Kinetic modelling of the catalytic conversion of synthesis gas

A kinetic study for the one-step conversion of synthesis gas to gasoline on a ZnO–Cr₂O₃–ZSM-5 catalyst is described. On this catalyst, three reactions are involved in the overall transformation of synthesis gas: the methanol synthesis, the conversion of methanol to hydrocarbons and the water–gas shift reaction. Under the operating conditions selected for the study, it was found that the water–gas shift was at equilibrium and the methanol was completely converted to hydrocarbons. Consequently, it was postulated that the kinetics of the limiting reaction step, the methanol synthesis on the ZnO–Cr₂O₃ component, was the one that controls the overall reaction rate. Three kinetic model equations describing the rate of synthesis gas conversion on the bifunctional catalyst, were considered to fit the data of the experimental runs performed in a Berty well-mixed reactor. Those equations were derived under very special conditions where the methanol decomposition term could be neglected. It was also observed that in the kinetic equations a term involving the fugacity of CO₂ was required to predict the rate properly. The catalyst deactivation was also taken into account in the analysis.     

D.s.c. investigation of the states of water in poly(vinyl alcohol-co-itaconic acid) membranes

The state of water in water-swollen poly(vinyl alcohol-co-itaconic acid) membranes, having various water contents from 0.31 to 0.83, was investigated by d.s.c. measurements and compared with those in water-swollen poly(vinyl alcohol) membranes. The amount of freezing water in the membranes was estimated by use of a relationship between the phase transition temperature and the enthalpy of the crystallization of supercooled water. The melting temperature of the water in the membranes immersed in urea and NaCl 0–2 mol l^?1 aqueous solutions was also determined by d.s.c. analysis. The present study proposes a method for estimating the solubilities of urea and NaCl in both of the freezing and the non-freezing water using the melting point depression of the freezing water in the membranes immersed in the solute solution.     

离子色谱法测定配煤、焦炭和焦油中的氯含量

研究了用带电导检测器的离子色谱对配煤、焦炭和焦油中的Cl- 进行测定的方法。在YSA型8126A-4# 阴离子分离柱上用3.5mmol/LNa2CO3、5.3mmol/LNaHCO3做淋洗液对Cl-进行测定,方法简便快速。Cl-的检出限为2×10-6。该法也适用于F-、NO2-、NO3-、SO42-等的测定。     

沉淀铁催化剂上F-T合成反应的研究

制备了物相组成为 Quartz- Si O2 ,Hermatite- Fe2 O3 和 Fe2 O3 - Iron Oxide的沉淀铁催化剂 ,研究了该催化剂作用上固定床积分反应器中费托合成反应特性 .发现 2 .6MPa,80 0 h-1,H2 /CO=2 /3,2 60℃～ 2 90℃时 ,随着温度的升高 ,CO和 H2 的转化率增大 ,CO2 选择性减小 ;40 0 h-1,65 0 h-1,80 0 h-1低空速和 2 4 0 0 h-1,32 0 0 h-1,40 0 0 h-1,640 0 h-1高空速时 ,随着空速的升高 ,H2转化率、CO转化率选择性下降 ,CO2 的选择性升高 ;2 80℃ ,2 .6MPa,H2 /CO进料比 2 /3,1 /1 ,2 /1时 ,随着 H2 /CO进料比的增加 ,CO转化率 ,H2 /CO利用比和 CH4选择性都增加 ,H2 转化率和 CO2选择性减小 .     

二合一石墨合成炉的应用

对石墨合成炉运行中出现的故障进行分析和探讨，并提出一些建议和改进措施，以实现石墨合成炉的稳定运行。     

Kinetics of and catalyst decay accompanying the gas phase rearrangement of cyclohexanone-oxime over a hy ultrastable zeolite

The kinetics of the rearrangement of cyclohexanone-oxime has been studied in a fixed bed, glass tubular reactor at atmospheric pressure and temperatures of 240, 270, 300 and 335°C, using ultrastable HY zeolite catalyst. Several kinetic models, including the Langmuir-Hinshelwood type, have been derived and the best statistical fit has been obtained with a pseudo-first order kinetic equation. The rate constants and activation energies for the formation of the products caprolactam, cyclohexanone and 5-cyanopent-l-ene have been calculated. Based on the evolution of the selectivity with temperature, and the I.R. spectra of the poisoned catalyst, different decay models have been deduced and discussed.     

乙苯/乙烯烷基化反应中EA-8402分子筛催化剂的失活动力学研究

用内循环无梯度反应器,在593～633K范围内考察了在乙苯/乙烯进行定向烷基化反应合成对二乙苯时,EA-8402分子筛催化剂的失活行为,建立了相应的失活动力学模型: -da/dt=0.3271exp(-12.94/T)P_(EB)~(0.02)P_(E(?))~(0.383)·α这一模型可作为该反应的宏观动力学模型的补充。由失活级数d=1,按Levenspiel判据推断:其失活机理应该是不受内扩散阻力控制的平行-连串失活。     

A110－1－H／A110－1型氨合成催化剂在双筐并流合成塔中的使用

在双筐并流氨合成塔中使用了Ａ１１０－１－Ｈ／Ａ１１０－１型氨合成催化剂，使用寿命达１７４０天，累计产氨４３８３７８ｔ．该催化剂组合具有低温活性好、易还原、高催化活性、高抗毒能力、良好的热稳定性与破碎强度等优点．     

宽温耐硫变换催化剂制备工艺研究

利用催化剂活性评价、催化剂活性组分含量测定、Ｘ—光衍射等手段，研究了共浸法制备宽温耐硫变换催化剂制备工艺过程中载体氧化铝的吸水率、浸渍条件、煅烧温度等对催化剂性能的影响。     

流动床离子交换工艺在己二酸催化剂回收中的应用

介绍流动床离子交换装置回收催化剂的生产工艺，从交换装置的选择到运行，分析了流动床的优点、影响因素以及生产中应注意的问题和要求。
