Poly (vinyl butyral) (PVB) hollow fiber membranes were fabricated via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The effects of coagulation bath temperature (CBT) on the structure and performance of membranes were investigated in detail. The morphologies of the membranes were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the performances of water permeability, rejection, breaking strength and elongation were measured, respectively. The results indicate that all the membranes have the asymmetric morphology and the thickness of the skin layer decreases and the pore size of the outer layer increases with the increase of CBT. The permeability of membranes prepared at air gap 1.0 cm and take-up speed 0.253 m/s increases from 1.047×10-7 to 5.909×10-7 m3/(m2·s-kPa) with the CBT increasing from 20 ℃ to 40℃, and sharply increases to 35.226×10 7 m3/(m2.s.kPa)once the CBT arrives at 50 ℃. While the carbonic ink rejections have no significant decrease, totally exceed 98%, but that of acid-maleic acid copolymer greatly decreases with the increase of CBT. The origin of work-function changes induced in polymer/metal structures (polyacrylic acid (PAA), ammonium and sodium polyacrylate) upon ammonia exposure is studied. To understand and explain the mechanism systematic measurements of uncoated and polymer coated metals are performed in Kelvin Probe (KP) setups. Additional data have been acquired through gravimetric and electrochemical experiments (cyclic voltammetry (CV)). The results obtained confirm that the field effect sensitive processes are taking place at the metal/polymer interface and allow their modelling. The intrinsic sensitivity of metallic samples upon ammonia exposure is influenced by the presence of coating polymers, by their ability to sorb water and to keep the metal surface wet or dry. 相似文献

通过高效液相色谱技术分析了青海省果洛州达日县窝赛乡原生嵩草草甸、严重退化草地及人工草地三类植被土壤中各种氨基酸成分及含量。结果表明:(1)三种类型土壤中都检测出19种常见氨基酸:精氨酸、天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、氨基丁酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、胱氨酸、组氨酸、鸟氨酸、赖氨酸、酪氨酸;(2)测定结果表明原生嵩草草甸土壤的氨基酸总量显著高于人工恢复重建草地和严重退化土壤氨基酸,而后两者之间差异不显著。原生高寒草地的土壤(6316.28μgg-1)严重退化草地土壤(2977.10μgg-1)人工恢复重建草地土壤(2975.90μgg-1)。(3)原生高寒草地土壤氨基酸总体呈现下降趋势:5月氨基酸含量最高,随后6月7月的显著下降,8月稍微有所回升,9月氨基酸含量到达最低;严重退化草地土壤与人工恢复重建草地土壤氨基酸含量季节变化相似,氨基酸总量在6月份到达最高点,随后7月8月显著下降,9月份稍微有所回升。 相似文献

采用聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)/FTO为对电极,研究了合成介质对循环伏安法电聚合制备的PEDOT/FTO对电极性能的影响。通过SEM、CV、EIS、Tafel曲线,并首次采用SECM方法对所制备的对电极的电催化性能进行了表征。结果表明:在LiClO4水溶液和1-丁基-3-甲基四氟硼酸盐离子液体(IL)中制备的光阴极具有良好的电催化性能。J-V测试曲线表明,在LiClO4水溶液和IL中制备的光阴极所组装的DSSC器件的光电转化效率分别达6.4%和6.6%,接近于同等条件下以Pt对电极构建的DSSC器件的光电转化效率。 相似文献

A new kind of molecularly imprinted polymer-modified graphite electrode was fabricated by “grafting-to” approach, incorporating sol–gel technique, for the detection of acute deficiency in serum ascorbic acid level (SAAL), manifesting hypovitaminosis C. The modified electrode exhibited ascorbic acid (AA) oxidation at less positive potential (0.0 V) than the earlier reported methods, resulting in a limit of detection as low as 6.13 ng mL−1 (RSD = 1.2%, S/N = 3). The diffusion coefficient (1.096 × 10−5 cm2 s−1), rate constant (7.308 s−1), and Gibb's free energy change (−12.59 kJ mol−1) due to analyte adsorption, were also calculated to explore the kinetics of AA oxidation. The proposed sensor was found to enhance sensitivity substantially so as to detect ultra trace level of AA in the presence of other biologically important compounds (dopamine, uric acid, etc.), without any cross interference and matrix complications from biological fluids and pharmaceutical samples. 相似文献

Glycoproteinoses, Pompe disease, and sialic acid storage diseases are characterized by a massive accumulation of unprocessed oligosaccharides and/or glycoconjugates in urine. The identification of these glycocompounds is essential for a proper diagnosis. In this study, we investigated the potential of MALDI‐TOF‐MS to identify glycocompounds present in urine from patients with different inborn errors of glycan metabolism. Urinary glycocompounds were permethylated, and analyzed using GC‐MS and MALDI‐TOF‐MS. In order to confirm tentative assignments, a second aliquot of urine was purified on a C18 Sep‐Pak cartridge and glycocompounds were desalted on a column of nonporous graphitized carbon. The glycocompounds were then sequentially on‐plate digested using an array of exoglycosidases. A range of disease‐specific oligosaccharides as well as glycopeptides was identified for all oligosacchariduria models. In addition, free sialic acid accumulated in urine from a patient suffering from French‐type sialuria, has been detected by a GC‐MS approach, which could be applied to other sialic acid storage diseases. This procedure is simple, and can be performed in few simple steps in less than 24 h.
