The kinetics of B‐a and P‐a type copolybenzoxazine via the ring opening process

The structure of benzoxazines is similar to that of phenolic resin through thermal self‐curing of the heterocyclic ring opening reaction that neither requires catalyst nor releases any condensation byproduct. These polybenzoxazine resins have several outstanding properties such as high thermal stability and high glass transition temperature. To better understand the curing kinetics of this copolybenzoxazine thermosetting resin, dynamic and isothermal differential scanning calorimetry measurements were performed. Three models, the Kissinger method, the Flynn–Wall–Osawa method, and the Kamal method, were used to describe the curing process. Dynamic kinetic activation energies based on Kissinger and Flynn–Wall–Osawa methods are 72.11 and 84.06 KJ/mol, respectively. The Kamal method based on an autocatalytic model results in a total order of reaction between 2.66 and 3.03, depending on curing temperature. Its activation energy and Arrhenius preexponential are 50.3 KJ/mol and 7959, respectively. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 95: 730–737, 2005     

靖边气田盒8段钻井液封堵性能提高方法研究

高桥地区靖边气田石盒子组盒8段砂岩储层井径扩大严重,引起测井信息失真、地质储量评价不准确等一系列问题.通过优化CaCO3酸溶性封堵剂的复配比例和添加成膜剂及润湿反转剂降低砂岩自吸两种途径提高钻井液的封堵性能,从而实现井壁稳定.改进后钻井液对盒8段的封堵率提高至95.6%,砂岩自吸量降低85%.     

Structure of Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 system low-melting sealing glass

Bi_2O_3-ZnO-B_2O_3 system glass is a kind of lead-free low melting sealing glasses. The structure of Bi_2O_3-ZnO-B_2O_3 system low-melting sealing glass was investigated by DSC, FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The results show that with the increase of B_2O_3 content, the transition temperature Tg and softening temperature T_f of Bi_2O_3-ZnO-B_2O_3 system low-melting sealing glasses increase, which leads to the liquid phase precipitation temperature increasing and promotes the structure stability in the glass. With increasing the heat treatment temperature, a large number of liquid phases appear in samples and the sinter efficiency of the samples increases. The FT-IR spectra of the glasses show the presence of some bands that are assigned to vibrations of Bi-O bond from [BO_3] pyramidal and [BiO_6] octahedral units and B-O from [BO_3] and [BO_4] units. With the decrease of B_2O_3 content, the crystallization tendency of the glass increases. In glass samples B_1 and B_2, crystallization starts at 460 ℃ and 540 ℃, respectively. Both of them precipitate Bi-(24)B_2O_(39) phases.     

体内张拉成形空间网格结构上弦环梁对结构内力影响分析

体内张拉成形空间网格结构是由上弦、下弦、腹杆和侧向连接构件组成,上弦环梁作为体内张拉成形空间网格结构中心的一个重要承荷部分,各个张拉单元与整体张拉成形方案不同,在结构成形结束时,其内力由于批次的不同而必然会产生一定的超前或滞后,采用适当加强的上弦环梁纽带作用,会在一定程度上减弱这种结构内力的不均匀性,本文从结构的实际应用出发,对上弦环梁对结构内力的影响作了较为详尽的分析.     

精密钢球环槽等速传动机构运动精度及可靠性分析

在分析精密钢球环槽等速传动机构结构基础上,利用其等效机构和误差分析理论,研究了钢球环槽等速传动机构结构参数对其机构传动精度的影响规律,应用机构可靠性理论,建立了钢球环槽等速传动机构的运动精度可靠性模型,并研究分析了机构的运动精度可靠性,研究结果为精密钢球行星传动的设计和应用提供了理论依据。     

撞击构造的特征及对贵州息烽县环形构造的成因解释

对行星的撞击构造特征进行了总结。地球上的撞击构造,一般通过地貌以及冲击变质产生的岩石和矿物来确认。对贵州省息烽县境内的疑似撞击构造的环形构造进行了比较研究,通过对已有地质资料的详细调研、实地仔细的勘测和采样以及对样品的岩相学分析,并未观察到冲击变质特征,因此认为此处环形构造并非撞击成因,而是古老的盆状向斜经历了多期的构造作用形成的涡旋构造。     

引信热电池密封性能检测系统

针对目前引信热电池密封性能检测方法精度低、周期长、通用性差等弊端,研制一种密封性能检测系统．系统采用模块化结构设计,运用负压平衡法,完成小泄漏和大泄漏两个环节检测,并通过计算机对数据实时采集、储存和显示．该系统已经成功应用于某型号引信热电池检测中,大大缩短了检测时间,提高了检测精度,取得了较好的效果．     

水压试验机密封装置的设计与计算

使用水压机对焊管进行压力试验的有效性,关键在于水压机密封装置技术的先进程度通过对不同类型水压机密封装置的对比,设计出性能更优的密封装置——聚氨酯端面密封装置该装置采用新型优质密封圈以及新型端面密封结构,提高了设备的密封性和可靠性．     

适用于宽带接收阵列的无模糊二维DOA估计

为了满足宽带侦收的要求,提出了一种新的基于环形阵列的宽带天线阵列配置方案,利用2组独立空间欠采样通道得到有模糊的信号空域信息,并结合一定的解模糊算法和配对方法得到无模糊的空间信号到达角(DOA)估计. 仿真结果表明,所提算法在搜索量小的优势下能实现二维方向角的高精度估计及正确配对,且2组通道的采样数据可并行处理,增强了算法的实时性.     

基于多项式拟合的CT图像环状伪影校正

探测器探元的响应不一致性会使CT图像中出现环状伪影,环状伪影是影响CT图像像质的重要因素,影响图像的分析及后续处理。为此提出一种基于分段多项式拟合的环状伪影校正方法,该方法适用于单材质或图像中的材质衰减系数相差不大的情况。采用分段多项式拟合正弦图累加曲线得到修正因子,用修正因子修正不一致的探元,最后重建图像。实验结果证明此方法能有效抑制图像正中间部分环状伪影。
