气化炉锥底砖、激冷环与下降筒的损毁与解决对策

针对国产化大氮肥水煤浆气化炉中锥底砖、激冷环和下降筒使用过程中出现的问题,分析了损毁原因,分别从技术改进、工艺操作和设备管理等方面提出了相应的解决对策,可以不同程度地延长锥底砖、激冷环、下降筒的寿命。     

Viscoelastic Effects in a Phosphate Glass-Metal Seal

A family of phosphate glasses has been developed with thermal expansion behavior in the elastic range that nearly matches the response of 304 stainless steel. Attempts to make concentric pin-shell seals consistently have yielded fractures between 400° and 300°C during cooling. Elastic stress analyses which neglect glass transitional behavior and utilize constant glassy ("elastic") thermal expansion coefficients predict a residual stress state that is compressive. However, viscoelastic computations which include the effects of structural relaxation during glass transtion show that tensile stresses sufficient to cause failure arise during cooldown of the seal.     

燃料电池用密封胶

有机硅橡胶一直以来都用来做燃料电池的密封材料,但有机硅透气性高,不适合氢气、氧气等高透过性气体的密封。三键公司经过多年的潜心研究,成功开发出以聚异丁烯为基材的低透气性密封胶。本文主要介绍燃料电池概念、构造、对密封的要求、泄漏机理以及开发的新型密封胶性能。     

基于环形微热板的ZnO微气体传感器设计

提出一种新型的设有环形结构微热板的硅基ZnO微气体传感器。利用ANSYS软件,将环形电极结构与传统的蛇形结构进行温度分布的模拟仿真,发现该结构能供给传感器更高的温度且中心温度分布均匀,进而解决了现有传感器功耗大的缺点。通过对RF磁控溅射ZnO薄膜的工艺摸索,得出了适宜作气敏薄膜的制备参数。该传感器在250℃下对（200-1000）×10-6CH4气体有很好的响应。     

一次多级离心泵运行故障处理及分析

简要介绍了实际生产中多级离心泵存在的问题,并分析了故障原因和处理措施。     

双金属氰化物催化剂的研究进展

综述了近年来双金属氰化物（DMC）催化剂的研究进展，指出DMC催化剂是一类用于环氧化物的高效催化剂，与传统的环氧化物催化剂相比，其制得的聚醚多元醇具有分子量高、不饱和度低、分子量分布窄、平均官能度高等优点。但该催化剂在应用过程中仍存在一些缺点。针对这些缺点，国内外的高校、企业已进行了大量的改性研究工作。     

海洋非黏结柔性管道接头密封结构分析

介绍海洋非黏结柔性管道接头的常见密封结构,用Abaqus对接头的密封特性进行数值分析,研究密封圈的密封性能对不同密封结构参数的灵敏度,得到密封结构参数变化对接头密封结构的密封性能和力学性能影响的一般规律.结果表明密封结构的主要设计参数为密封圈的锥角和曲率半径以及加载位移等.     

One‐step synthesis and ring‐opening polymerization of novel macrocyclic(arylene multisulfide) oligomers

A series of macrocyclic(arylene multisulfide) oligomers were synthesized under high dilution conditions by reacting diphenyl ether/diphenyl/diphenyl disulfide/diphenyl methane with dichloro disulfide in the presence of a trace amount of iron powder by a one‐step reaction. From MALDI‐TOF mass spectra, it was established that the repeating units of the cyclization ranged from two to seven and the unit of macrocyclic(arylene multisulfide) oligomers had one to seven sulfur atoms. The macrocyclic oligomers readily underwent ring‐opening polymerization in the melt, resulting in linear, high molecular weight polymultisulfides. DSC thermograms demonstrated that the four polymultisulfides, derived from the macrocyclic(arylene multisulfide) oligomers, are amorphous in nature. The macrocyclic(arylene multisulfide) oligomers and polymers were analyzed by MALDI‐TOF‐MS, IR, HPLC, NMR, DSC, and TGA methods. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 橡胶异型密封条板式挤出模头设计的关键点是首。何使口模区各胶料质点的出口压力及流速均匀一致和如何确定口模的形状尺寸。根据流变学理论设计出初始口型曲线尺寸、并需进行试挤以修正口型曲线和尺寸。本文以一典型异型密封条挤出模头的研制为例，详细介绍了异型密封条挤出模头的设计方法及基本思路。
