聚醚型聚氨酯／纳米炭纤维共混体系的热行为和表面分析

采用纳米炭纤维 ( nano CF)与聚醚型聚氨酯 ( SEPU)共混复合 ,通过红外光谱、示差扫描量热分析及表面电子能谱分析 ,对该共混体系的热行为和表面化学组成进行了初步的表征与探讨。实验结果表明 ,共混体系中聚醚型聚氨酯的硬段微区含量增大 ,聚醚软段在材料表面的富集程度也得到提高

A THREE-SEGMENT HYDRAULIC MODEL FOR ANNULAR CUTTINGS TRANSPORT WITH FOAM IN HORIZONTAL DRILLING

Through mechanical analysis, an improved hydraulic model for annular cuttings transport with foam was established for horizontal drilling. Based on the two critical inclination angles, the entire well was divided into three segments. The Bagnold stress, generalized power law rheological model and modified hindered particle settling velocity in foam fluid were adopted in the model to improve the simulation accuracy. The proposed model allows more precise prediction of cuttings transport property in the whole range of well inclination angle. Model performance was examined via case study and experimental data. Simulation results given by the propulsion iteration and trial-and-error method agree well with in-situ horizontal well drilling practice for the case study, and the comparison between the model prediction and Capo’s experimental data shows satisfactory agreement.     

地质样品中金的快速测定

制备了双硫腙泡塑 ,研究了双硫腙泡塑富集金的条件和解脱方法。采用液珠萃取比色法进行测定 ,方法的测定范围为 0 0 0 5× 10 - 6 ～xx× 10 - 6 g。经样品验证 ,该方法适用于地质样品中金的快速测定。     

真丝／氨纶包覆丝的性能测试及分析

本文从真丝／氨纶包覆弹力丝织物的特点，织造要求出发，系统测试了部分真丝／氨纶包覆丝的性能，提出了满足织造要求和保证织物质量的真丝／氨纶包覆丝性能指标，为保证该类织物的产品质量提供了依据。     

强化泡沫的封堵调剖性能及矿场试验

针对强非均质油藏和大孔道油藏提高采收率的需要,开展了强化泡沫驱油技术研究。通过室内实验和矿场单井试验,初步评价了强化泡沫体系的封堵调剖能力和驱油效果,探索了强化泡沫驱的注入方式。孤岛油田28-8井区强化泡沫驱矿场试验取得了较好的效果,试验期间注入井注入压力上升,吸水剖面明显改善,6口生产井见到了降水增油效果,累积增产原油1.1×104t,表明强化泡沫驱是一种很有发展潜力的三次采油技术。     

聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板保温能力的试验与反演分析

采用施工现场混凝土立方体非绝热温升试验和反演分析相结合的方法，对聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板外贴法的保温能力进行分析研究,试验结果表明，提出的试验方法是可行的，根据反演参数进行的仿真计算结果与实验数据的对比表明，反演结果是相对准确可靠的．     

Influence of particle additions on the foaming behaviour of AlSi11/TiH2 composites made by semi-solid processing

The influence of Al₂O₃ and SiC particles on the foaming behaviour of thixocast AlSi11 precursor material was investigated using mechanical and X-ray expandometry, image analysis of X-ray images and optical analysis of metallographic sections. A significant improvement of maximum expansion, collapse behaviour and pore structure could be obtained by addition of 1–5 wt.% particles, with higher efficiency of smaller particles. The role of the particles and the observed variations of efficiency are explained by differences in the way of particle agglomeration on or near cell wall surfaces.
