通过GPT、FT-IR、SEM和力学性能测试,研究了在高速气流作用下聚氯乙烯(PVC)的力化学降解反应、颗粒形态和微晶结构变化及其对PVC物理、力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,经过高速气流处理PVC,分子量将有所降低,晶体结构发生变化,颗粒尺寸和表观密度降低,比表面积增大,加工性能和力学性能得到明显改善。 相似文献

Harvesting experiments revealed that immature whole mushrooms with closed veils had higher 1-octen-3-0l levels than more mature whole mushrooms with open veils. The l-octen-3-01 content of the gills was higher in immature mushrooms with closed veils, gradually decreased with maturity as the veil opened, and finally increased after the gills were well exposed. Postharvest experiments demonstrated that storage temperature influenced the activity of lipoxygenase-hydroperoxide lyase, but no differences in 1-octen-3-01 content were observed. Enzyme activity as well as 1-octen-3-01 content decreased during storage. Addition of calcium chloride to irrigation water, employed to improve quality and shelf life of fresh mushrooms, increased the amount of l-octen-3-01 immediately after harvest. 相似文献

The resistance to pitting corrosion of austenitic stainless steel Cr18Mn12N has been studied in model solutions of sulphuric
acid (0.5 m) containing chloride ions (0.5 m). The cyclic potentiodynamic method has been employed to investigate the effects of chloride ions and agitation rate on the
pitting and repassivation potentials. Electron and optical microscopy, electron diffraction spectroscopy and atomic absorption
spectrometry have been used to detect the surface sites for pit formation and the growth of pit nuclei. The results obtained
with chromium–manganese–nitrogen steel have been compared with those of austenitic Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. A similarity in
pit initiation is established, while steel composition exhibits no significant effect. Cr18Mn12N steel is less prone to repassivation

Global bacterial infections associated with conventional polyvinyl chloride (PVC) medical devices place a heavy burden on healthcare systems and thus it will be desirable if medical devices are made from antimicrobial PVC. There are numerous studies focusing on polymer surface modifications to either leach antimicrobial agents or kill pathogenic microbes upon direct contact. In this work, mannitol fumarate ester-based aluminum metal alkoxide (MFE-Al) additive was developed to confer simultaneously improved antibacterial property and enhanced high temperature sterilization resistance of the resultant PVC. Data obtained confirm that the MFE-Al stabilized PVC sheets significantly inhibit 98% bacterial growth. They also show biocompatibility with cultured H9C2 cardiomyocytes and hemocompatibility in vitro. Dry heat sterilization is generally not suitable for PVC medical wares due to their poor thermal compatibility. Surprisingly, our antimicrobial-biocompatible PVC can maintain stability at 180°C for 90 min. Such a high thermal stability indicates the MFE-Al stabilized PVC can endure 90 cycles of dry-heat sterilization without significant damage. Background: High-level occupational vinyl chloride (VC) exposures have been associated with hepatic hemangiosarcoma, which typically develops following a long latency period. Although VC is genotoxic, a more comprehensive mode of action has not been determined and diagnostic biomarkers have not been established. The purpose of this study is to address these knowledge gaps through plasma metabolomics. Methods: Plasma samples from polyvinyl chloride polymerization workers who developed hemangiosarcoma (cases, n = 15) and VC exposure-matched controls (n = 17) underwent metabolomic analysis. Random forest and bioinformatic analyses were performed. Results: Cases and controls had similar demographics and routine liver biochemistries. Mass spectroscopy identified 606 known metabolites. Random forest analysis had an 82% predictive accuracy for group classification. 60 metabolites were significantly increased and 44 were decreased vs. controls. Taurocholate, bradykinin and fibrin degradation product 2 were up-regulated by greater than 80-fold. The naturally occurring anti-angiogenic phenol, 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol, was down-regulated 5-fold. Top affected ontologies involved: (i) metabolism of bile acids, taurine, cholesterol, fatty acids and amino acids; (ii) inflammation and oxidative stress; and (iii) nicotinic cholinergic signaling. Conclusions: The plasma metabolome was differentially regulated in polyvinyl chloride workers who developed hepatic hemangiosarcoma. Ontologies potentially involved in hemangiosarcoma pathogenesis and candidate biomarkers were identified. 相似文献

六水氯化镁的溶解度是镁盐综合利用的重要基础数据。采用静态平衡法测定了六水氯化镁在1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、一缩二乙二醇、二缩三乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇6种多元醇中的溶解度(278.15~328.15 K)。实验结果表明,六水氯化镁在6种多元醇中的溶解度均随着温度的升高而增大,其中在一缩二乙二醇中的溶解度最大,在二缩三乙二醇中的溶解度随着温度的变化较其他多元醇变化更为明显。使用Apelblat方程、λh方程、Van′t Hoff方程和多项式方程对溶解度数据进行了关联,结果良好,其中Apelblat方程和多项式方程拟合结果优于其他方程。利用Van′t Hoff方程计算了6种体系的溶解焓、溶解熵和吉布斯自由能。这些结果对镁盐的分离提取及镁基功能材料的制备具有重要的参考价值。 相似文献

本文利用透明槽技术、电化学循环V-A法及量子化学EHMO三种方法,研究了La在KCl-NaCl(1:1mol)及LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中的溶解行为。初步认为:溶解在KCl-NaCl熔体中的La是以中性金属状态存在。在LaCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔体中,溶解的La与La^(3+)作用生成低价La^(2+)离子,La^(2+)又与周围的La^(3+)作用形成原子簇离子La_m^(n+)赋存于熔体之中。 相似文献
