The disposal and re-use of spent bleaching clay from the vegetable oil processing industry is a problem of growing importance.
Although today the only practical way of removal of the spent material is disposal, extraction with organic solvents is a
well-known method of de-oiling contaminated bleaching clay. In our investigations we compare the extractibility of two different
types of bleaching clays with CO2 as a solvent. All experiments were carried out with a high-pressure extraction plant. The extraction and separation conditions,
temperature and pressure, as well as the CO2 mass flow, were varied during experiments. The aim of our investigations was a complete separation of the oil from the adsorbent.
The latter should then be re-used as bleaching clay. The oil and the bleaching clay were analyzed and tested, respectively.
The results show that oil of good quality can be recovered and the bleaching clay still has an activity approximately 50%

介绍了导电漆、作为导电填料的片状镀银铜粉的制备工艺流程。分别研究了漆膜表面单位电阻与镀银铜粉的含量及其粒径以及钛酸酯偶联剂的含量之间的关系。结果表明,当镀银铜粉的粒径为400目、质量分数在57%~65%之间,钛酸酯偶联剂的质量分数为10%时,所得涂膜的导电性能最佳。加入含C-18的油酸可以使导电漆长期贮存而电阻值不变。经检测,所得涂膜具有良好的性能:附着力1级,硬度1 H,柔韧性1 mm,冲击强度50 kg/cm2,膜厚10~15μm,漆膜表面每厘米电阻0.15Ω,每分米电阻0.47Ω。指出了导电漆应用过程中的注意事项。 相似文献

An optimization strategy has been applied to describe the chemical composition at the furnace bottom in the Kraft recovery boiler of a pulp production process. The concentrations of each involved chemical species were calculated through an optimization approach, minimizing the Gibbs free energy of the system. Various systems were proposed and tested, assuming different chemical species and phases number. Because serious initialization problems were found at this stage for some of the proposed systems, an optimization heuristic method (PSO) was used for the first approach to the problem. Once the appropriate phases number and chemical species in the system were determined, the initialization problems disappeared and the use of a deterministic optimization method (SQP) became viable. The proposed approach has shown to be satisfactory to reproduce industrial data and also data reported in the open scientific literature. 相似文献

Given the conditions of residual coal from the boundary of a flat dipping open-pit mine,which uses strip areas mining and inner dumping with slope-covering,we propose an open-pit and underground integrated mining technology for residual coal of end slopes.In the proposal a conveyance road and ventilation conveyance near the slope are built,corresponding to the pit mining area and the surface coal mine dump,as well as an interval haulage tunnel and air-inlet tunnel.The outcome shows that such mining method may reduce the effect to slope stability from underground mining,it does not affect the dumping advance and has a high recovery rate of residual coal resources.The working face is timbered by single hydraulic props,transported by a scraper conveyor and supported by coal walls.This method of mining is one of layered top coal caving,with high resource recovery,low production cost where positive economic benefit can be realized. 相似文献

Depositing silver on magnesium alloy by both electroless plating and organic coatings was studied. The organic coating was made by immersing samples in organosilicon heat-resisting varnish. In this method the organic coating acts as interlayer between the substrate and silver film. When the reaction starts, silver deposits directly on the interlayer. X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis were used to determine the composition and morphology of the interlayer and silver film. The potentiodynamic polarization curves for corrosion studies of coated magnesium alloys were performed in a corrosive environment of 3.5% NaCl(mass fraction) at neutral pH (6.9). The results indicate that compared with the substrate, the corrosion resistance of coated magnesium alloys increases greatly. Moreover, the method proposed in this work is environmentally friendly, non-toxic chemicals were used. In addition, it provides a new concept for the corrosion inhibition of magnesium alloys. 相似文献
