ITS体系结构中联网电子收费系统及其实现

电子收费系统（ETC）是智能交通系统（ITS）体系结构中一个重要的组成部分,在国外有着广泛的应用,也是ITS体系中发展较为成熟的技术。文章把联网ETC系统置于ITS体系中加以研究,分析了电子收费系统的结构组成、数据、资金的流动模型,与银行清算系统的接口模型和与ITS其它子系统的接口模型。通过标准接口,可以充分利用ETC信息与ITS体系中其它子系统共享。同时实现各个ETC系统之间的协同工作,提出以专用短程通信（DSRC）技术为基础的实现策略。最后对系统实现的关键技术加以说明。     

Recency effects as a window to generalization: Separating decisional and perceptual sequential effects in category learning.

Accounts of learning and generalization typically focus on factors related to lasting changes in representation (i.e., long-term memory). The authors present evidence that shorter term effects also play a critical role in determining performance and that these recency effects can be subdivided into perceptual and decisional components. Experimental results based on a probabilistic category structure show that the previous stimulus exerts a contrastive effect on the current percept (perceptual recency) and that responses are biased toward or away from the previous feedback, depending on the similarity between successive stimuli (decisional recency). A method for assessing these recency effects is presented that clarifies open questions regarding stimulus generalization and perceptual contrast effects in categorization and in other domains. 全功能锂电池及锂聚合物电池保护电路的设计

为保障锂离子电池及锂聚合物电池使用的安全稳定性，基于0．6μm的标准CMOS工艺，设计了一种全功能锂离子电池及锂聚合物电池保护电路，针对可能出现的过放电、过充电、放电过电流、负载短路等异常状态设置了相应的保护机制。同时设计了基于亚阈值区的基准电路及比较器，并设置了待机状态，从而极大地降低了功耗。利用Hspice软件对设计进行仿真验证，证明其可满足全面电池保护电路要求并具有较低功耗。     

The partition of unity finite element method for short wave acoustic propagation on non‐uniform potential flows

A novel numerical method is proposed for modelling time‐harmonic acoustic propagation of short wavelength disturbances on non‐uniform potential flows. The method is based on the partition of unity finite element method in which a local basis of discrete plane waves is used to enrich the conventional finite element approximation space. The basis functions are local solutions of the governing equations. They are able to represent accurately the highly oscillatory behaviour of the solution within each element while taking into account the convective effect of the flow and the spatial variation in local sound speed when the flow is non‐uniform. Many wavelengths can be included within a single element leading to ultra‐sparse meshes. Results presented in this article will demonstrate that accurate solutions can be obtained in this way for a greatly reduced number of degrees of freedom when compared to conventional element or grid‐based schemes. Numerical results for lined uniform two‐dimensional ducts and for non‐uniform axisymmetric ducts are presented to indicate the accuracy and performance which can be achieved. Numerical studies indicate that the ‘pollution’ effect associated with cumulative dispersion error in conventional finite element schemes is largely eliminated. Development of a Net Shape Manufacturing Method for Ventilated Brake Discs in Single Piece Design

Carbon fibre reinforced ceramic matrix composites (CMC), originally developed for lightweight heat shields of spacecraft, are used for high performance brake discs in sports cars from different manufacturers. In contrast to the CMC materials for space applications, based on woven fabrics and costly manufacturing methods, these low cost friction materials are produced by liquid silicon infiltration of porous Carbon/Carbon (C/C) preforms, based on short fibre reinforced CFRP green bodies manufactured via warm press technique. In this work, different manufacturing methods for ventilated CMC brake discs are compared to each other, and the development of a new technology for the manufacture of single piece C/C‐SiC brake discs in net shape technique is presented.     

10 kV高炉变电站用变压器短路事故分析

针对一起因老鼠进入电站变压器室造成单相接地起弧发展成三相短路的事故,分析了造成这起事故的几个原因。通过计算短路点的短路电流,说明原电流互感器额定热稳定电流太小。采用新型号的电流互感器及加强了母排的绝缘保护后,消除了故障隐患,保证了用电安全。     

提高变压器抗短路强度的措施

变压器对抗短路强度的要求是很高的。文中介绍了变压器短路时的电动力的作用情况，结合单位实际情况介绍了提高变压器抗短路能力的措施。     

Impairment in long-term retention but not short-term performance on a water maze reversal task following hippocampal or mediodorsal striatal n-methyl-d-aspartate receptor blockade.

Male Long-Evans rats were injected with 32 ng/μl of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist 3-(2-carboxypiperazin-4-yl) propyl-1-phosphonic acid (CPP) or vehicle and trained to locate a hidden platform in a different location (reversal training) than used on the initial 4 days of training. Rats treated with vehicle or CPP into the dorsal hippocampus, basolateral amygdala, or mediodorsal striatum had similar latencies to locate the platform on the reversal day. Rats infused with CPP into the dorsal hippocampus or mediodorsal striatum failed to search preferentially in the novel location during a 24-hr, drug-free retention test, whereas all other groups searched preferentially in this location. Therefore, blocking dorsal hippocampal or mediodorsal striatal NMDA receptors selectively blocked long-term spatial retention without producing short-term performance deficits. Modeling Task Switching Without Switching Tasks: A Short-Term Priming Account of Explicitly Cued Performance.

Switch costs in task switching are commonly attributed to an executive control process of task-set reconfiguration, particularly in studies involving the explicit task-cuing procedure. The authors propose an alternative account of explicitly cued performance that is based on 2 mechanisms: priming of cue encoding from residual activation of cues in short-term memory and compound cue retrieval of responses from long-term memory. Their short-term priming account explains the repeated cue encoding benefit, switch cost, reduction in switch cost with preparation time, and other effects. The authors develop a mathematical model of their priming account and fit it to data from 3 experiments, demonstrating that a set of basic psychological processes can produce several effects--including putative switch costs--without switching tasks. 爆破振动信号的时频分析

爆破振动信号的研究方法已由单纯的频域分析过渡到时频联合分布分析。在讨论FOURIER变换(FT)和短时 FOURIER变换(STFT)不足的基础上,论述了基于连续小波变换(CWT)和离散小波变换(DWT)在爆破振动信号分析中的应用。作为一种严格的时频分析方法,论文尝试利用二次型时频分布来进行爆破振动信号的时频联合分析;通过几种二次型时频分布的对比分析,认为CWD在具有较强的时频聚集性的同时又较好的对交叉项进行了抑制,适合于进行爆破振动信号的时频分析。
