The adsorption–desorption characteristics of Acid Red G (ARG) on the polypyrrole‐modified TiO2 (PPy/TiO2) composite as a novel adsorbent was investigated. PPy/TiO2 was synthesized via the in‐situ polymerization of pyrrole monomer in the prepared TiO2 sol solution. Results from X‐ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectra indicated the formation of the PPy/TiO2 composite. The adsorption experiments showed that the modification of PPy substantially improved the adsorption and regeneration abilities of PPy/TiO2. The adsorption equilibrium was achieved in a short time of 20 min, and the adsorption kinetics followed the pseudo‐second‐order model. The Langmuir adsorption isotherm was found for PPy/TiO2, with the maximum adsorption capacity of 179.21 mg/g. The regeneration experiments showed that PPy/TiO2 could be successfully regenerated by simple alkali‐acid treatment. The adsorption efficiency of the regenerated PPy/TiO2 adsorbent for ARG was still greater than 90% after regeneration for 10 times. Additionally, the adsorption efficiency of PPy/TiO2 for the ARG effluent was still higher than 78% after adsorption–desorption for four times. Aminophenoxazinone dyes with variable water solubilities were assayed for the first time in a live‐cell imaging application. Among a library of ten sulfonylated chromophores, one compound gave excellent results as an endocytic marker, showing a precise subcellular distribution. The compound was compared to four commercial vital tracers, including Lucifer Yellow. The first laccase‐mediated regioselective synthesis of a diphosphorylated 2‐aminophenoxazinone dye was also described. This compound, water‐soluble at 10?2 M , displayed modest fluorescence properties and the ability to complex Mg2+ and Ca2+ cations, therefore giving fluorescence quenching. 相似文献

This study aimed to develop a green two‐dimensional HPLC‐DAD/ESI‐MS method for analysing anthocyanins from Prunus cerasifera var. atropurpurea leaf and improve their stability in energy drinks by the addition of phenolic acids. Ethanol and tartaric acid solutions were used as mobile phases for one‐dimensional HPLC‐DAD for quantitative analysis of anthocyanins, and the primary anthocyanins were identified as cyanidin‐3‐O‐galactoside, cyanidin‐3‐O‐glucoside and cyanidin‐3‐O‐rutinoside using two‐dimensional HPLC‐MS. Method validation showed that the developed method was accurate, stable and reliable for the analysis of P. cerasifera anthocyanins. The effects of gallic, ferulic and caffeic acid on the stability of cyanidin‐3‐O‐galactoside, cyanidin‐3‐O‐glucoside, cyanidin‐3‐O‐rutinoside and total anthocyanins from P. cerasifera leaf in energy drinks were evaluated, and the degradation of P. cerasifera anthocyanins ideally followed a first‐order model (R2 > 0.98). Gallic acid showed stronger protective effects on P. cerasifera anthocyanins in energy drinks, and adding/increasing ferulic and caffeic acids accelerated the degradation reactions. 相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备铜掺杂磷酸锌钠作为热反射材料,通过XRD、SEM、UV-VIS-NIR分光光度计对产物进行表征,探讨了溶液p H值、掺杂量与热处理温度对产物晶体结构、表面形貌以及反射性能的影响。结果表明,当溶液p H从6增加到10时,样品NaZn0.5(Cu)_(0.5)PO_4的近红外反射率先升高后降低,当溶液p H值为9时,其近红外反射性能最优;随着铜掺杂量的增加,样品Na Zn1-x(Cu)_xPO_4的近红外反射率先升高后降低,当x=0.5时,其近红外反射率最高;热处理温度从400℃升高至700℃后,样品Na Zn0.5(Cu)0.5PO4的近红外反射率逐渐升高,经700℃热处理后近红外反射率高达60.4%。 相似文献

A series of colour assays were conducted taking into account old bibliographic recommendations and oral testimony regarding traditional lime painting technology from the Alentejo (South Portugal) region. The main objectives were: (a) the colorimetric analysis of paintings made with different limewash preparation methods; (b) the comparison between natural processed red and yellows ochre pigments (“home made” and from industrial origin) and synthetic iron oxides in different concentrations and lime proportions; (c) the evaluation of the colorimetric CIELAB coordinates during the lime carbonation process in coloured mortars and limewashes. The results shows that the evolution of L*, a*, and b* during the carbonation process is independent of pigment concentration and paint thickness but dependent of pigment composition and finishing technique (lime painting or coloured mortar). The suitability of cathodoluminescence (CL) measurements for differentiating between different paint pigments is demonstrated with an example of a combined energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) and CL analysis of different zinc oxide (ZnO) pigments in a paint fragment where the EDX spectra are virtually identical, but where the CL spectra show significant differences.
