关于砂金工艺矿物学研究规范化的建议

本文从样品的采集、加工、制备到砂金性状、矿砂物质组成;从分离、鉴定质量要求到选矿产品考察;从矿砂可洗性、可选性评价到矿砂工艺类型确定等项内容的系统化、标准化,阐述了砂金工艺矿物学的研究规范。     

Psychological research, practice, and social policy: Potential pathways of influence.

Greater use of psychological research and practice knowledge in the formulation of social policy is necessary to enhance the well-being of U.S. citizens and communities. Although historically there are instances in which psychological and social science research and practice have had a substantial influence on federal policy, for the most part the relationships among research, practice, and policy have been tenuous. Three cases in which research has substantively influenced policy over the past 80 years are reviewed: Keynesian economics, Head Start legislation, and the activities of conservative think tanks. Several recommendations are made for ways in which psychologists can enhance their influence in the policy arena, including communicating directly with policymakers regarding relevant policy findings and knowledge gleaned from practice; conducting interdisciplinary, multilevel research as well as evaluation research (including qualitative data drawn from practice settings); and networking among researchers, practitioners, policy advocates, and social action groups. The impact of the Hebbian learning rule on research in behavioural neuroscience.

Hebb's principal theoretical propositions, the cell assembly and the nature of synaptic change, were generated at a time when the focus of work in behavioural neuroscience was directed at understanding issues such as the principles governing the behaviour of animals in neuropsychological studies of learning and memory and the role of drives in the control of behaviours like sex and feeding and drinking. It was not until attention shifted to understanding the neural underpinnings of learning and memory that Hebb's propositions had an impact on behavioural neuroscience as they provided a simple, and testable, mechanism for synaptic plasticity observed both in learning and in other forms of experience-dependent neural change. But much of the field remains interested in other issues such as sensation and perception, motivation, attention, and so on, and to date, Hebb's propositions have had little impact. WDB620高强钢应用于大型蜗壳的焊接制造工艺研究

2005年初,水电十四局承担了漫湾二期水电站和小湾水电站蜗壳的制造任务。蜗壳钢材选用国产600 MPa级别高强钢,为了全面综合地考核该级别钢种的材料强度和安全裕度,检验模拟大型蜗壳焊接制造工艺的可靠性。对国产的WDB620高强钢进行了可焊性和制造工艺性试验研究,并在国内首次设计、制造模拟压力容器并对其进行水压试验和爆破试验。研究成果通过中国水电集团公司鉴定,结论为该课题研究成果达到国内选进水平。     

吸水膨胀型膨润土/交联聚丙烯酰胺颗粒堵剂

使丙烯酰胺、少量N，N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺在钙膨润土存在下进行水溶液引发接枝共聚合，聚合产物经造粒、粉碎、筛分，得到粒径0．5～1．0mm的颗粒堵剂。根据颗粒堵剂吸水量大小确定丙烯酰胺与膨润土最佳质量比为7：1，引发剂最佳用量为500g／t，交联剂最佳用量为300g／t，吸水量与这3个参数之间的关系曲线都经过最大值，颗粒堵剂在去离子水中的吸水量为560～650mL/g。该堵剂已大规模生产，在胜利、中原油田许多采油厂已用于调剖、堵水和调驱施工，在青海、江苏、大港、冀东等油田也已开始使用。在胜利东辛采油厂的一个井组，连续3个月在3口井注入该堵剂共27t，使井口压力上升3MPa，产油量大幅度增加。表l参l。

高砂比压裂技术研究

应用由美国ＮＳＩ公司引进的“ｓｔｉｍｐｌａｎ”拟三维压裂设计软件，对影响裂缝内支撑剂铺置浓度的诸因素进行了灰色关联度分析，从中找出了主要的影响因素。并以高砂比压裂的技术指标为依据，研究了在目前压裂工艺水平下，进行高砂比压裂所必须遵循的原则。文中还对国内的高砂比压裂进行了实例分析，进一步论证了文中的观点。     

The problem of demodulating across argument and literal boundaries

This article is the twenty-fourth of a series of articles discussing various open research problems in automated reasoning. The problem proposed for research asks one to find an appropriate theory for modulating across argument and across literal boundaries. Because demodulation has proved so useful—is most cases, even crucial—to automated reasoning, extending this concept to permit canonicalization to be applied at the predicate and at the clause and subclause levels merits exploration. For evaluating a proposed solution to this research problem, we suggest problems from mathematics, logic, program verification, database inquiry, and the world of puzzles.This work was supported by the Applied Mathematical Sciences subprogram of the Office of Energy Research, U.S. Department of Energy, under Contract W-31-109-Eng-38.     

澳大利亚进口焦煤煤质特性与结焦特性研究

通过质量检测、煤的岩相分析和20kg试验焦炉炼焦试验，对澳大利亚两种进口焦煤诺维茨煤和峰景煤的煤质和结焦特性进行了研究，两种进口焦煤低灰、低硫，为单一煤层煤，煤质稳定，配煤炼焦有利于焦炭质量稳定。峰景煤和国内柳湾煤的结焦性能相当，诺维茨煤的结焦性能与国内恒山煤和祁县煤的结焦性能接近。
