通过优化鼓风冷凝单元的工艺和操作等措施,稳定初冷器前煤气吸力和改善循环氨水质量等手段,保证7.63m焦炉炭化室PROven压力调节系统的正常运行,确保在结焦全过程炭化室内的压力基本保持恒定。     

潜水搅拌器安装角度对搅拌效果的影响

研究潜水搅拌器水平安装角度对搅拌池内流场的影响,建立不同的水平安装角度,通过Fluent对潜水搅拌机的搅拌槽内流场进行三维数值模拟,得出不同方案的速度分布情况.利用UDF模块,分别计算流场中流速达到搅拌效果的有效搅拌流体体积及其占整个流场体积的百分比,通过比较,选出最优的潜水搅拌器安装方案,提出了评价潜水搅拌器效能及其安装布置优劣的新方法——有效搅拌域法,利用此方法,使潜水搅拌器的搅拌效果分析更加准确.     

百万电厂过热器减温水调节阀故障原因分析

皖能铜陵发电厂百万机组一、二级过热器减温水调节阀在运行中频繁出现填料函泄漏的问题。对减温水调节阀进行分析,找出主要原因。结果表明:填料函泄漏主要源于阀门结构。通过实验找出最佳控制方案,采取相应措施后取得了很好的效果,可为处理电厂大容量机组过热器减温水系统调节阀故障提供参考借鉴。     

Fabrication process of smooth functionally graded materials through a real-time inline control of the component ratio

Functionally graded materials (FGMs) play an essential role in tissue engineering because of their satisfactory histocompatibility and excellent mechanical performance. While traditional manufacturing methods allow production of simple FGMs, precise control of composition and customized property at transition between the dissimilar materials is still a challenge. Here, an extrusion-based functionally graded additive manufacturing (FGAM) platform was developed to generate smooth graded parts by thrusting out monolithic cylindrical filaments with high viscosity. Furthermore, the rheological properties, hydrodynamic behavior, and mixed homogeneity of the non-Newtonian fluids were studied. Therefore, the appropriate solid contents, alternative energy-efficient mixers, and optimized printing parameters were proved to be beneficial for an outstanding deposition effect of the suspension. Ultimately, an object with smooth gradient was successfully manufactured. The validity of this strategy was verified via optical microscopy combined with an image processing method to gauge homogeneity and a scanning electron microscope to investigate graded composition and microstructure.     

Recycle use of phosphorous mixer extractant to extract indium

The stripping and regeneration of the loaded organic phase of phosphorous mixer extractant (PPD) were studied. The mixed solutions (3 niol/L HC1 +2 mol/L ZnCl2) were used as the stripping agent and more than 99% of indium can be stripped after three-stage stripping when the volume ratio of organic phase to stripping agent is 1:1. The organic phase can be recycled to use after regeneration with HC1. The parallel contrast experiments with D2EHPA (di-2-ethyl hexyl phosphoric acid) were carried out under the same conditions. The results show that the mixer extractant has good reusability and the stripping and regeneration of PPD are superior to those of DJ3HPA.

分析了成型辊装置的工况条件及运动机构设计 ,提出了一种恒功率自适应同步容积调速系统 ,并对其驱动力矩进行理论计算与实测比较 ,分析、测试了该控制系统的相应的参数 ,为一步法封头冷成型机的系列设计提出具有参考价值的参数数据     

压差变化位移力反馈校正比例调速阀研究

提出一种新的流量控制原理，应用这一原理，仅用一位移力反馈型比例节流阀就可实现通过阀流量与压差变化无关的单调线性控制，间化了阀的结构，试验结果表明这种原理的比例流量阀具有较高的控制精度。
