采用蛋白酶和有机硅柔软剂对柞蚕丝织物进行柔软整理,通过正交试验,确定了两种整理的最佳工艺条件,并对比分析了两种整理方法在柔软效果、工艺条件和整理成本上的差异,得出柞蚕丝织物采用有机硅柔软整理优于蛋白酶整理的结论。     

Set methods of left-turn waiting zone at signalized intersection

To maximize the number of vehicles passing by the stop-line in a cycle and improve the operation efficiency of intersection in China,the settlement of left-turn lane waiting-zone is becoming prevailing. Based on conflicting-point method,the internal mechanism of left-turn flow after stopping line was analyzed through taking postposition left-turn lane waiting-zone intersection for instance. The relationship between the first left-turn vehicle and the last vehicle of previous phase passing the conflicting point was expounded. According to the time of successive arriving of two vehicle flows at conflicting-point,the reasonable layout for waiting area of left-turn vehicles was researched when the clearance index was less than 0. The results suggest that the appropriate layout for waiting area of left-turning vehicles can improve the operation efficiency of intersections.     

Spacecraft formation control strategy on Sun-Earth Lissajous orbit

To carry out the deep space exploration tasks near Sun-Earth Libration point L2, the CRTBP dynamic model was built up and the numerical conditional quasi-periodic orbit (Lissajous orbit) was computed near L2. Then, a formation controller was designed with linear matrix inequality to overcome the difficulty of parameter tuning. To meet the demands of formation accuracy and present thruster’s capability, a threshold scheme was adopted for formation control. Finally, some numerical simulations and analysis were completed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.     

爪形大分子CBC—NO的合成、表征及降滤性能研究

以1,3-丁二醇、柠檬酸为原料、甲苯为溶剂,在120℃油浴中反应,合成了柠檬酸-1,3-丁二醇-柠檬酸（CBC）爪状物小分子;然后,以甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,使CBC依次与环烷酸、十八醇分别在140℃和180℃油浴下接枝,合成了新型的爪形大分子柠檬酸-1,3-丁二醇-柠檬酸-环烷酸-十八醇（CBC—NO）。采用^1H—NMR及IR对合成的两种化合物进行了结构表征。结果表明,合成的CBC和CBC—NO与所设计的分子结构相吻合。用元素分析确定了CBC的化学组成为C16H22O14。合成的CBC—NO溶于有机溶剂,不溶于水。将CBC—NO按600μg／g的加剂量添加到不同的轻柴油中,柴油的冷滤点最大可降低8℃。

硬质合金模具在冲压生产中的应用越来越多,由于目前缺少相关的经济性分析方法,因此在选择时存在很大的盲目性。通过对冲压生产过程进行综合分析,推导出计算生产冲压件成本的基本方法,并编写出相应算法。用这种算法可以分别计算出使用钢制模具和硬质合金模具的冲压件成本,然后根据成本曲线找出经济临界点,对于指导模具选择和降低冲压件成本具有重要的意义。
