Experimental evidence of a relationship between monomer plasma residence time and carboxyl group retention in acrylic acid plasma polymers

Decreasing carboxyl retention in deposits from the glow region of an acrylic acid plasma was measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and chemical derivatisation as the collection distance from the monomer vapour inlet was increased. Volatilisation of plasma polymerised acrylic acid was detected after trifluoroethanol derivatisation; this is correlated with evaporation of low molecular weight components observed previously.     

Reduction mechanism of tioglycolic acid on keratin fibers using microspectrophotometry and FT-Raman spectroscopy

In order to investigate the reduction mechanism of thioglycolic acid (TG) on the keratin fibers, cross-sectional samples of white human hair treated with TG were prepared. The heterogeneous reaction between TG and keratin fibers involving the diffusion of TG into human hair was analyzed at the molecular level using microspectrophotometry and FT-Raman spectroscopy. The diffusion of TG into human hair clearly increased by increasing the treatment time and by raising pH. The TG relative concentration and the disconnected relative concentration of disulfide (–SS–) groups at various depths of the hair samples with pH 9.0 were in good agreement, indicating that the reaction rate (the disconnection of –SS– groups) was faster than the diffusion rate of TG into human hair. From these experiments, we demonstrated that TG diffuses gradually beyond the cuticle region, and toward the inside of the cortex region along with the disconnection of –SS– groups.

Retrograde Amnesia Induced by Drugs Acting on Different Molecular Systems.

The gamma aminobutyric acid-A (GABAA) agonist, muscimol, the glutamate N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist, D-2-amino-5-phosphonopentanoic acid (AP5), and the inhibitor of the extracellularly regulated kinases (ERKs), UO 126, cause retrograde amnesia when administered to the hippocampus. In the present study, the authors found that they all cause retrograde amnesia for 1-trial inhibitory avoidance, not only when infused into the dorsal CA1 region of the hippocampus, but also when infused into the basolateral amygdala or the entorhinal, parietal, and posterior cingulate cortices. The posttraining time course of the effect of each drug was, however, quite different across brain structures. Thus, in all of them, NMDA receptors and the ERK pathway are indispensable for memory consolidation, and GABAA receptor activation inhibits memory consolidation: but in each case, their influence is interwoven differently. HNO3和有机介质中U（Ⅳ）的稳定性研究

研究了ＨＮＯ＿３和ＴＢＰ－煤油介质中Ｕ（Ⅳ）的稳定性。测定了两种介质中Ｕ（Ⅳ）、ＨＮＯ＿３、ＴＢＰ浓度和气相中氧浓度对Ｕ（Ⅳ）氧化速率的影响。Ｕ（Ⅳ）的氧化速率都随温度提高而明显增加．其表观活化能分别为９１ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ（ＨＮＯ＿３介质）和４２ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ（ＴＢＰ－煤油介质）。对两种介质中Ｕ（Ⅳ）的氧化速率规律进行了比较。     

实体造型中的几何约束

实体造型是一个基于约束的过程，完成从功能约束到几何约束、再到代数约束的转化而得到实体模型。本文讨论了几何约束的层次性及其表示，并且对几何约束同设计意图的关系进行了研究，提出了基于ＣＳＧ／ＧＣＧ／Ｂ－ｒｅｐ的模型表示。     

无机高分子絮凝剂聚硫酸铁合成条件的研究

实验研究了以工业硫酸亚铁及废硫酸为原料,分别采用NaClo_3、KClO_3、H_2O_2及(o_2+NaNO_2)为氧化剂成聚硫酸铁的条件。在以(O_2+NaNO_2)为氧化剂的合成过程中,发现添加微量助催化剂(型号为HG-1、HG-2和HG-3),对提高合成速度及反应过程的稳定性具有重大作用。     

固相缩聚共聚酯的熔融行为和结晶速率研究

通过固相缩聚合成了两种不同结构的高分子量共聚酯，研究了样品的熔融行为和结晶速率。研究发现，共聚酯的熔融峰随着固相聚合温度和时间的变化而与纯ＰＥＴ有明显的差别，共聚酯泊结晶速率与慢于纯ＰＥＴ的结晶速率。
