磷酸装置大幅提产后磷矿萃取率下降的技改措施

一套磷酸装置由原日产P2O5 200t提高到260t，大幅提产后磷矿的萃取率由原平均96.3％降到95．1％，导致总磷回收率下降。为此对配矿管理和反应槽温度控制进行改进，并重点对原料工序进行了技改。实施结果，磷矿萃取率平均达96.1％以上，取得了明显的经济效果.

Triose Phosphate Isomerase as an Endogenous Time-temperature Integrator to Verify Adequacy of Roast Beef Processing

Bovine muscle type had a large influence on the initial activity and heat stability of triose phosphate isomerase (TPI). TPI activity in the round muscles was more heat labile than in the chuck muscles. Residual TPI activity in bovine semimembranosus muscle was determined after cooking using adequate and corresponding inadequate U.S. Department of Agriculture processing schedules. In both water bath and pilot oven studies, TPI activity was similar in adequately processed beef (about 2 U/g) and increased when inadequately processed by reducing the holding time by 0.5 and 1.0 log at each temperature. Taken together, these results suggested that TPI could be used as an endogenous time-temperature indicator to verify processing adequacy of roast beef if the muscle used in the product was known.     

Identification of a structure specific Bcl-2 phosphorylating homoisoflavone molecule from Vietnamese coriander (Polygonatum odoratum) that induces apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest in breast cancer cell lines

Bcl-2 is an anti-apoptotic protein which is over-expressed in many cancers. Modulating Bcl-2 expression is one of the most important strategies in the combat of cancer. We have isolated and identified a structure specific homoisoflavone from Vietnamese coriander (Polygonatum odoratum or Solomon seal) root which induces Bcl-2 phosphorylation, thereby causing mitotic arrest in breast cancer cells. Bioassay-directed fractionations resulted in a biologically active fraction for Bcl-2 phosphorylation. HPLC separation followed by mass spectrometry and NMR studies identified two compounds. We currently combine the chemistry and biological activity of Vietnamese coriander extracts by using bioassay directed fractionation to identify the structure specific Bcl-2 phosphorylating molecules, as well as their molecular mechanism of action. Only one molecule was responsible for Bcl-2 phosphorylation; it was identified as 2,3-dihydro3-[(15-hydroxyphenyl) methyl]-5,7-dihydroxy-6(8-dimethyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one) or 8-methyl-dihydrobenzopyranone (8-methyl-DBP, MW 314). The effect on Bcl-2 was structure specific, because 2,3 dihydro3-[(15-hydroxyphenyl) methyl]-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-8-methoxy-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one or 8-methoxy-dihydrobenzopyranone (8-methoxy-DBP, MW 330), in contrast to 8-methyl-DBP, was not capable of Bcl-2 phosphorylation. Pure 8-methyl-DBP induced Bcl-2 phosphorylation in breast tumor cells, causes G2/M cell cycle arrest, up regulates the expression of p21 and p53 proteins and decreases cell viability demonstrated by a clonogenic assay. Therefore, these data demonstrate that Vietnamese coriander root contains 8-methyl-dihydrobenzopyrone (8-methyl-DBP, MW 314), which induces Bcl-2 phosphorylation, apoptosis, and G2/M cell cycle arrest in breast tumor cells.     

磷酸伯喹的辐射稳定性及其对聚乙烯醇(PVA)辐射裂解的影响

磷酸伯喹经吸收0.75～10Mrad剂量后,在结构上未发现变化。由于喹啉基的共轭,它对能量的转移作用是相当大的,当聚乙烯醇(PVA)中加入磷酸伯喹时,可使PVA的裂解延缓(但对裂解的机理不产生影响)。磷酸伯喹含量以线性关系影响着PVA的各种裂解参数值。     

余杭萤石矿选矿工艺的研究及生产实践

不同矿点矿石的选别试验研究表明，美女山和烂泥塘两矿点矿石因萤石嵌布粒度很细，难以获得较好选别指标，而将这两矿点矿石与其他易选矿石配矿选别，获得的萤石精矿达化工一级品标准，ＣａＦ２回收率大于９０％，使余杭萤石矿石资源得到充分利用。

Hydration of Germanium Oxide Carnotite

The quaternary invariant point was reached in the CaO–GeO₂–P₂O₅–H₂O system by the hydration of germanium oxide carnotite. Complete reaction was achieved although the kinetics were very slow. Three products were identified by X-ray diffraction: calcium germanate hydrate, hydroxyapatite, and calcium hydroxide. Energy dispersive X-ray analyses established the compositions of the three phases present in the heterogeneous microstructure. Calcium germanate hydrate exhibited a fibrous habit and was present as large individual fibers as well as small thin fibers. The small fibers were intermixed with hydroxyapatite. The latter was observed to form feltlike assemblages. Stacked calcium hydroxide plates were unequivocally observed.     

改性鱼油磷酸酯加脂剂的合成及应用

鱼油与乙醇胺在 110℃下 ,进行酰胺化反应 5 h,得到改性鱼油 ,然后在 70 - 80℃下 ,以 P2 O5为磷酸化试剂反应 4 h,使磷酸化改性鱼油中的磷酸单酯 (MAP)含量达 6 0 %以上 ,再中和至 p H为 6 .5 - 7.5 ,最后复配成加脂剂。经该加脂剂加脂后 ,革身柔软、不油腻、弹性好。
