A recognition method of vibration parameter image based on improved immune negative selection algorithm for rotating machinery

To overcome the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, based on vibration parameter image of rotating machinery, this paper presents an abnormality online monitoring method suitable for rotating machinery using the negative selection mechanism of biology immune system. This method uses techniques of biology clone and learning mechanism to improve the negative selection algorithm to generate detectors possessing different monitoring radius, covers the abnormality space effectively, and avoids such problems as the low efficiency of generating detectors, etc. The result of an example applying the presented monitoring method shows that this method can solve the difficulty of obtaining fault samples preferably and extract the turbine state character effectively, it also can detect abnormality by causing various fault of the turbine and obtain the degree of abnormality accurately. The exact monitoring precision of abnormality indicates that this method is feasible and has better on-line quality, accuracy and robustness.     

基于湍流自旋理论的二维方腔旋转流动的数值模拟

基于湍流自旋理论对旋转方腔内不可压流体的流动进行了二维数值模拟,用有限容积法在交叉网格上对控制方程进行离散,采用SIMPLEC算法进行计算,对流项的离散方面采用了延迟修正的QUICK格式,最后采用二维的TDMA算法进行迭代求解,并对边界条件处理采用了Block块技术.同时与经典理论即Navier-Stokes（N-S）方程的模拟情况做了比较.得出下列结论：N-S方程表明方腔旋转时内部流体只会作刚体旋转;而自旋模型表明该类流动具有不平凡性和不稳定性：即流体的内聚力不足以使流体跟随固体边界作刚体运动,旋转边界必然在流体中诱导出小尺度耗散涡旋,这些小尺度涡旋在固壁附近组织出正负相间的拓扑缺陷（涡旋场强）,这一流体定向奇性会与速度场耦合,并容易形成复杂的大尺度的涡旋运动.

基于三连杆结构的小角度两轴转台设计

采用三连杆形式构建机械结构,以步进电机和角度传感器为驱动和测量部件,设计了一种小角度两轴转台.通过系统数学模型的推导和仿真,确定了位置控制器和速度控制器的PID参数.以AVR型微处理器为控制核心,设计了电机驱动电路、电机堵转保护电路、角度测量电路、液晶显示和矩阵按键电路等,通过微处理器主程序和增量式PID算法程序设计,实现了转动角度和速度的自动控制.为小角度两轴转台提供一种设计方法.     

微型之字形压电式能量收集器输出电压的建模和仿真

为了有效解决无线传感器网络节点的供电难题,提出之字形结构的微型压电式能量收集器。相比于传统的直悬臂梁,此结构等效加大了压电梁的长度,降低了系统的固有振动频率。建立了之字形压电梁的本构方程和受迫振动方程,推导得到其输出电压的频域表达式。基于之字形压电梁的结构,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了谐响应分析。仿真结果表明,压电梁的输出电压在各阶固有振动频率处存在极值,符合理论分析的结果;输出电压大小随压电梁长度增加而降低,随压电梁宽度增加而升高,但均为非线性关系;压电梁末端质量块的长度和厚度、基体层厚度减小时,会导致输出电压的增大。在论文中所提出的结构尺寸下,10根直梁构成的之字形结构压电梁,在其一阶固有振动频率处,输出电压可达10 V以上,符合无线传感器网络节点的实际供电需求,证明了之字形压电梁结构的有效性。     

Decentralised control of chromatographic simulated moving bed processes based on wave front reconstruction

The behaviour of chromatographic simulated moving bed processes is described by the movement of concentration profiles through a circle of separation columns. A closed-loop control manipulates the profiles in order to meet demands concerning specified product purity and disturbance attenuation. If steep wave fronts of the concentration profiles occur, the controlled variables undergo fast changes in case of a transient of the process. In this case, a reconstruction of the wave fronts is necessary for a successful control.A simple and effective decentralised controller structure is proposed based on cascaded discrete-time PI controllers. On-line product purity measurements and the reconstructed wave fronts are used for control purposes. Two kinds of process models are used: a rigorous model for dynamic simulations, and strongly simplified plant models for the design of the wave front reconstruction and the controller. The latter models are identified based on experimental step tests with the reference plant and numerical simulations. The performance of the control system is evaluated by numerical simulations.
