企业开展质量成本研究工作的思考

质量成本是指企业为保证产品质量而支出的一切费用，以及产品质量未达到规定的标准而造成的一切损失的总和。开展质量成本研究工作是企业深化质量管理和成本管理的一条有效途径。

超稠油特殊的油藏特点决定了其生产周期短、注汽频繁、出砂、汽窜、超覆现象严重，以及套管质量等因素的影响，套管损坏较为严重。对曙光油田超稠油井套管损坏的规律和机理进行了研究，并从钻井和完井工艺的完善、套管钢级和射孔工艺的选择、采油生产参数的确定、注汽管柱隔热效果的提高、防治砂工艺等方面，对套管损坏提出了预防措施和对策。并对套管损坏井制定了修复再利用方案。     

浅谈转制科研单位的内部会计控制

针对目前大多数科研单位在内部会计控制中存在的问题，探讨了科研单位在转制过程中应如何建立和完善内部会计控制制度，以达到防范经营风险，保护资产安全、完整，促进单位经营管理目标和政策有效实施。     

One Hundred Years of Social Psychology Quantitatively Described.

This article compiles results from a century of social psychological research, more than 25,000 studies of 8 million people. A large number of social psychological conclusions are listed alongside meta-analytic information about the magnitude and variability of the corresponding effects. References to 322 meta-analyses of social psychological phenomena are presented, as well as statistical effect-size summaries. Analyses reveal that social psychological effects typically yield a value of r equal to .21 and that, in the typical research literature, effects vary from study to study in ways that produce a standard deviation in r of .15. 二甲基二烯丙基氯化胺 ( DMDAAC)是一种水溶性阳离子单体 ,其均聚物和共聚物 ,高效价廉 ,可广泛应用于油田、造纸、水处理、医药等领域 ,引起了化学工作者的普遍关注。综述了近五年来DMDAAC单体的合成、聚合方法以及均聚物和共聚物研究应用新进展 ,并对今后的研究重点提出一些建议     

丙烯酸酯聚氨酯紫外固化凝胶生成动力学研究

采用丙烯酸酯聚氨酯和二苯甲酮/安息香乙醚复合光敏剂,对该体系紫外光固化反应的凝胶生成动力学进行分析。用红外光谱定量测定光聚合过程的变化,发现光聚合反应主要是以双键打开,交联为特征的,并得出1408cm~(-1)双键吸收峰随光照时间而变化的关系式:P_(c=c)=0.325 t~(0.135)。临界凝胶点可由双键反应程度与凝胶分数之间关系外推得到,凝胶点后,体系中存在一个凝胶与溶胶之间分配关系,此时凝胶与溶胶共存,凝胶中双键反应程度P_(A(g))>总双键反应程度P_A>溶胶中双键反应程度P_(A(S))。随着凝胶增加,P_A和P_(A(g))逐渐上升,而P_(A(s))下降。此体系的紫外固化实验工作曲线与理论值基本一致。     

竞争环境下电信行业的普遍服务

以引入竞争为标志的电信领域改革以来，在竞争环境下如何实现作为原有垄断经营者政治使用命的普遍服务，成了世界各国政府，企业，学术界及国际电信机构共同关注的重大问题，我国是个发展中国家，电信的普通服务远没有完成。因此在借鉴国外经验的基础上，研究和探讨竞争环境下实现普遍服务的政策和策略具有十分现实的意义。     

Have it your way and mine: The theory of styles

Olsen is right to note what can be done with a good theory and the right machine. His particular theory, however, is not transferable to literary studies. If we need a new model, I would suggest that cognitive science can provide a few interesting ones. I have begun to do some work based on David Marr's VISION, in which he hypothesizes two levels of processing within the visual module. My speculation has been on the parallel existence of distinguishable levels of conceptual or language organization which would correspond to the viewer and object centered perspectives Marr describes for vision. I propose to explore the possibility that we may find here the model for the existence of stylistic individualism within overarching historical stylistic generalizations, and even more, that this may be what feminists are searching for when they try to resist being coopted by the masculine language of objectivity.
