溶胶-凝胶法制备磷钨酸-硅胶催化合成苹果酯   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列磷钨酸-硅胶催化剂(PW/SG),考察了该催化剂催化乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇液相缩合制备苹果酯的反应性能。实验结果表明,PW质量分数为40%时的PW/SG催化剂表现出最佳的催化活性;40%PW/SG催化剂制备苹果酯的最佳工艺条件为:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.2,催化剂用量占反应物质量的0.36%,带水剂环己烷用量占反应物体积的30%,反应温度383K,反应时间90min;在此条件下,乙酰乙酸乙酯的转化率可达95.5%,苹果酯的选择性大于97%;催化剂稳定性实验表明,经5次重复使用,40%PW/SG催化剂的活性基本保持不变,乙酰乙酸乙酯转化率稳定在95.0%左右。  相似文献

An FTIR experiment especially designed to study the growth of an organosilane layer at the interface between a solution and a flat silica surface is presented. High sensitivity is achieved by using the attenuated total reflection (ATR) technique in a liquid flow cell. The ATR crystal, either silicon or germanium, is covered with a very thin silica layer. Chemical reactions of a mono-and a di-hydrolyzable silane with the silica substrate have been investigated. The grafting of a submonolayer of the first reagent has been monitored by following the C-H and SiO-H vibrations. The density of grafted molecules has been estimated and information on the nature of the chemical bonding has been achieved. Evidence for the chain-polymerization of the dihydrolyzable silane at the substrate/solution interface has been inferred from the appearance of a Si-O-Si absorption band.  相似文献

Dendrimers have attracted immense attention during the last decade due to their interesting properties both from a basic and an applied research viewpoint. Encapsulation of metal nanoparticles for catalysis, drug delivery and light harvesting are only some applications of dendrimers that are breaking new ground. A novel application of dendrimer technology is described in the present paper that relates to industrial water treatment. Industrial water systems often suffer from undesirable inorganic deposits. These can form either in the bulk or on metallic surfaces, such as heat exchangers or pipelines. Silica (SiO2) scale formation and deposition is a major problem in high‐silica‐containing cooling waters. Scale prevention rather than removal is highly desired. In this paper, benchtop screening tests on various silica inhibition chemistries are reported, with emphasis on materials with a dendrimeric structure. Specifically, the inhibition properties of commercially available STARBURST® polyaminoamide (PAMAM) dendrimers generations 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5 are investigated in detail together with other commonly‐used scale inhibitors. Experimental results show that inhibition efficiency largely depends on structural features of PAMAM dendrimers such as generation number and nature of the end groups. PAMAM dendrimers are effective inhibitors of silica scale growth at 40 ppm dosage levels. PAMAM dendrimers also act as silica nucleators, forming SiO2–PAMAM composites. This occurs because the SiO2 formed by incomplete inhibition interacts with cationic PAMAM‐1 and ‐2. The general scope of silica formation and inhibition in industrial waters is also discussed. New vanadium oxide supported on mesoporous silica catalysts for the oxidation of methane to formaldehyde were investigated by infrared and Raman spectroscopies to identify and characterize the molecular structure of the most active and selective catalytic sites. In situ and operando experiments have been conducted in order to understand the redox and hydroxylation/dehydroxylation processes of the vanadium species. (SiO)2VO(OH) species were identified in these catalysts in reaction conditions and shown to undergo a deprotonation at 580 °C under vacuum, leading to a site giving a photoluminescence band at 550 nm attributed to reverse radiative decay from the excited triplet state:

(V4+–O)*  (V5+O2−). An activation mechanism of vanadium monomeric species with electrophilic oxygen species is proposed.  相似文献

对不同载荷作用下的高铬铸铁在耐磨实验机上进行了磨料磨损试验;对在不同的碳化物对基体的保护作用与碳化物的剥离进行了相关的分析.结果表明载荷在一定值以下磨损较为缓慢,当载荷超过一定值时,磨损急剧加剧,随着载荷的增加"尺寸较小"的碳化物首先剥离基体,当载荷继续增大时,"尺寸较大"的碳化物也剥离基体并有碎裂现象.这要求高铬铸铁中的碳化物不仅要分布均匀,碳化物的尺寸也要合适.  相似文献

研究相对压强对白炭黑氮吸附表面积测试稳定性的影响。结果表明:在相同液氮纯度、脱气温度、脱气时间、氮吸附点数量条件下,与相对压强范围为0.05~0.1时相比,相对压强范围为0.05~0.2时白炭黑的氮吸附表面积测量值偏低,且差值随氮吸附表面积的增大呈增大趋势;相对压强范围较小时,氮吸附表面积测试结果的线性相关因数较大,再现性较好,测试结果较稳定。  相似文献

Neonatal arterial ischemic stroke is one of the more severe birth complications. The injury can result in extensive neurological damage and is robustly associated with later diagnoses of cerebral palsy (CP). An important part of efforts to develop new therapies include the on-going refinement and understanding of animal models that capture relevant clinical features of neonatal brain injury leading to CP. The potent vasoconstrictor peptide, Endothelin-1 (ET-1), has previously been utilised in animal models to reduce local blood flow to levels that mimic ischemic stroke. Our previous work in this area has shown that it is an effective and technically simple approach for modelling ischemic injury at very early neonatal ages, resulting in stable deficits in motor function. Here, we aimed to extend this model to also examine the impact on cognitive function. We show that focal delivery of ET-1 to the cortex of Sprague Dawley rats on postnatal day 0 (P0) resulted in impaired learning in a touchscreen-based test of visual discrimination and correlated with important clinical features of CP including damage to large white matter structures.  相似文献

Lightweight insulation refractories are essential for high-temperature performance to reduce energy consumption. This study investigates a new insulation material, that is, solid waste rice husk ash (RHA) derived lightweight refractory castable, replacing traditional insulation refractory brick. The RHA is generated after the burning of rice husk as biomass fuel. The RHA is used as an aggregate and alkali-extracted silica sol from RHA as a binder to fabricate the insulation castable. The nanosilica containing (~30 wt%) sol is employed to synthesize the refractory castable by varying the sol amount (2.5-12.5 wt% silica from sol). The castable specimens are cast by a vibro-caster and fired at 900-1200°C in a muffle furnace. The physic-mechanical and thermal conductivity (κ) of the castable is investigated. At 1100°C with 10 wt% dry sol retaining sample shows an excellent apparent porosity (~65%), low bulk density (~ 0.8 g/cm3), and κ (0.136 W/m k) with sustainable compressive strength (6 MPa). The acquired results are a good match with the literature (other wastes-derived insulation materials) and industrial (silica insulation brick) obtained data. These promising outcomes may inspire the refractory industries for using RHA as an aggregate and RHA extracted sol as a binder for making insulation castable.  相似文献

K2TiF6:Mn4+ is an attractive narrow-band red-emitting phosphor for warm white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Nevertheless, the hexafluoride phosphor is liable to deliquesce in moist environments, which leads to a sharp deterioration performance of luminescence. Surface modification of K2TiF6:Mn4+ phosphor with SrF2 coating has been introduced, with the aid of KHF2 transition layer to moderate the lattice mismatch. The reaction mechanism is discussed in detail, as so as the influence of SrF2 coating on the luminescence intensity. The SrF2 coating is able to prevent the hydrolysis of internal [MnF6]2− group; thereby, the luminescence intensity retains over 90% of initial value after being immersed in distilled water for 2 h. The LED devices fabricated with commercial Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ and as-modified K2TiF6:Mn4+ phosphors exhibit bright white light with tunable chromaticity coordinate, correlated color temperature, and color rendering index. It enlightens a convenient method to enhance the moisture resistance of Mn4+ doped fluoride phosphors for commercial application in the field of white LEDs.  相似文献

磷石膏的综合利用对保护环境、促进企业可持续健康发展具有重要意义,但是磷石膏中的磷、氟、二氧化硅等杂质影响其利用。针对云南磷石膏中二氧化硅含量高的问题,采用正浮选工艺开展了磷石膏提质降杂的实验研究。通过单因素条件实验获得了合适的工艺参数:浮选温度为15 ℃、矿浆pH为2、十二胺用量为300 g/t。在此条件下,进行了“一粗二精”的正浮选开路流程实验,获得了二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)质量分数为97.5%、二氧化硅质量分数为1.17%的精矿,所得精矿达到了GB/T 23456—2018《磷石膏》一级品指标的要求;二水石膏回收率为98.58%、二氧化硅去除率为92.23%。通过正浮选不仅成功实现了二水石膏和二氧化硅的有效分离,而且磷石膏中的水溶磷和水溶氟也得到了有效去除,从而提高了磷石膏的品质。  相似文献
