A polyester (PE) based on the glycolyzed products of PET was prepared and added in different concentrations to a series of SBR/PVC blends. The addition of the polyester showed that all properties of SBR/PVC blends were improved by incorporation of PE. Highest mechanical strength values were obtained at a polyester concentration of 7.5 phr. Thermal analysis as well as dynamic mechanical properties of SBR/PVC blends after the addition of 7.5 and 10 phr polyester indicated one single glass transition temperature. The dielectric losses (?") were analyzed in the frequency domains in the two terms of Fröhlich related to the Maxwell Wagner effect and the orientation of the aggregates caused by the movement of the main chain. The permittivity (?') values were found to increase by increasing the polyester content. This increase was followed by a decrease in the ?" up to a 7.5 phr polyester content after which no pronounced change was noticed.  相似文献

The development of crystalline and mesophase structure on drawing of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) has been studied. The uniaxial drawing has been done by solid-state coextrusion from 50 to 90°C. The unit-cell parameters of stress-induced crystallites in extrudates have been determined as a function of extrusion draw ratio (EDR) up to 4.4 and at an extrusion temperature (ET) above Tg, at 70 and 90°C. The higher the EDR, the longer the c-axis chain direction, the shorter the a and b axes and the smaller the unit-cell volume. In comparison with the conventional lattice parameters obtained by Bunn and Fisher, the highest elongation of the c axis is near 10%. These features imply that the lattice of stress-induced crystallites is far from the closest packing. Coextrudates made below the Tg of PET differ markedly from those made above Tg. Wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) patterns of PET extruded at 50°C (below Tg) even at high draw ratio exhibit small and/or imperfect crystallites. They appear much as a mesophase. The distance between macromolecular chains ranges from 3.2 to 5.4 Å. The shortest value in the mesophase approaches the interplanar crystal distance of 3.4 Å for the (100) crystal face, on which the benzene rings lie. The crystalline peak separation of the PET, WAXD curve has been evaluated to obtain absolute crystallinities and the content of mesophase and amorphous phase.  相似文献

In this study, agrochemical was produced from waste polyesters. Reactions of waste polyesters [poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT)] powder with ethylene glycol (EG) in the presence of tetrahydrofurane (THF) using 0.003 mol lead acetate as a catalyst were carried out in a batch reactor at 470 K and at atmospheric pressure conditions. Reactions were undertaken with various particle size ranges from 50 to 512.5 μm, and reaction time from 30 to 70 min for reactions of polyesters. Low molecular weight product of polyester was obtained during this process. In the next stage, hydroxylamine hydrochloride (HAHC), cyclohexylamine (CHA), and potasium hydroxide (KOH) solution were introduced to convert low molecular weight product of polyester into terephthalohydroxamic acid (TPHA) by introduction of HCl (Hydrochloric Acid) as per stoichiometric requirement. TPHA can be used as an agrochemical (insecticide) with appreciable efficiency. To increase the polyester conversion rate, external catalyst (0.003 mol lead acetate) was introduced during the reaction. The product was deposited on the surface of unreacted polyester, which was removed from the surface by introducing dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). To accelerate the reaction rate, DMSO, CHA, and THF were introduced during the reaction, which has an industrial significance. Depolymerization of polyester was proportional to the reaction time. Depolymerization of polyester was inversely proportional to the particle size of polyester. Analyses of value‐added product (TPHA) and byproducts [EG and BD (1,4‐butanediol)] as well as polyesters were undertaken. In this paper we present a novel methodology based on non-parametric deformable prototype templates for reconstructing the outline of a shape from a degraded image. Our method is versatile and fast and has the potential to provide an automatic procedure for classifying pathologies. We test our approach on synthetic and real data from a variety of medical and biological applications. In these studies it is important to reconstruct accurately the shape of the object under investigation from very noisy data. Here we assume that we have some prior knowledge about the object outline represented by a prototype shape. Our procedure deforms this shape by means of non-affine transformations and the contour is reconstructed by minimizing a newly developed objective function that depends on the transformation parameters. We introduce an iterative template deformation procedure in which the scale of the deformation decreases as the algorithm proceeds. We compare our results with those from a Gaussian Mixture Model segmentation and two state-of-the-art Level Set methods. This comparison shows that the proposed procedure performs consistently well on both real and simulated data. As a by-product we develop a new filter that recovers the connectivity of a shape.

Francesco de Pasquale   received his Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom in 2004 discussing a thesis on Bayesian and Template based methods for image analysis. Since his degree in Physics obtained at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’in 1999 his work has been focused on developing models and methods for Magnetic Resonance Imaging, in particular image registration, classification and segmentation in a Bayesian framework. After being appointed a 2-year contract as a Lecturer at the University of Plymouth from 2003 to 2004 he is now a post-Doc researcher at the ITAB, Institute for Advanced Biomedical Technologies, University of Chieti, Italy and he works on the analysis of fMRI and MEG data. Julian Stander   was born in Plymouth, UK in 1964. He received a BA in Mathematics with first class honours from University of Oxford in 1987, a Diploma in Mathematical Statistics with distinction from University of Cambridge in 1988, and a PhD from University of Bath in 1992. He has been a lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Plymouth, since 1993, and was promoted to Reader in 2006. His fields of interest are: applications of statistics including image analysis, spatial modelling and disclosure limitation. He has published over 20 refereed journal articles.   相似文献

将采用原位聚合法自制的核-壳型碳微球(CMSs)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)微胶囊(PCMSs)作为阻燃剂,采用熔融纺丝法制备阻燃PCMSs/PET功能纤维。通过扫描电镜、声速仪、强伸仪、极限氧指数仪等测试设备对添加不同质量分数的阻燃剂的阻燃功能纤维的结构及性能进行测试和表征。结果表明:当阻燃剂PCMSs的质量分数为0.6%时,PCMSs在PET纤维基体中的分散性和相容性良好,此时纤维表面较为光滑,同时具有优良的吸湿性能和阻燃性能,但其力学性能稍低于PCMSs质量分数为0.2%时的PCMSs/PET纤维。  相似文献

本文制备了电纺月桂酸(LA)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纳米纤维/机织物的复合织物,并对其进行了表征.选用纯棉纱线、毛纱线、涤棉纱线、腈纶纱线和涤纶纱线分别作为经纬纱线,在实验室制备机织物小样,同时,通过静电纺丝法制备LA/PET纳米纤维,将LA包裹在PET基材之中.之后通过缝合的方式,将电纺LA/PET纳米纤维和机织物构造成三明治结构的复合织物.对纳米纤维的形貌和热性能进行了表征,并分别探究了LA/PET的质量比,机织物组织结构和机织物材料对复合织物保温性能的影响.结果表明:LA/PET纳米纤维呈圆柱形,具有光滑表面,LA和PET展现出良好的相容性,热焓值略低于理论值,但相变温度改变不大.复合织物的热保温性能测试表明,复合织物的保温性能都优于未加入相变材料的织物,同时展现出良好的热循环稳定性.  相似文献

TCS系指德国巴马格公司最新推出的细旦涤纶纺丝技术,该技术突破了热辊拉伸这一传统的涤纶纺丝模式,以甬道中的热空气为传热媒体,使丝条在稳定均一的热环境中完成拉伸过程。TCS与CW6超高速卷绕机配合使用,可在极高的纺速下一次形成比较完善的纤维结构,从而获得条干和染色性能优异的成品纤维。该文介绍了该技术的工艺流程、设备结构和产品特点等。  相似文献
