We have fabricated an improved organic photovoltaic (OPV) cell in which organic heterointerface layer is inserted between indium-tin-oxide (ITO) anode and copper-phthalocyanine (CuPc) donor layer in the conventional OPV cell of ITO/CuPc/fullerene (C60)/bathophenanthroline (Bphen)/Al to enhance the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and fill factor (FF). The inserted ITO-buffer layer consists of electron-transporting layer (ETL) and hole-transporting layer (HTL). We have changed the ETL and HTL materials variously and also changed their layer thickness variously. It is confirmed that ETL materials with higher LUMO level than the work function of ITO give low PCE and FF. All the double layer buffers give higher PCE than a single layer buffer of TAPC. The highest PCE of 1.67% and FF of 0.57% are obtained from an ITO buffer consisted of 3 nm thick ETL of hexadecafkluoro-copper-phthalocyanine (F16CuPc) and 3 nm thick HTL of 1,1-bis-(4-methyl-phenyl)-aminophenylcyclohexane (TAPC). This PCE is 1.64 times higher than PCE of the cell without ITO buffer and 2.98 times higher than PCE of the cell with single layer ITO buffer of TAPC. PCE is found to increase with increasing energy difference (ΔE) between the HOMO level of HTL and LUMO level of F16CuPc in a range of ΔE < 0.6 eV. From the ΔE dependence of PCE, it is suggested that electrons moved from ITO to the LUMO level of the electron-transporting F16CuPc are recombined, at the F16CuPc/HTL-interface, with holes transported from CuPc to the HOMO level of HTL in the double layer ITO buffer ETL, leading to efficient extraction of holes photo-generated in CuPc donor layer. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the proportional fairness (PF) of the spectral efficiency (SE) maximization of uplinks in a cell‐free (CF) massive multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) system in which a large number of single‐antenna access points (APs) connected to a central processing unit (CPU) serve many single‐antenna users. To detect the user signals, the APs use matched filters based on the local channel state information while the CPU deploys receiver filters based on knowledge of channel statistics. We devise the maximization problem of the SE PF, which maximizes the sum of the logarithm of the achievable user rates, as a jointly nonconvex optimization problem of receiver filter coefficients and user power allocation subject to user power constraints. To handle the challenges associated with the nonconvexity of the formulated design problem, we develop an iterative algorithm by alternatively finding optimal filter coefficients at the CPU and transmit powers at the users. While the filter coefficient design is formulated as a generalized eigenvalue problem, the power allocation problem is addressed by a gradient projection (GP) approach. Simulation results show that the SE PF maximization not only offers approximately the achievable sum rates as compared to the sum‐rate maximization but also provides an improved trade‐off between the user rate fairness and the achievable sum rate. 相似文献

相比其他加工方式,激光加工具有割线小,切割速度快,割缝边缘垂直度好,切割时无机械应力等优点.本文结合国内外激光薄膜加工研究结果,从激光与物质相互作用的角度出发,建立激光切割硅薄膜太阳能电池的理论模型。用有限元法(FEM)求得柱面坐标下热平衡方程的数值解。讨论激光波长,能量密度,脉冲重复频率,光斑形状与薄膜损伤阈值,切割速度,以及切割质量之间的关系。结合理论分析与实验,优化了激光器的设计,选择氪灯抽运的λ=532nm Nd:YAG激光器,采用KDP倍频,声光调Q方式工作,给了了重复频率与切割速度的配对关系,提了用柱面聚焦系统代替球而聚焦系统,从而减小垂直于割缝方向的热影响,并有利于切割速度的提高。 相似文献

目的:探讨He—Ne激光照射对胃癌SGC7901细胞生长的影响。方法:将肿瘤细胞用含10%牛血清RPMI1640培养液培养,并用波长为632.8nm和功率密度为78mw/cm^2的He-Ne激光分别以23J/cm^2,46J/cm^2,72J/cm^2,140J/cm^2,280J/cm^2能量密度照射肿瘤细胞1次或3次,然后用激光共聚焦显微镜检测细胞形态等和四氮唑盐法(MTT)进行活细胞记数。结果:激光照射对肿瘤细胞的形态没有明显影响。这当照射1次时,各种能量密度的激光照射都促进肿瘤细胞的生长。当照射3次时。能量密度小于72J/cm^2时激光照射促进肿瘤细胞的生长,而当能量密度大干72J/cm^2时,反而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。不管照射1次还是3次23J/cm^2能量密度的激光照射对肿瘤细胞生长的促进作用最明显。结论:He—Ne激光照射对肿瘤细胞生长起促进作用还是抑制作用与激光的累积照射剂量有关。 相似文献

用聚合物材料BPAN-NT设计并初步成功制作了共面波导(CPW)行波电极电光调制器。用反应离子刻蚀(RIE)的方法制作脊波导,通过电晕极化使芯层有电光效应,利用电镀方法制作厚行波电极。对调制器的各项特性参数进行了测试,测得调制器的微波损耗系数0α=0.9 dB/cm.(GHz)1/2、在1.317μm波长上Vπ=250 V,由此算得芯层材料的电光系数3γ3=3.7 pm/V,同时测得消光比为13.49dB、插入损耗为18.6 dB,在8 GHz的微波频率上观察到了调制光信号,理论计算3 dB光调制带宽为43.77 GHz。 相似文献

Due to the complex spatial-temporal pathophysiology of spinal cord injury (SCI), effective modulation of SCI-specific inflammatory pathogenesis to achieve desirable therapeutic effects on functional recovery still remains challenging. Herein, cell-enhanced photocrosslinked silk fibroin hydrogels with extracellular matrix-mimicking cues of mechanical properties and RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) signals are gelled in situ to fill the lesion site to modulate injury-induced neuroinflammation and promote neurite regrowth after SCI. The bionic hydrogel system provides biomimetic mechanical cues to promote neuronal differentiation of neural stem/progenitor cells (NPCs) and neurite growth by activating YAP nuclear expression. Importantly, favored by the strong capacity of silk fibroin hydrogels on macrophage/microglia recruitment, NPCs encapsulated hydrogel (NPCs@SFRGD0.1) effectively promotes recruited macrophages/microglia to M2 polarization in the lesion site by releasing S100A4 and thereby remodels the inflammatory microenvironment after SCI. Moreover, NPCs@SFRGD0.1 successfully reduces glial scar formation and accelerates corticospinal tract axon regrowth to improve locomotor recovery. Overall, this work contributes to illustrating the therapeutic mechanism of NPCs development based biomaterial therapies on modulating inflammatory microenvironment and this NPCs enhanced silk fibroin hydrogel provides a promising therapeutic strategy for SCI. 相似文献
