,而有机铬交联剂 (J2 )和有机复合胺 (J3)交联效果好。当选用HPAM/有机铬交联剂 /有机酸交联体系时 ,其中HPAM相对分子质量为 2 1× 10 7,可通过改变体系pH值调节成胶速度 ,pH值 6 5时 ,14 0 0mg/LHPAM和 4 0 0mg/LJ2组成的体系在 4 0℃、30d可形成粘度为12 0mPa·s以上的凝胶 ,且热稳定性好 ,成胶时间能满足现场施工需要。 14 0 0mg/LHPAM和10 0 0mg/LJ3交联剂组成的体系 ,成胶时间长 ,有利于油田深部调剖驱油     

酚醛树脂复合板在热连轧机中的应用

重点分析了现有F7机架出口导卫装置的情况。原导卫材料是由铸钢制造 ,由于摩擦和高温常常引起热连轧带钢表面划伤 ,根据现场实际情况用酚醛树脂复合板替代铸钢导卫装置。实践表明 ,这种改造即可行又可靠 ,并取得了好的效果

通过对炉台设备的简介及紧急吹扫的统计分析,提出了判断紧急吹扫故障的合理方法,提高了故障的准确判断率,减少了对生产的影响。
